I was very pleased with my experience at Sound Advice Hearing Center in Bolivar. While I had gone there to consider purchasing new hearing aids because one of my aids had broken and I had been told by the person I had purchased them from that it couldnt be fixed, Dr. Tillman said it could be fixed. For much less money! I told him I would be back in a few months to get a new set. I appreciated his honesty & integrity.

If anyone is wearing hearing aides, and doesnt love them....they simply did not go to Sound Advice, and allow Sam Tillman to work his magic! For the first time, in many years, I heard crickets chirping at sundown. My world is a better place now that I hear again!

I have had hearing issues my while life and not able to get hearing aids when I needed them or should have had them I learned about sound advice and went to them and let me tell you they are amazing people Dr. Tillman is amazing hes caring and kind tells you everything you need to know and listens to your questions. He doesnt rush you in rush you out. His office staff is amazing as well shes kind and caring and takes time to talk and listen to you and helps when the doc is away I would highly recommend this place to everyone I tell everyone about them .

I am a new user to hearing aids, but have always dealt with hearing loss. The doctors at Sound Advice have made my experience a seemless, and, rather, easy process. They have always been so understanding of the conflicts of hearing things for the first time, and help me on how to cope with that.The staff is amazing to work with and always let me know when Im suppose to be there by calling the day before. Well-oiled machine!I tend to believe that all Sound Advice hearing centers are the same though. I started this journey with a different Audiologist, and the change to Dr. Tillman was seamless. Consummate professionals throughout the office!
