Called got auto voice, told me to press 2 for supply’s . I press 2 and she kept talking. I tried 4 times I had to call the 800# to finely get help ? Very unhappy with Apria . I would change if possible .

The place deserved zero stars, its going on a week now and I still dont have my equipment. Sleep apnea is a life or death situation and this company dont take it seriously. I have had several customer service/agents call me for insurance information and I provided everytime. After been told for the 4th times your information is updated and your equipment will be there soon. I received an email asking for the same information. Is anyone doing their job at this, look like Im gonna fall asleep and never wake back up waiting on my supplies.

The ABSOLUTE worst!!! Ive been waiting for almost 2 months for my machine. I have severe sleep apnea and it is VERY important that I have this machine....no one and I do mean NO ONE has a clue to what theyre doing here. The area manager never response to the reps messages and there is no way to speak to her directly. Amanda seems very nice did do the best she could with limited access but I still do not have a machine. I could literally die in my sleep waiting for a machine and no on takes this as an emergency. Im disgusted and at a lost for words. Some thing has to improve.

If your healthcare provider wants you to go with Apria tell them to get you someone else. If they dont have a prescription from your doctor they will still fill your supplies & send them out knowing it will be denied by insurance, leaving you stuck paying the entire bill. They also raise the price they send to the insurance so they can get more money. Most of the people you talk to on the phone are over seas, can careless about you or your issue they just want your money. This company can careless about its patients, stay away from them.

This company is terrible!!!!! So, my doctor faxed in an order for a device and equipment. Apria Healthcare called my phone (yes, their number popped up on my caller id). I missed the call because I was in a meeting, but called them back in less than 20 minutes. The customer service agents claimed they couldnt find me in their system (AFTER THEY CALLED ME FIRST!). So, I called my doctor to tell her this. The Apria people ask me to get my doctor the fax number given to me by their company. I do, my doctor refax the information again. Another week goes by and I dont hear back from Apria. I called them again today and guess what?? They still say Im not in the system and they dont know who I am. This is clearly not an error on my doctors side. Dont do business with this company.

Same experience as the others, attempting to order Cpap with customer service issues going on for over 2 months. Ive made dozens of calls back and forth between Apria and my primary care physician, drove 45 miles to get a copy of my sleep study and hand delivered it, I have blue cross blue shield and have had my sleep apnea treatment delayed and interrupted through their incompetence. Dont patronize me after th9s review saying we are striving to improve customer service.

This has been the most difficult process I have ever undertaken. The representatives are no help whatsoever. I have called the Bolingbrook branch 14 times since April 21. Four times I actually spoke to a rep. Ten times I got a recorded message about how they would call me back within two hours or if not before noon the next day. Haven’t received a single call back. Had a fax with a prescription sent there Monday. We haven’t received it. Had my doctors office resend it this morning. We haven’t received it. I have been without a cpap machine now for over 5 weeks and there appears to be no end in sight. Guess what? Called customer service and of course nobody answered but got a message about how they will get back to me within two hours or by noon tomorrow. Heard that before. How is this company still in business?

Cant get my CPAP altho I have received supplies from them for years. tHEY ALSO SERVICE MY MACHINE UNTIL IT BURNED OUT AFTER ATTACHING GO CLEAN TO IT. I WAS TOLD I NEEDED GET ANOTHER SLEEP STUDY. tHE REST of the problem is a mixup with my pulmanologist and paper work(which they did not pursue blamed it on the VIRUS. tHEY HAVE NOT CALLED ME TO EXPLAIN THE DELAY. i LIVE IN BOLINGBROOK????????????

6 weeks and and yet to receive my medical device. I spent hours in the phone 3 way phone calls with Doctors as this company received the faxes all the paper work was and over 4 times. And they say they are missing paperwork. I am currently on the phone and they say paperwork is missing. I still don’t have my breathing device! Worst place

Time between doctor ordering device and received almost six weeks. Young lady who called day after I tried to start using, because the signal said I didnt use the full 4 hours, was very nice and realized I was sent the incorrect mask. Was promised a new mask in days. Two weeks later I finally received mask and it does not fit with the hose to the main unit. What else?

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This company has the WORST customer service of any place youll find. Have been waiting and calling for 2 months for initial delivery of medical equipment. Finally told this morning that it is available for us to pick it up. When asked why we were not called to pick it up when it came in they told us because they didnt know it was there, and they have too many customers to keep track of the status of all the orders for them. If you get this company on a referral, call and BEG your insurance company to switch that referral to ANYONE ELSE!! You will be sorry if you have to deal with this company!
