I spent over 120 dollars on a present for my father for his birthday. Although ordering online was easy and the wallet was ready before the initial pick up time, the presentation of the item was not great. The lighting in the store threw off what the product looked like in different lighting. When I got home, the metal in which the customized notes were made was dirty. I had to clean it off for 10 minutes before the dirt would come off. The box itself was damaged. Im disappointed... although my family looks past material things, I spent a lot of money on this item and it does not look like it. Be careful when you pick up, make sure it looks good before the cashier rushes you off and puts your item in the bag. Probably one of the reasons the box is so damaged.

The worst. I brought really nice beer glasses for my husband and came here to have them engraved for our wedding anniversary. They ruined them. They gave me my money back for the engraved, but they ruined my gift idea. I will never go here again.
