Broke my sun glasses today and went straight back to Sunglass Hut at the Bolingbrook Promenade. My associate found me the right pair of sun glasses, perfect fit, nice color design, and at a great price. So happy with my new glasses and definitely recommend the store. Great staff. I will for sure go back as I have for several years now.

Initially I tried to order glasses online. Order went through, and 2 hours later it was cancelled and I was given no reason. I then checked stock online and went to a local store that showed they had the glasses in stock (Orland Park Mall, IL ), and the associate checked and the glasses were not in stock. I called to make a complaint, and was given a 40% off voucher which I could not use for 2 weeks because all polarized glasses were on sale (kind of made the voucher pointless). So i waited and ordered when off sale. Glasses arrived, did not like. After reviewing your return policy which states i can return to a sunglass hut location so long as it is NOT inside a Macys, I took a Friday afternoon trip to the Bolingbrook, IL location NOT inside a Macys to return and pick out a new pair possibly 2 AND one for my wife. I walked into store and explained the situation, and immediately the 2 very young folks working there (Amara and Emily?) said We cant accept returns from online orders. I pulled up SUNGLASS HUT return policy to show your employees your own return policy, and after a few glossy eyed nervous looks back and forth the gentleman blurted out OUR SYSTEM IS DOWN....so I laughed and said ok well which one is it is your system down or do you not know your own return policy? This was the final straw with sunglass hut...how unprofessional the in store associates do not even know the company return policy and then lied to my face to get me out of the store....I planned on spending twice as much as i was returning lol. I will NEVER shop or do business with your company again, no matter how many discount vouchers you send out like candy apparently due to the fact no one seems to know what they are doing and customer service is a joke.....BE BETTER

Agnes is such a wonderful spirit, she was such a huge help and very customer friendly. Please see she gets a raise, her beauty and her love for assisting people has really grasped our attention and shes an asset for the company.

I cant give it less than 4 stars because I was only in there for less than a minute. Ive never seen anyone actually buy anything here. The prices are out of this world for being able to buy on Amazon for 90% less than in the store. There was no employee to be found but Im sure they could smell the fear in me and knew they didnt have a sale forthcoming.
