Am so saddened by the treatment we’ve had since new owners took over last year. We’ve had two storage units. It used to be a lot cooler to go in there and work on getting rid of stuff. Now it’s very hot, and definitely not as clean as it used to be with the prior owners. The lights are not sufficient to work at night and go off before the 10 pm access time. It’s been difficult to reach anyone to talk to about problems we’ve had. The rates have increased three or four times in a year, without any warning, either. We almost had one storage unit empty and I thought we had been billed on the third of the month, but found out it was the first. So I called and asked if we got the rest of our tubs out today that we wouldn’t be charged the full rate for the month and was told that we will be charged today! They will not cut us any slack. Even if we got everything out by tonight, they will still charge us a full month rate. I also said my husband had a stroke and we would be getting the other unit empty by May 1 because we simply aren’t able to afford them right now. It’s almost $200 a month for two units now! Because of my his a d’s Condition, we can only do so much in a day. It’s simply sad that there is no understanding here.

I made the reservation online and not long after it was confirmed Rich called me to ask if I needed any help with the reservation and that I found the storage space I was looking for and if I had any questions. That is customer service. When I arrived on the day to use the storage he was very helpful and friendly and made sure I was happy with everything. I was very comfortable in the lobby because he was doing the right thing and wore a mask.I have rented here before and will do again whenever I need storage or truck rental. A+++++ service from Rich and the best prices and service around.

Was supposed to meet an agent there. I was on time, early actually. Waited over an hour, tried calling, phone went to voicemail. I left. 20 minutes later she called and said she was there. Not the best 1st impression.

I rented two storage units when I moved here from Indiana. I was having trouble with my lock and Rich helped me and was so nice about it. I combined to one unit and plan to move what I have left to a climate controlled unit. I found the rates here were the best around, and the place is extremely clean. I would highly recommend Store Space Self Storage in Bonita Springs.

You said the problem with the restroom was taken care of. it is covered in some kind of cleaner every where and still discusting .seats busted and no paper . I was going to take photos. but dont want to get amber fired because she cant handle this situation, It seems you have people living in units that are discusting and filthy I will be leaving this place soon.
