I have never been treated so poorly as I have at this store. The owner is rude and unprofessional and treats his employees poorly in front of customers. I cant bring myself to buy from him. I would rather pay full price than buy from this store.
I took my first small group lesson this morning. It was for beginners, but with only 6 of us Mac managed to give each of us good work at our various levels. Some were very new and some not so much, but not yet ready to call themselves intermediate. Lots of real-time hitting with quick tips to improve a particular area of weakness. I already feel much more confident about ability in my community team games. I will definitely take more lessons. Informative, active, effective and lots of fun!
Went in today looking for my first paddle and the staff were awesome! Very knowledgeable and offered demos which lead to a purchase! I will definitely be shopping there regularly for my pickleball needs! Thanks guys!
The listened to my needs. You cant take demo paddles out, but they have a court in store to try paddles. I dont think its long enough of a try it before you commit experience but the manager of the store was pleasant
We had the best experience learning Pickleball from Mac. She was awesome! Even our kids enjoyed it. Highly recommend giving it a try!

I entered the store yesterday to buy a gift card for my wife. There were two college-aged women at the counter without masks. I asked why they werent wearing masks, and the both just shrugged. I immediately left the store. I was going to spend $150.00.Steer clear of this place until the pandemic is over.
Would have given five star to Lisa great sales person very knowledgeable and not pushy knows her stuff!!! Very well stocked store and a court to test out paddlers. On another hand Sue poor customer service very rude star less👎🏼
Seems like an OK place, but no one was wearing a mask. When I asked the cashier why they weren’t wearing masks, she answered in a snooty tone that they weren’t mandated. I guess that is their choice, but I am not going back in there.
I bought two pickleball rackets here instead of going on Amazon, trying to support local businesses and hoping for service after the sale. My Wilson racket after being used 3 times broke at the handle. It hadn’t been dropped or hit against ground and even if it had it shouldn’t have broken like that. I went back to store to return for new one-2 weeks after purchase and with my receipt and they would not replace the racket. There was a small mark at top of racket so they said it was from scrapping ground which broke racket. They said they’d return it to Wilson to see if they’d replace and they’d call me when they heard anything. It’s now been 2 months and I’ve not had a return call. Not only did they NOT service what they sell they don’t even call a customer with status. So much for supporting local business and their service. Amazon would have taken it back!
They do not string racquetball raquets. They had told me yes before on the phone. 1hr drive wasted. Take it somewhere else.
When I walked in I thought Id died and gone to heaven. Tennis and Pickleball everywhere. Everything and anything you could ever need for either one. The store is huge and the selection and service is unmatched. They even have a indoor Pickleball court with Jonathan Andrews as their resident teaching pro. He is very friendly and volunteered to hit with me as I wanted to try out a new Selkirk paddle. I would reccomended this store to anyone looking for excellent service, selection and expert advice.
Bought two pickle ball paddles after talking with Lisa. Payed $260. Lisa was so very helpful in choosing what paddles might work for my wife and I . Suggested to try a few on inside court which we did and it definitely helped make our decision. Great asset to have such a happy knowledgeable friendly, associate .Such a different story when we went back to store and talked to Sue about price match. Very poor management skills and should be reminded that the way you make a customer feel is welcomed and like a guest no matter what they are back in for. I could’nt have been more patience and kind about the situation (Heck it was Christmas Eve ) was also in to buy more merchandise but decided not to after whole situation. Sue your not the owner don’t act like one and if I were owner I would certainly not want you on sales floor taking care of my potential sales. With all the online shopping I could have gotten it there without the headache you gave me .
Best Tennis Store in Southwest Florida. Courtney, a sales associate, helped me out and made my shopping experience fantastic. Im new at playing tennis and with her help I was more than ready for my first class. Really recommend it to all tennis players and anyone looking for the best quality products.

Customer Service needs work!Brought in my old Prince racket to get restrung as the strings were old. Within 7 weeks the bottom strings snapped. Mind you the previous strings lasted with level of play n frequency about 1yrs.Im not even playing at the level I use to play it with my girlfriend who is a 3.5 player. Went into get strings replaced, explained my situation to tennis guy, he explained it was probably a bad hit on lower part of racket near handle. Would not replace the strings which might have been set to tight .Didnt even offer to wave his tech fee for stringing the racket if I bought new strings. Does the Name Montgomery Ward ring a bell to anyone!Right they are no longer in business to their costumer service back in the day!
These guys are great. I was floored by the selection of racquets they haveTalked to their staff for quite a while on my first visit, and you can tell they love what they do. Everyone was really nice and helpful.

Two racquets arrived today. Seems like a responsible company. My only suggestion Use UPS rather the postal service which on average take a day longer. If the package is too large and i am not home I have to go to post office to pick it up. Not fun.

Sue is not friendly when it comes to returns. Dont buy here . Sue is one of the people in charge. She should not be around customers. Return Policy is terrible.
