The store itself was wondering, it had so many things and was well put together. My disappointment is that your cashier by the name of Alan was on his smartphone, I could hear some swearing that came from him and whoever was on the call, he left me waiting in the line for 2 minutes. He completely ignored me even though he had no one else in line. I thought customer was first but this left me complete surprise at the kind of people you hire.
Always a great place to shop for home decor, kitchen items, and pet accessories at great prices.
Its nice, but not my go to shopping. Only went because we had a gift certificate and so had some fun buying some extras.
I dont always buy something but I never dislike going in. All good
Great selection of oddball items that could add character to your home. Only 3 stars because the prices are high.
Great place forHome Decor!!!Nice and clean, friendly store with plenty of variety!!!
Great store! I have found so many things for our condo and at such great prices! And the greeters are just the best!!!
Was a bit disappointed with some decor selections today ...its always a hit or miss with HomeGoods but otherwise I did find a beautiful fall wreath!!
This HomeGoods store has a great selection and good prices. I gave it 3 stars because the staff is not helpful at all and the store layout is poorly done. The aisles are very narrow and the checkout area is too small when you are buying several large items. I bought several pictures the other day and my cashier was not helpful when it came to helping me figure out how to give her the price tags and get things back into the cart. The cashier next to her was irritated by me and made a rude comment. They dont like you to have a lot of items.
They always have a good selection and great prices!
They made more room for shopping carts! Love the revamped store. Best place ever for pet items. Also #1 for number of cashiers at check out along with best check out concept.
This stores management is horrendous, they mistreat their employees and expect new hires to know everything within their first week of working and barely teach them things during training, 100% do not recommend working here .The employees are good hard working people unlike the managers who throw them under the bus
Love this store. Always a pleasure to shop there. Loving and caring staff.Thank you
Great staff greeting you as you walk in. Always stocked with goods...The weakness of my wallet, Homegoods. Lol!
Always fun to see the new stuff they have
Extremely well stocked!
Always good and different choices.
Not impressed with the floor help at all. Ill admit Im not rea savy when shopping in supermarkets so I need help finding items. This store is pretty thin when it comes to customer service. I have shopped in Whole Foofs and it is so much better on several levels.
OMG...I love this store...Im becoming broke!! Because of you Im behind bills!!!! Love anyway.xxooo
Lots of nice stuff I wish the products were made in USA instead of china. Not all the stuff is made in china but still the same
The staff is very friendly. There is a lot of stuff packed in this small homegoods store. I give it four stars because of the friendly greeters at the door.
3 Weekends of month we stop there and check products to pick. *
Wife loves the place...
Such a treasure hunt!
Happy wife Happy life
Our one stop for knickknacks for the house
All good for home and decorations.
Good fruit
Has what you need
Best home goods i have been to.. They have a great selection and staff are very nice.
We enjoy window shopping. You can pick up good deals and good ideas for decorating. Today they were challenged with having enough staff. Well worth a visit though.
Seems to me their prices have increased drastically particularly on furniture
Very helpful..they have some great deals right now
Awesome store Just had an interview there. For employment I would love to work there Brian Miller Bonita Springs, Florida
I usually have a wonderful experience at this Homegoods location, but I was so put off by my experience today that it ruined my shopping trip. I had a return and met with Cynthia at the register. Register 3 between 5pm and 5:10pm. I had bought a glass waste basket on my last trip and upon arriving home, I saw that there had not been enough packing paper and the basket had chipped. Upon explaining this to Cynthia she looked at the basket, looked up at me and said I find that hard to believe- did you drop it? in the most condescending voice imaginable. I asked her why would I lie and she just scoffed. I then pulled up my virtual receipt in my emails. She told me the basket was not on the receipt because none of the codes matched. I showed her two other receipts before returning to the first receipt when she finally acknowledged that the basket (with description and price) was actually on it. She asked for my card to process the return. I told her I paid with cash. She said she could not just go around handing out cash to people. I showed her my receipt where it said paid in CASH. She said Fine. After that, I walked around the store browsing for close to an hour, but was so perturbed by that miserable encounter that I ended up only buying a pillow. (Note: my past two trips to Homegoods I spent around $200 each time). I wanted to speak with a manager but didnt want to deal with that ray of sunshine, Cynthia, any longer. If youre so unhappy and rude to customers, just quit, Cynthia! I hope the manager contacts me and teaches this employee proper code of conduct.
The store has some terrific products. In fact, we bought a nice piece of furniture at a reasonable price. The staff, however, seemed very stressed. This was illustrated by a passive aggressive attitude toward our questions and efforts to purchase the piece we ultimately selected.
Love the great deals.
Found coffee flavors at half price
You will always find something for your home here. Great prices, great styles
I moved here from Georgia where these stores are huge and amazing so its hard to compare that there are okay here just okay.
Only put a star because I had to choose at least 1. Bait and switch. Have clearance tags on merchandise but when you get done standing in that ridiculous line (4 out of 7 registers not open), they say no that tag wasnt meant for this product. Will never go back and will advise anyone I know to never shop there
Fresh, fun merchandise with additions made daily. Pleasant, friendly staff, and quick checkouts make shopping here a delight. Restrooms are clean, and the clearance racks all over the store are irresistible!
Looking for a photo album. First went to BB&B, than Tuesday Morning. While at Tuesday Morning I realized I should go to Home Goods . Good selection of photo albums. Helpful staff.
I could spend a week in this shop, eclectic, prices reasonable, some of the things I saw( and bought) were great quality.😍
Tons of fresh merchandise . goodbuys
Nice workers.
Great stock and selection. Some things seem way overpriced but most are reasonable.
I shop home goods frequently in Massachusetts..its one of my favorite stores!!! I have a winter home in Bonita Springs and I was totally excited when I heard the store was coming ... after visiting the store 3 or 4 times I was totally disappointed..it does not come close to the stores in Massachusetts ... ..whoever your buyers are for this area need some serious attention ..a concerned consumer...Ps. why too much Christmas merchandise!
The cashier could have been a little more helpful I guess she was having a bad day. I was $0.32 short on a $40 blanket I had $42 she wouldnt let me go for the $0.42 or $0.32 I should say I left the item there decided to go to Ross or TJ Maxx found the same thing I was looking for at Marshalls for$ 29.99 I think you can get the same stuff in Marshalls for a lot cheaper
A little crowded, but it had cute things
Best store ... everything you could ever want and much more. Wonderful staff.
Busy store. Great selections. Never come out empty handed. 😆
Always has a great selection of things for the home.
Love this store. Always something new!
Good selection of merchandise and more being put out during my shopping. Pleasent cashier, good experience
Wonderful place!
Variety
Lots of very good stuff! We love it!
Really nice things for the home. Great prices.
Place is always a mess. You cant maneuver through the aisles.
Store seems to be getting new stock. Staff was friendly.
Love looking for good items for good prices !!! Friendly staff ...
Great deals and you can find many quality neck nacks.
Checking out is a nightmare. Great products and choices of items
Good staff and cheap prices
We always fine something special. Ever changing inventory.
Great Home Goods location.
Liked their prices and merchandise. Some of the sales people were not very friendly.
Nice sale prices, but the sheet sets were tossed randomly on the shelves without any order by size or vendor.
Always find bargains. Love the quality of the merchandise.
Maybe its just me but it does not look as full as it used to be the silverware selection was slim to none.. a little disappointed
Im addicted! I go at least once a week, you never know what you will find there.
The store has an amazing inventory compared to several other Home Goods stores I have been in. Was clean organized and the staff was friendly and helpful.
There is so much inventory the staff cant get to out fast enough as folks are buying everything in the store today.
Always good!!
I waited several months (and following countless visits to this store) before finally deciding to take the time to write a review. I also wanted to be as objective as possible and sometimes several visits are required before being able to fairly assess a retailer. As a long-time shopper of Home Goods both here in Florida as well as other states I have to say this is my least favorite of all the Home Goods stores (and I have been to countless HG locations). During their initial opening phase I excitedly paid a visit to this store only to find a female manager - she may have been a temporary opening manager training new employees - speaking loudly and VERY condescendingly to the cashiers upon checkout. Neither myself or those behind me in line could believe how rude she was. There is a time and a place to discuss with employees various issues that arise and berating them in such a way (and in front of customers, no less) is not the way to do this. Very unprofessional. That stated, a large majority of the store employees are very nice, very helpful. The store has a decent selection of kitchenware, pet supplies, rugs, furniture pieces, etc. Typical of most HG stores nationwide. This store is in a GREAT location with ample parking and easy access. This store also happens to be the closest location to my home; thus, I do check its selection before heading south to the Naples location on 41 (my favorite HG in this area, by far).My only major grievance: several months ago I purchased a very thick, plush and HEAVY rug from the Bonita Springs store. The petite woman who helped retrieve the rug and move it on to a cart struggled with it so of course I helped her as no one else seemed to want to. Once we managed to get it through the very compact and maze-like checkout area (another solid dislike about this store is the floorplan that makes it difficult to navigate large purchases to checkout) another gentleman (I believe he may be a manager) took over. Someone should have informed him its not a good thing to take a $400 white rug and allow it to drag not only across the store floor but also into the parking lot. Needless to say I was not happy. I ended up having to hire a professional carpet cleaner to remedy the edges that had been blatantly dirtied by his carelessness.Over time this store has made vast improvements both in selection and in customer service. I will continue to shop here as it is so convenient and a few of the employees definitely make the experience worthwhile. Im just wondering when management will learn to be more gracious and kind to its employees. They work hard and deserve some patience and compassion.
Love the store. Had to wait to check out only 1 person working
Always fun and always find something special
Great prices good fines
Not enough cashier staff left no purcha
Best place ever to blow a budget!
They rearranged the Clearance merchandise across different product shelves, making it difficult to gage in on the discounted items without going through the whole store. Was not happy with the visit.
I usually dont need to use the restrooms in stores, but today I did. Both mens and womens restrooms were out of order. My shopping trip was shortened and I spent no money.
Best place to shop for your house
Always a favorite
If you need something home wise, they probably have it!
Always an adventurous treasure hunt
Peaceful and quiet. Upscale.
A place to find specific and sometimes random stuff for home.
Love this place!
10 people in line one cashier no interest to open a second one
I called for checking if they had a comforter that I wanted to change, Lisa said they did and hold it for me, i went all the way there and went I got there was a complete different comforter and they couldn’t helping to check in wich other store could have it, they didn’t even say sorry to make Me waist my time !! Really bad experience
What can I say? Its HomeGoods lol
Smaller store than Im used too, dont like the set up at all.
Wow. Crowded, but lots of pretty things for your home.
Fun 🛍 shopping
Good times. Lots of stuff you probably dont need but buy anyway because of prices!
