WORSE EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD!!They tried to rip me off by telling me and my husband that we need new parts ($2000) for my steering power. (I was screwed because Im in nursing school without my car) so we had bad feeling that its not possible for needing new parts. SO we took it to another shop, all it needed was reprogrammed (only for 80 bucks!) due to it being electrical power steering for my 12 Ford explorer! AND on top of that they refused to fix my recalls problems to my car until they solve their way! Theyre not being honest with their costumers! Theyre only there to manipulate you to make money off of you when its not the problem at all!! I will NEVER go back and Ill recommend everyone to please go different ford dealership to aviod this type of experience and save your MONEY and your time!Very disappointed!

Excellent and ahead of time when I requested early service. The service department Harry & Taylor are friendly and knowledgeable. I will return.
