Outstanding service at this Pak n ship. I can trust Corey and his team to pack and ship valuables, fragile, bulk items etc. Fantastic team.

All I can say is that Corey at Pak-n-Ship of SWFL is a consummate professional; and he is extremely courteous, kind and patient. Why, you may ask? I had a 150 pound Ethan Allen TV cabinet shipped from Bonita Springs Florida to Las Vega Nevada and the furniture arrived in exceptional condition; and promptly just as he promised. He is truly a man of his word. Most importantly, Corey is prompt, thorough and KEEPS HIS WORD.He picked up the furniture from a third party seller. He packed the merchandise, boxed it up for protection and strapped it to a pallet. He then coordinated my request with a specific trucking company, handled credit card transactions, etc. It was like I was in Bonita Springs Florida myself. I felt so safe and secure with Corey in charge!!!I cannot recommend this man’s talents and honesty enough. Give Pak-n-Ship SWFL a call and see what I mean.Donald Cromwell

Went on Saturday. Suppose to be open but was closed!

Be careful of this place. The owner is something else. I was told that it is their policy that if you close a Box and then change your mind and want to reopen an account with them (not same box #), they wont allow you to do it unless you pay for the 4 months since you closed the last Box. So, I was told I had to pay for a Box which I did not use from September through January or they would not allow me to open a new account. I pointed out to the employee that they were allowing $240 to walk out the door with this ridiculous policy but they did not care. Good Riddance!After posting this review the owner contacted me and said that I had opened the box under a promotion of rent for 6 months and get 6 months free. This is totally not true since I have been a customer since just after they opened (before that I had a box at the UPS store on 41 & Bonita Beach).Owner said I was trying to take advantage of him! Actually, if the deal was but 6 get 6, then he was reneging on his own promotion and not honoring his deal.I am now changing my rating to 1 🌟. This is an unscrupulous place 👎.
