Great customer service the store was immaculate but the prices are outrageous I normally go to Marine Trading Post which has the same products for half the price I bought plastic tubing there to make a snorkel for my wifes four wheeler

I found a replacement drain plug shown on the website to be in stock at this particular store. Item was not in stock when I arrived. Item still shows in stock on the website. Associate was no help. Showed me another type of drain plug. Said that is all they have and walked away. He didn’t want to hear about the website showing the part I wanted in stock. Not the only place to buy marine parts so I’ll be shopping elsewhere.

Wowwww!!! I guess I have to get used to Florida people more often lol. Bob the man!!! I hope you see this bob, because it’s okay that someone hired you for not knowing anything but the least you could do is smile and laugh it off. I left this store laughing thinking I was on a hidden camera show. What a joke some humans can be when they are challenged.

Cant say enough about this place, particularly Eddie the Manager. Truth be told I had several not so pleasant experiences with one of the employees and started driving to the other side of town just to purchase and because of Eddie I have come back. He is constantly looking to help and digs into what Im doing to offer additional insight and possible education into what I may be missing. I always walk into West Marine expecting to purchase a few things and Eddie always makes sure Im not back for a return trip as we all know how boat projects go! Thanks again Eddie and we will be back because of you.

Every West Marine I have been in has been an excellent experience. The staff is always eager to help and crazy friendly. You can order online and have items sent to the store but be aware that it takes longer then shipping it to your house. The items in the online store are also not always the same as in-store... Again just a heads up the quality matches very well.

Hours are odd, but staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Whenever I pop in and Eli is working he is always quick to greet and help me.

The North store in Naples closes too early. If there’s something I need and have to get it after work they’re already closed by the time I get off at 5 PM. I don’t want to drive south Naples or clear to ft Myers when I work north Naples but live out on ft Myers Beach. At least stay open until 6 PM. Being Friday I want to go boating on Saturday and really need oil.

They normally have what we need in stock, but we shop West Marine when there is no alternative because their prices are not so competitive.

Small, but has way more parts than the larger west Marines which have gone the way of being more of a clothing store.
