I usually buy misc motorcycle parts here. Theyre a little better than the green store down the road. And way better service.

They suggested a fix... Bought the part. And it fixed it. Pretty much what your looking for in an auto parts store.

No greeting at all upon entering. I grabbed a basket because I planned to but a number of items for my 2 autos. A female store employee at the counter made eye contact with me and certainly saw the help me look on my face yet did NOT acknowledge me at all! As I made my way through the isles looking for oil and wondering which weight I would need NO ONE made an attempt to help me or to even say something like we will be with you in a bit....I left and Im now going a few blocks away to OReillys. Gggrrrrrr

I walked in needing a few things to fix up my sons car before he got home from deployment. I happened to get waited on by the stores manager, John. I was in there for probably over an hour, spent way too much money, laughed, joked, had a great time with all of the employees. Because the majority of the money I spent was going towards my sons car, after I nearly had a heart attack over the total price, John gave me the military discount and said even though it was my son who was in the military (not me), the parents of those who made the unselfish sacrifice to serve deserve the same Thank You For Your Service.John found a box to put all of my new treasures in, and he proceeded to carry everything out to my car for me. I told him that I was new in town and we stood outside my car for 20 minutes talking about this town, the food it offered, the places to go, places to stay away from, etc.Ive been in the hospitality business for almost 28 years. John is the definition of what Customer Service is all about. AutoZone, you guys have my business for life. And John, the Bolivar store has my business as long as I live anywhere near here.Thank you!

I had to replace the brakes on my Lexus rx330 and was In a very big hurry . Rodney offered to let me use his personal tools and do it in the parking lot. Follow up return for warranty refund a few days later and again Rodneywas extremely helpful and professional. This is the best autizone experience I ever had. Kudos to you Rodney awesome customer service!!!!

Well I went in to get a funnel to put power steering fluid into my car, manager was telling a story to another woman worker and I got what I was looking for so I Stood in line behind a guy holding a axle to pay for my purchase 2 guys walked in talked to one of the guy clerks went got what they wanted and they came up and talked to the same guy and got checked out while I still stood in line. No good customer service that day.

Went to buy a battery and no one was wearing masks, customers or store employees. They are ignorant or no aware that they are spreading virus to the town. Went to buy the battery at Walmart where they wear masks and bought a battery at 60 dollar savings..

While the man was quick to get our part from the back, he was EXTREMELY rude. When asked why the price was so much higher than AutoZone online, he said very rudely that what we found was online and it cost to have it shipped in. I was under the impression that AutoZone matches other prices. Apparently not-even their own store. That man was one of the rudest people I have ever came across. I sincerely do not know what we did wrong by asking. I wont deal with that again for sure. Id rather have it delivered to me than deal with someone who obviously doesnt know how to treat a paying customer. He needs someone to reteach him on the subject of manners!

Worst customer experience Ive had in awhile. I went in this autozone looking for something to patch the hole in my gas tank so I could get home (which is an hour away)There was at least 5 men in there and not one of them offered to help me.I had my four year old son and our dog with me, so my hands were already pretty full and I had no idea what I was doing.

Oh my gosh. These guys were a life saver. We were 4 hours away from home when my alternator started to go out. Danny was able to get us the part we needed but then answered the call to go above and beyond for us. It was Sunday around 6:30pm when we pulled in needing help. He was able to call one of the locals he knew and get someone to come and put my alternator on. They opened their breakroom to my 1 year old son, sister, and niece while the best samaritan put our part on. I can not say enough good things about this store and this town. This is southern hospitality at its finest and I could not be more thankful for running into this small town and its great people. I was unable to get the local man name but he works on and drives racecars there in the area. I can not thank this store and Danny enough.

The folks at this auto zone were way beyond helpful.

I would give them ZERO stars, but I was able to park. Both the men on Dec. 8th, 2018 at 3pm were obnoxious and acted like they were better than me. Neither tried to look up the part I needed, an after market voltage regulator for a 1995 dodge. (it bolts to the frame.) They joked that I should hope into rhe mans truck parked next to mine. He did plug on to my battery and say the regulator had failed, but refused to give me the voltage reading for my battery. I do my own repairs and am female. I needed to know if my dash read was correct at almost 18 volts!! They actually referred me to ORiellys haha. ORiellys people in Bolivar are friendly, non judgemental of female mechanics, and more helpful and share information easier. They read my battery, then went back out to check alternator...dash read was correct at 17.5, way too much volts! Dangerous to drive like that. Go to ORiellys in Bolivar and never AutoZone in Bolivar. Skip that autozone. thats my review.

Absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you see a guy named bill in the store stay away. You would think a 40 year old man who made his life career out of autozone would be more respectful to his customers but maybe that is why he still works there. Wound up finishing my business with autozone in springfield where I had a much better experience.
