This company cuts them in their own shop and they use a beautiful glass that isnt green - its completely clear! I also found out that they stock all of the different kinds of glass for cabinet doors. I live in Illinois and currently doing some bathroom renovations. I needed some advice on bathroom glass showers and doors. I went on online and emailed Builder Glass of Bonita in Florida and got response right away. They didnt have to help me and they chose to care. Not only did they respond to my question, they went above and beyond and inquired with their installation department to make sure that I have the right information. Thank you Bridget, Leslie and Zach! Your customers in Florida are lucky to have people to who are responsive and truly cares about their customers concerns.

If I could give out something less than 1 star I would but this format will not allow it. They deserve less than Im posting. If you come upon their listing, RUN THE OTHER WAY! Incredibly rude, totally unprofessional and never show up when they say they will. My shower glass actually exploded three weeks after installation and they would not even discuss it with me. Im heading into a lawsuit as this is written. There has to be dozens of other choices out there so do yourself a favor and take one of them.

I can only agree with others that the price and service is unsurpassed. This is our second bathroom being done; the first was more than satisfactory. The original door came with a scratch which could not be removed, and no problem with having a brand new door installed. This company is aces and the technicians are great!I dont know why my first review only had one star??? Obviously this company deserves 10 stars!!!!

Great people to work with! I needed glass tabletops custom cut to protect my new furniture. They cut all the glass right in there shop, quick too! I was pleasantly suprised when I found out they only use ultra clear glass. so glad i found these people. glad to know there is still a local place that can hand cut glass to order.

I needed to have two pictures in frames replaced by mirrors. Builders Glass was recommended by the frame shop at Hobby Lobby (who do great work, by the way) and I followed up. The people at Builders Glass of Bonita had the mirrors cut the next day and even afixed them in the frames for me. I then took the framed mirrors back to Hobby Lobby to finish off the framing and they were hanging within 72 hours of my request. Very quick and friendly and accommodating. The family owned company does huge jobs but had time to quickly see to my small mirror cutting. I will return to them if I need any glass or mirror work and will gladly recommend them. If they are tempered, Ill feel a little less concerned about breakage...but if they are regular glass, of course that is fine...because that is all I paid for. Im new to town and just had my first opportunity to work with the folks at Builders Glass. They were thoroughly professional, very friendly, and Felicia went above and beyond to make sure that my order suited me to perfection! I could not have been more pleased!

They did an amazing job on a custom purple mirror backsplash and ultra clear shower enclosure at my project, and a gorgeous sky blue backsplash, mirrored niches and ultra clear shower enclosure at my own home!

They were very fair priced. The service guys installing the mirror was careful and respectful that this was someone’s home and didn’t treat it like a construction site that most contractors do.

I purchased a shower door and a splash panel for my two bathrooms in March, 2016. They were both installed in April in my absence. When I returned to my home in July, the splash panel was great, but I did not like the alignment of the shower door; I thought it needed to be adjusted. I called The Glass Shoppe and their two-man team was to my home the same day. After some effort, they declared that the shower door could not be adjusted properly and needed to be replaced - at THEIR cost. No prodding or arguing; they said either they or the manufacturer had made a mistake. I received a call the next day to say the shower door would be reordered and asked me when they could install it. What a pleasure to deal with a company and people like this. I highly recommend The Glass Shoppe.

Needed my bathroom remodeled and really didnt know where to start as Im new to the area. Id heard horror stories of Florida construction. Not only was this the place to start for mirror and showers, they guided me in the right direction to an EXCELLENT general contractor who coordinated with The glass shop and the tile company. Highly reccomend! Builders Glass did a glass barn door, the service was great and the installion was quick! The barn door is fabulous and looks amazing. I also had them install antique mirror. They have so much antique mirror in stock! Also they installed glass doors in my laundry room. The doors were astonishing, just like my glass barn doors!

I contacted Builders Glass of Bonita via e-mail over the weekend about replacing a broken mirror in my mother-in-laws trailer. Highly recommend! The showroom they have(its called The Glass Shoppe, by Builders Glass) is very impressive. Nothing else like it in the area. Bridget was so helpful showing me around and pointing out different options. They have so many full size displays, it was a lot to see. The shower enclosure they did for me came out beautifully. I was told by another company that my shower enclosure required a header, which I didnt want. At The Glass Shoppe by Builders Glass, they gave me 3 options of how it could be installed. I chose one of the header-less options with the thick 1/2 glass. It was well worth the minimal uncharge. The final install is exactly what I wanted. The crew that installed were experienced professionals. I also love the frames they have to add to vanity mirrors. I was able to keep my existing mirrors and they added a custom frame over it. What a difference they made! With a new frameless shower and a custom frame on my vanity mirror, it looks like i remodeled my whole bathroom.

We completely remodeled our home and are about to move back in. The glass products are an important consideration as you will have them for a very long time. We wanted something modern looking and after a couple of consultations with Leslie we settled on a smoke gray mirror backsplash for our kitchen. We have had many positive comments on it already. It has a very modern look and is very practical as it will be easy to clean. The portion behind our cooktop is tempered for safety. Their showroom has a model of a frameless sliding barn style shower door which is very cool. As soon as I saw it I knew that was for us. The 3/8 thick glass and sturdy polished chrome hardware are a show piece in our guest bathroom. Leslie also recommended going with ultra clear glass for the shower doors. It takes the green hue out of the glass and really makes a big difference. The installers were very professional and did a top notch job. Zach was the lead on our job. The installation went smoothly in part because he took time to get accurate measurements. We had a great experience with The Glass Shoppe and highly recommend them.

My husband called for a quote and spoke with Karl for about 10 minutes regarding our specs and location. Karl never called back as promised. In my opinion, its clearly a red flag if an owner doesnt call back when youre a potential new customer, hes certainly not going to call you if theres ever a problem. Totally unprofessional and not a company worth considering.

With the lack of experience at the front desk, I can only imagine what a train wreck that business is already turning into. They seem disturbed with all the question I had for them, and didn’t even have an answer for me half the time, they needed to triple check with somebody. I usually don’t take the time out of my day to review people, but I’m extremely outraged with the customer service experience I received. For lack of better words, I will be taking my money somewhere else.
