The guys there are super knowledgeable and extremely helpful, I just bought a rifle from them and was having some issues with it and they answered every question and solved any concerns I had... Would highly recommend them for all you ammo and weapon needs.

Stopped by after visiting some friends up in Bolivar. Had a great time looking at the variety of products all the way from comics to gas masks. Staff were very helpful and told me about their great deals on firearms. Had been looking at some pistols at other shops and was thrilled to hear they would order it in for 30 dollars over what it cost them. Didnt have time to go though their tactical store, but looking forward to stopping in again soon! 5 stars

I went in looking for an accessory, and told the gentleman exactly what I had, and what I needed. What he sold me wouldnt work, so I returned it. They refunded my money, minus the sales tax! So because he doesnt have a clue about what hes selling, I lose money? Do business anywhere but this place!

Despite having been a frequent customer since the establishment opened, I will no longer do business here. Ive came often in the past to buy older videos because they always offered a fair price on used products compared to other pawn shops in town. After using the same card to make every single past purchase at the store, the employee in charge today denied the use of said card on an $11 retro Nintendo game. This was due to the fact that the card has my wifes name on it. Not a big deal, Ive always just done a quick video call with my wife at other establishments to show I.D. and quickly resolve this issue. After suggesting this to the employee(not owner), he quickly became belligerent and rude. Suggesting that the card probably didnt belong to anyone I knew, let alone my wife. It would have been a simple matter of just paying in cash on the spot had the employee with the man bun not gotten rude. But theyve lost a customer over this.

Staff and owner are very helpful and great to deal with. I have had great dealings with this shop and it is the only Gun shop in town I will do business with. Great prices and great service.

Went in the other day to order some parts for a ar-15 build. Knowledgable staff helped me make my decision, ordered then shipped directly to the store picked them up and that was it. Being my first build they was nice enough to tell me all the tips and tricks. They had their money but they went above and beyond to make sure my build smoothly. See ya guys next time. My husband is a gun nut and Black Rock Arms in Bolivar, MO is his favorite gun shop. The owner and his wife are very friendly and helpful. We always know we will get a great deal and great service at Black Rock Arms. The staff are very knowledgeable about firearms and firearm accessories. They generally also have a good selection of dvds and Blu-ray’s. I also like that they have female specific items such as wallets and concealed carry purses that are actually cute! They also have shirts and concealed carry corset holsters for women which are really cool. One of the staff introduced me to these corset holsters and he was very knowledgeable about them. He gave me more info on it and I believe I will purchase one in the near future. Black Rock Arms is a great hometown store that carries items that will certainly please even the most difficult to buy for husbands.

Avoid this business at all costs! I was in there 3 different times and gave them 3 chances. They claim to be nationwide but in reality they are a small town, small time, less than typical pawn shop. They berate and belittle your stuff and offer pennies for it. If a place actually cared about their customers they would try harder to get your business, but they just care about making a homerun on every sale. They claim to sale volumes of stuff, yet if that were true then they would offer more for your stuff regardless of how much they can turn a profit. I mean if they really are moving volumes then would it matter if they made $10 or $100 off your stuff? That just shows that they dont care about earning your business as much as they care about making money. Which thats the name of the game sure.. but why not offer a little more to earn my business and everyone i knows business and watch that little more turn more profits. Any business that actually turns volumes knows this. The more the owner talked the more i realized that he doesnt know how to tell any kind of truth. Its one bs statement after another. I have been in alot of pawn shops and this one really hit black rock bottom of the barrel. His manbun helper is arrogant, pompous and totally disconnected with people. I had to repeat everything I said to him because he acted like he didnt hear me. Both of them dress very unprofessional and resemble the panhandlers on the corner. Not to mention it was hard to stand next to them cause of the stench. Their inventory is very small and their website shows available on every item but the reality is that everything has to be ordered from the website and not much detail about items on the website. So yeah available on the website NOT at the store. How inconvenient is that? After i left there i went to a real gun store and bought exactly what i wanted and took it home that day no fuss no muss. I spent more money at a real gun store than black rock will ever get from me. I always need ammo, accessories, supplies etc. So after 3 attempts they lost my business and everyone i know and everyone i meet for years to come, i will be sure to tell everyone to avoid this store at all costs. Im giving a review on multiple websites, including the BBB. Since i know the owner is going to reply to this, please know this sir, the news of bad experiences at businesses travels way faster than the news of good experiences and you sir seem to be gaining a reputation for bad experiences. So your response simply shows your desperation in trying to fix bad reviews, when you could have given a better experience at your store and avoided this entirely.

Went to purchase a Firearm here, would allow me to purchase the firearm, because of an Oklahoma license. Which is not a law a confirmed I could buy a gun at walmart in the same town with an Oklahoma license. Lost my business and anyones I know.
