My go-to UPS store. Staff are always friendly, and I am in and out within 5 minutes.
I needed help printing a shipping label for a package. Although I had waited in line, the clerk decided that my transaction would take too long, so I was shoved to the side because a line was forming behind me. Too effing bad!After trying to unsuccessfully use the computer to print(?) the label myself(?), I just left. No label, no shipping, no service.Great way to treat a customer. I won’t be back.Happy 2021.
My wife and I have used the UPS store on Buford Rd at least a dozen times in the last year. We always come home feeling like “That didn’t take long at all.” The personnel have bee friendly and efficient every time. Five stars from both of us.
Made an appointment with the notary only to arrive and be told they didn’t show up that day. I got a reminder email about the appointment but was not contacted when the notary was a no show. They said they couldn’t call the other location to see if we could go there, but we were welcome to call them. Unapologetic, unsympathetic and utterly unhelpful customer service.
I come a few times a week for my small business. Staff is always friendly. Parking lot is terrible though. Always a cluster getting in and out.

This location has the most lackluster, clueless, and unprofessional staff. Burn the extra gas and travel to another UPS store. Youve been warned.

Awful customer service today. 2, then 3 people working; 4 customers in store. 2 of the employees finished helping their customers and then walked away to the back without offering to help next in line. On top of it, my package has still not listed as dropped off in the system. FAIL
Was in the store dropping off a few packages a couple weeks ago and overheard a man cussing and screaming in the back behind the counter to I assume one of the female employees. Only man I seen was a tall grey haired man who I assume was the manager. Will not bring my money to an establishment where employees are harassed and treated like this.
Neither staff members in the store were properly masked. When I politely asked the staff member I was working with to wear their mask they grumbled “whatever” and we’re impolite and flustered for the rest of the transaction.

Had a great experience. I am not very computer savvy and had a hard time finding an email with my return label for my package. Rhiannan was very patient and helpful.
My items regularly leave here 2 days after being dropped off, even though they are in before the cutoff time for ground shipping. This hasn’t happened at any other location. The carytown location, which was slammed two days before Christmas, managed to get my package out same day. This location was dead empty, with most of the lights off during opening hours, and for some reason my package doesn’t leave until the 28th when it’s scanned the 26th. This is the 3rd time this has happened and caused my items to be late.
7:01pm and the doors locked with customers inside. Really gives you that neighborhood feel. Standing outside in the rain and cashier does nothing. Great customer service.
I came into this store with my colleague to get a contract notarized, the so called Notary put all the Notary stamps upside down. She should have known better than that. The Notarys in this store need to be trained better. Now I have to get the documents done over and costing money and time. When you notarized a legal document upside down this will put the client at risk if that document ends up in court. When you have a document with the word SEAL: the notary stamp should go next to that word, this Notary stamp went all over the place. Awesome location. Friendly staff. I had to walk in with a box and my son in a stroller. The employee came over to help me andShe took the box for me. we were in and out within seconds. It took me longer to get my son out the car then it did inside getting a packaged shipped.
Terrible customer service and a bad attitude- the rep there was extremely rude and disrespectful. Its clear that he flat out just didnt want to do his job. He told me it wasnt a corporate store and he didnt get paid by UPS. I took my shipment elsewhere and wont be going back.
Here at 8:36 on a Thursday Sep 12th and the store is not open....several ppl waiting to ship packages
Had a box to drop off (already labeled/postage paid) on a Saturday afternoon. When I saw online they close at 3:30 pm, I phoned (at 3:15 pm) and asked the woman who answered if the store would be open until 3:30 pm (to make sure I wasnt driving down the road for nothing). I mentioned I had a small box to drop off and lived in Bon Air, about 10 mins away. She confirmed they would be open until 3:30.After having to stop at a couple red lights enroute, I pulled up to the store at 3:29 pm (according to my T-Mobile cell phone). I was frustrated to find the door to the store locked and the employee inside counting cash from her drawer. I pointed at the box I was carrying and asked -- through the glass door -- if I could just drop it off. The employee reluctantly came to the door, unlocked it and said she had already shut her computer off and therefore could not accept the package.Stores -- especially shipping stores -- need to stay open until their actual closing time... rather than some ambiguous time decided on by the closing employee. The fact I had phoned and told her I was on the way makes this episode even more annoying.
Expensive and bad service. Charges a $1per page to scan a document. Scam and rip off. Owner and employees dont care.
I needed a package mailed in April, it did not get sent, they NEVER contacted me to let me know it was sitting at the store. I found out it never got sent because the company contacted me 2 months later. I returned last week to have it sent out, and it still was not even sent out until I came up to the store TODAY. I had to watch them physically place it on the truck. HORRIBLE service. Will NOT be using UPS again.
Arrive at 8:45am. Not open despite posted hours (on door) of 8:30am opening and website advising open. Very disappointing as went out of my way before work.
UPS is always a good way to go I really like UPS especially when they knock on my door and give me my box instead of leaving it sitting there thats a great thing!!

Poor customer service. Not once I’ve been to this store and been greeted with a smile. Not even willing to tape your box, they rather you take their business elsewhere.
