The pizza is by far some of the best around. However, I placed an order at 7:45 pm on Saturday for $48 and an hour and a half later no delivery. My stepdad went to the store and saw a guy cleaning up with the lights off. He wouldn’t come to door when my stepdad was knocking trying to get his attention. I placed my order online successfully but never got a call or anything to let me know they were closing, or not going to make my order and give me a refund. Website shows they close at 10. I’m surprised because we order from them all the time with no issues. It takes one bad experience for me not to go somewhere again.

The quality of the product is excellent. The deep dish All Corners pizza has a light crust with a very pleasant oil/butter taste. The round pizza is also of good quality. Nothing “chain-store” about Pizza Highly recommend 👍🏆👍

Our first time there. We had their All Corner pepperoni pizza and a Greek salad.OUTSTANDING! The competitor cant even come close for taste and quality. Best Detroit style pizza we have had!The staff, including Luke, I believe he is the manager, was extremely friendly and attentive. We ate in and even as Luke was, he always made time to check on us to make our meal great!We DEFINITELY will be back! Thank you again Luke!

Called last night a few times and no one answered at 8pm they close at 9pm. So we drove to the store and there were multiple employees there. Went inside and were greeted by the manager who asked his employees to take our order. The 2 young employees went to the register and started counting change in front of us and ignoring us completely so we gave them a couple minutes and they still just ignored us. So we left and went to another pizzeria, its unfortunate because we do like blackjack pizza. I feel bad for all the people who were calling and getting ignored and the money this place lost, I wonder how many nights this happens or if it was just a 1 time thing.

Ordered pizza to be delivered. They never show’d up! When we called they indicated it was in route or they just didn’t answer.In the past, when we ordered pizza, we liked it so I’m rating it a 2 but the continual lying that the pizza would arrive in 5-10 minutes, made a bad situation worse. Ruined our night.Recommend you pick it up

I called and asked if they had delivery drivers, or if I should call a third party to have them delivered, and the gentleman said he had plenty of drivers ready to go. I don’t know if I was talking to management, but if I wasn’t, they must have the best training program ever because the customer service oriented demeanor was second to none. It was my friendliest call of the day. He told me 30 minutes and I said ‘I won’t hold you to that.’ He assured me. I know if I ordered from a third party it would have been an hour.

Always fresh, fast, and very tasty. True Detroit style deep dish and great round pies. Salads are terrific, and the added bonus of a pint of ice cream keep us coming back.

I loved my pizza in Michigan but this is the best pizza I have found in Bonita Springs, Fl. Love the square deep dish pizza. The crust is crunchy on the outsize and soft on the inside. Salads are also great. I highly recommend BLACKJACK pizza.

This is definitely my favorite pizza place, hands down. I tried the BBQ bacon chicken pizza and havent been able to stop. The BBQ sauce is amazing, just the right sweet with the chicken and bacon. Always tons of cheese, crisply crust, but soft dough. Just amazing. And if you make an account and order online you can stack up points for the orders you make. Ive already received a 10.00 of coupon. A small squared pizza fills me and my boyfriend, who eats allot, up. Gotta try it! You wont be disappointed . Love love love this place. Great job you guys!! I go there because some friends told me to check it out. This young clown they have working there told me hell bring my pizza out when its ready. So Im sitting in my vehicle waiting for him to come,when I keep seeing other folks come in and out. Finally,I went in,and the other guy gives me the pizza that was sitting for at least 15 minutes! Pizza is below average, and overrated!!

Enjoy the pizza, but have had back to back disasters with their inability to get a DoorDash order ready in a timely manner ... and the cancel after 90 minutes. Never again!

Definitely a step up in flavor and taste from Dominos or Papa Johns. It is deep dish so if you like NY style and folding a slice like a taco, this might not be what you like but the crust is good. Delivery was a little slow and went past our expected delivery but I also know people around here cant drive so perhaps the driver was stuck behind someone from Michigan because they drive too slow. Maybe its all that dirty Flint water.

Gambled on Blackjack Pizza and lost. The pizza tasted like something frozen you would buy in a store, the salad was just lettuce and cheese dumped on it and the buffalo wings were cheap and flavorless. Ended up throwing most of the food away it was so bad. Wasted $50 including tip, never making this mistake again.

Typically LOVE Blackjack in any city. Called at 8:30pm to put in an order and the website says they don’t close until 9pm. The man who answered the phone says they close at 8:45 🤨It’s super inconvenient if you’re visiting from the area and people just don’t want to serve you. Don’t get hungry after 8pm!

Very reasonably priced menu and the staff at this location is very friendly and helpful. Never ordered delivery always pick up but food is hot and ready in under 15 minutes!

Extremely poor customer service provided. I have eaten here many times and enjoy the flavor of the pizza, but a recent experience has ensured that I will never spend another dime with this company. I placed an order for delivery for myself and coworkers. Estimated delivery time was expected to be an hour. Received a call from Blackjacks an hour after order was placed (the time my order should have been delivered) stating that they were understaffed and it would be a while still or I could come and pick it up. I think it is completely unacceptable to wait an entire hour to call and notify someone that things are delayed. Good customer service and efficiency is important to me, so I will not be returning to Blackjacks. Do not recommend to anyone!

Our family ordered a pizza and salad for delivery. The pizza was great for the price point. Better than pizza hut and better than papa johns. I like that their online web ordering is really efficient and offers a tracking feature. Be sure to grab a coupon code because they are offering several specials right now! On a side note, I was pleasantly surprised at how fresh their salad was!!

We actually found blackjacks through a neighbor of ours several months ago. The delivery driver mustve seen us eyeballing him because he stopped by our house and gave us a flyer lol! We havent turned back since. Amazing pizza, amazing wings, amazing bread sticks. Honestly i have yet to have anything that i havent liked. They always have great coupons on their website. Ive always enjoyed their pizza. Since I do their delivery in the AM I have to eat at the Tampa store when I make that delivery but still the same. Brings back memories since its the same as Papas pizza to go and thats what I grew up with.

Please update your hours on google, yelp and your website. All indicate you are open until 11pm on the weekends and that is not the case. Called on two different weekend nights recently, before 10:30, and no answer

Just had my first Meatza. Absolutely to die for! 5 star pizza all the way. Ordered online, and tracked through their tracker. Everything was faster than the tracking. Just a great pizza, and a great experience!

Used to enjoy their pizza very much! I still live in Bonita Springs but they dont deliver here though. I am disabled so I have to get pizza elsewhere. Its a shame.

This place was the best until tonight.. I dont know if it was the crew during that shift or what .. But they told me it be ready in 20 mins.. Then I get there and they said I just got your order it will be another 15 mins.. I ordered a pizza with 4butters and I only got one.. I understand the stress but get your things together.. Be more organized.. Im very disappointed..then when I picked it up they told me we dont suggest to use the app.. Lol... Then take the app down if is not 100%.. If you dont you gonna get alot of disappointment from great costumers.. You want to move up?.. Then make sure everything is 100%.. If the app dont work then take it down.. Dont make people wait.. I will come back but come on guys!!

Food here is always great. Pizza smells sweet in the car and is delicious. Forget Dominos or Papa Johns and come here for quality food and good prices!

This place is fairly new and Ive been here a few times and have had good consistency with food and I really like there menu choices, its nice to see a place with various salad options besides 1-2 basic salads and even personal sizes in case you dont want a whole salad with a whole pizza. They also offer pizza by the slice which is great for the lunch rush if your just needing a quick meal.

Pizza was very tasty but they forgot the dip for the wings and the wings were plain should have been BBQ.They also gave me a free pizza the first one had a big bubble with no toppings so they redid it and gave me a free pizza to supplement the bad pizza.Thanks.

This by far has been the worst pizza that I ever had. Dough after bake has been sooooooo weird, for a second i thought i was chewing gum. Trust me, i am never wasting money on this pizza provider.

This was surprisingly delicious! The thick pie had crunch to it that was perfect; it wasnt doughy which I really dont care for so I was pleasingly surprised.They make home made ice cream there too and it is yummylicious!I cant wait to try one of their salads.

Below are the things I can speak for.Pepperoni Regular Round - Cant go wrong with the classic, best pizza I have had. My fam cant totally polish off 2 large rounds, so we usually fall asleep and half a pizza is left in the oven overnight. Hands down the best breakfast with a coffee.Pepperoni Rectangle Deep - We switched for a few months to this and then came back to the round. This bad boy will fill the void of any stressful day. Eat away the sad!Chicken Wings (Mild) - A little crispy and juicy at the same time. They tastes like how the wings look on hot ones when you are hungry. Get at least the 8 piece and thank me later.Salads - I get some greek salad thing I think and it is large and fresh. I eat like a horse and that salad can hold me off.Blue Cheese Dressing - I have not clue how much extra they are, but we get 2 every order. It would be cool if yall sharpied the date it was made on the container.
