No business owner wants to hear a poor report about his or her business .After 43 years of selling and servicing boats one not so happy client is still one to many.. We are challenged everyday in ways to keep our costs down and quality up. Anyone who has ever owned a small business will tell you your staff is key. We face it every day especially during our peak season in trying to keep a balance between service done correctly and service done fast. One of the most common questions were asked is ( cant you just fix this part ? Cant you just patch it so I can go fishing? The answer is NO ! Its done correctly or not at all. Im sorry this fellow was disappointed with how long it took to get to him. Im sorry he thought the quote was to high to fix an old outboard motor. There may even be some truth about my decision to put a new boat sale ahead of him. In a challenging economy I have to make a lot of tough decisions, most reflect on how to keep this Ship afloat. We have worked damn hard for many years to earn a good reputation and I only ask that you to look further than this fellows comments before you nail us up on his cross. We sell great boats, give good service and we do it all at a fair price everyday, every week, and every year since 1969. Great experience the boat I bought was found to have a problem with the idle so Wayne the salesman made sure it was fixed before releasing the boat to me,then the depth finder failed after I took the boat home which was not covered in the warranty so I bought another and they sent a tech to my house to install it for me . Everyone was awesome Frank the owner offered to refund my money if I thought it was taking too long which Im glad I didnt because the boat is great,Wayne did a lot to make sure it was in top shape before releasing it to me Sandra was super friendly dealing with the registration and Shawn did a great job installing the new fish finder I couldnt be happier I will buy from them again and highly recommend them

We just purchased our first used pontoon from Bonita Boat Center. Wayne was super easy to work with and made the our first boat purchase as easy as possible. We live in Key West and theres a limited number of pontoons down here. We searched for months before finding Bonita and they were by far the easiest dealership to work with from a distance in Southern Florida!

We just purchased a boat from Joe A. He was great to deal with and made a seemingly overwhelming task a breeze. He was quick to return calls and provided a no-pressure sale. Bought a pontoon in November and was told the sale price included a 20-hour maintenance on the motor, but then they changed their tune and said there would be a charge. The Bimini top was moldy when we removed the cover and there was a tear in the boat cover seam. (They did replace the Bimini top, thats good). Wayne the sales person was impatient and arrogant in dealing with us. Well do no more business with them.

The Center has been maintaining my KeyWest 21 deckboat w/Yamaha 135 for a decade, I get great service, excellent results, good communication from shop, and have no complaints at all. They arent cheap, but reasonable. The quality is well worth it. Who wants to be stuck on the water with a problem that should have been fixed last time in the shop?

I purchased a pontoon boat in late April. Took the boat back to Ohio with me and had an issie with the steering, the cable broke. I contacted Bonita Boat Center and worked with Frank to get the issue resolved. He was courteous, profesional, and promply expedited the repair with a service person in Ohio. I was back on the water in four days. The Boat Center has been great in following up on service after the sale. I highly recommend them. I have used them for other service on a previous boat and have always been pleased. From the buying experience to follow up service these guys are tops.

Not very easy to deal with and higher priced than two other Nautic Star dealers close by. Now they keep flagging my listing on craigslist because I wont consign it for a 10% fee!! 2015 Nautic Star Angler 75 hours under warranty with t top custom seadeck 12ft talon and upgraded trailer $36500.
