The quality of beef here is definitely better than the Walmart down the street. The deli is better here as well.

Woods is a home town store. They offer a selection of fresh produce, canned items and they have a deli with cakes to order. They have a wide variety of grab and go snacks and even personal items such as tooth paste and over the counter medications. They have a Pharmacy within the store with a drive up with for quick trips. Woods is a home town store that has a lot of friendly staff and service we all have come to expect and rely on daily.

People were nice ❗ and liked shopping there.

I love to have my personal cakes done here, if the decorator is not here I’ll be back in when she is. She’s an amazing asset to the store!!!

Use to shop there at times and they had fantastic deals on food products. Shame havent been in there in some time but we did stop out front and had some shaved ice wow was fantastic and the 3.00 small one wow believe it or not was a lot the little lady was a fantastic server and also very nice thanks again hon . We will be stopping by again. And for all you havent had the shaved ice in front of woods please try it . Its worth it very good the girl really made us happy and sure they will make you happy as well .. q

My wife and I like going to Woods Supermarket much better than the big box stores. They will help in anyway possible and when it’s time to check out your purchase’s, there is always a plenty of checkers available ( NO SELF CHECK OUT) Get a Woods reward card and receive discounts on a lot of your purchases and get discounts on your gasoline at the Woods service station and convenience store. Keep up the good work Woods!

Was a bit higher than the other place I shopped but the store was well supplied and the service was great and CURB SIDE pickup was specially installed under a roof.. IMPRESSIVE

This Woods grocery in Bolivar is a real good place to shop if your near by or going that way to see the doctor or whatever the reason. This is the only one that has bagels with cheddar cheese and bacon. Yummy 😋😋. I always get 3 or 4 when I go there. They were out this time around. There veggie selection is pretty good too and employees are nice.

Went in once, looked at prices, only grabbed a couple things. Im not sure if they get a higher price on the items they receive or just want to charge more. Prices were really high. Associates were very helpful.

Closing the meat dept. & letting go all of the loyal, hard working employees that have been with you for years is a total disgrace to the community!! Unbelievable!! We will never step foot inside your doors again!! I speak for myself and many others in our towns that have patronized your stores and kept you open!! Bad decision on your part!! I love shopping at Woods. Everyone is so helpful. I love how they take time to show you where something is. The meat counter people always help me get exactly what I want! We are so lucky to have a great supermarket in our town!!

I heard they were going to get rid of all the meat cutters,and do prepackaged meats instead. If that is the case my family and I will shop elsewhere. I also want to add that if I wanted prepackaged meat I would go to Walmart. I believe this is the worst business move,and don’t be surprised when you lose all of your customers that come to your stores for fresh meat.

Nice grocery store the employees are always super friendly and efficient. And theres quite the variety of products. My only complaint is the prices are pretty high here higher then any other store in town. But I guess thats the price you pay for convenience and variety.

Extremely disgusted with their customer service. Called about prescription and was told it was in and they would be open till 3. Online says 2. Showed up at 1:30 and was rudely told by Tammy that the pharmacy closed at 1?! Called later and got to speak to the same lady. Asked “what time does your pharmacy close on Saturdays and Tammy said “they close at two.” When I explained my situation she started trying to yell over me and got really rude. She’s a “manager”. I will be calling corporate on Monday along with getting ahold of Don Jr. Thank you Tammy👍🏻

Woods supermarket has better prices sometimes the new Dollar General you just got to keep your Woods card on you to get good discounts on good food

Everything was easy to locate. The vegetables and fruit were in great shape.

Most people think Woods is too expensive but I would much rather shop there than the other W. If you want something and its not on sale, their sale deals are so good that most likely if you wait it will be on sale the next week. Always clean, always in the same place on the shelves, and always friendly.

Ive been around grocery stores all my life having family members as general managers and Ive seen some amazing things but when I walked into this grocery store I seen every product on every shelf lined up to 80 absolutely perfect not one flaw! How impressive! I just moved here from Portland looks like I found my store.

Every time I come in here to get a pick a six pack of beer they dont have six pack holders. Why is this so hard? Why even have a pick a six if you have no way to carry them? I asked multiple managers about this. Ive complained to corporate. Now enjoy your one star review.

I always feel appreciated but also uncomfortable. Kinda like I dont fit in,I guess. Prices are higher but again brands that not everyone else sells. I did buy some doughnuts a couple of days ago & had to discard them,the doughnuts tasted old I guess. They were lemon filled & strawberry filled for like $2..99 a pkg from the bakery. Neither my husband or I liked them. Just letting you know.

Couldnt find strawberries. What kind if grocery store doesnt have strawberries???!!!!!! Put the thing I had bought back where I got it and drove to Walmart, which isnt even just a grocery store and had strawberries. Bought all the stuff there.

Ordered a cake for my sons Birthday a full month in advance. Get a call 3 hours before Im supposed to pick it that the kit has been discontinued. No apology, nothing. Had Laura in the bakery had the decency to call me earlier in the week I could have made other arrangements. But no I had to scramble to get a cake only a few hours before his party. Their slogan should be solid no service.

Woods staff,and manager Mike are awesome. There store is usually very clean and organized,and easy to navigate. There meat department manager is however at best a joke and shouldnt be allowed to speak to any costumers... especially the way he spoke to me about buying a chub of hamburger....it shouldnt be his choice or have a opinion about how I spend my money in my family and groceries. But there are some awesome cashers and stockers,and the Deli,and pastry shop is the bomb,Rosie and all the Backers Rock !!!. I buy all my grocery at woods in Bolivar...to hell with Walmart and there junk produce,and frozen meat.

Woods would be amazing if they started putting out better produce (not already rotting food) and started looking at the dates on their food. Twice now, I have bought food only to get home and realize it was expired. Only to call to tell them and they just say sorry and offer to do nothing about it.

We got food at the deli. The fried chicken is very good. This store has very nice employees and has good sales from time to time.

Went there for their deli breakfast which is served until 10am. At 9:20 they refused to make more scrambled eggs. Had to talk to a manager to get eggs made.

Pretty decent place to shop honestly, and theyve been around for years! If you shop smart, and pay attention, they can actually save you quite a bit of money!

I love Woods. The employee are always friendly and go above and beyond to help make shopping easier for me. We love the carts with cars in front for my little ones. The sales are awesome. Love the close parking too!

The prices here are a little higher than average but their sales make it worthwhile. Fancy olives and margarine are waaay overpriced, yet sometimes you can get frozen boneless chicken breast for $1 a pound or 15 pounds of potatoes for $3. Getting a free Woods card is a must! Itll save you just a bit more money plus purchases go toward discounts at the Woods gas station. FYI, the gas discount can only be used once before it resets unlike Krogers.

We do most of our shopping here because the people are friendly and the prices are awesome.
