We couldnt be happier with the kitchen New Horizons installed inour home. Danny spent a lot of time coming up with ideas that madeour kitchen look so much larger. The installers were highly qualified. They also cleaned up everyday before they left. Would highly recommendNew Horizons. Danny is a detail man and it made all the difference.
New Horizon Cabinetry is outstanding. We remodeled completely a kitchen, master bath and guest bath. Danny Kedra owner assisted with countertops, tile, floor and selecting general contractor in addition to the cabinets and vanities. The cabinetry was custom finished at non custom prices. He and his team are true professionals. Project was in excess of $150,000 and was finished on time, on budget without a punch list.
Danny is very professional and easy to work with. Knowledgeable in all cabinetry he helps with layout and makes full use of your space.I highly recommend this company.
Danny is very professional with the friendly personal touch. We are in process of a total new kitchen and ge is there every step of the way. Eager to see the finished product.
Although we have a nicely designed kitchen, the customer experience was sub optimal. Actually, we are walking away feeling very negative about New Horizon Cabinetry and its business model. The project was neither on time (4 weeks behind) and certainly nowhere near budget ($10K and 30% over). And none of this was from our add-ons. The increases were over the original design and their proposal. The business model this company uses can best be described as “a la carte”; “continuous up sell” and “nickel and dime”. Where you think you are starting is nowhere near where you will shockingly end up. Everything is extra. Everything is an add-on. Nothing is included. None of this is explained at the front end, or even a “heads up” along the way. But yes, it’s all somewhere in the small print. We would have preferred a more direct, transparent and open menu approach where everything is included, and the customer “peels off” any extras they don’t want/need. We would have preferred wide estimates, and finally coming in somewhere near expectations, or near the original contract value. New Horizon’s business model in place creates misunderstandings, purposeful opacity, false expectations, and “sticker shock” at the end. In contrast, the building contractor they used, Janitz Construction, was more than fair and went the extra mile to leave us “on budget, on time,” and with a very positive experience. With other options around, we would not recommend this company. If you decide to use them, get everything in writing and in full up front; and watch them every step along the way. This saves a lot of misunderstandings and rancor at the end. Not happy!
Very professional and pleasant to work with. thank you!
