Ive been calling for an hour and no one is answering the phone, I miss the old Virgin Mobile now Boost

One of the older Boost doors, but w that age comes experience and these guys always have an answer, solution or bargain!

Very helpful and fast service, also Jorge provided me with the best customer service that Ive had in quite sometime. He also set up my phone with all my previous contacts and pictures that I had on my previous phone. I will be returning to this store next time Im due for another upgrade.

This is a busy store but the staff are very knowledgable and helpful! I dont come to Bonita often but when I do I stop by to check their amazing offers! Boost Mobile in general is awesome havent had bad customer service ever!

Terrible la atencion de los empleados asia los clientes.. I stop today to see the phones but the guy ho was working there is so lasy, he dont wan to do nothing bat bat for the store,,,

Very poor customer service. Everything in the store is in Spanish. I walked in first but was spoken to second because a Latin man walked in after me. Not opposed to things in Spanish were a blended community but this is America.

Bad service they where spouse to be open by 10 am and is 10:30 and still close the store

They never open at 10 I waited until 11 a place that is never open yet and in the afternoons they close at 5 when it says 7:30 there sucks waste of time with this center ..... 😡😡😡😡

Very bad customer service ... they say to close at 7pm and I arrive 5:10 and it is already closed there is someone inside and it is not to say go away is closed or I attend you .... NOTHING terrible service
