Cashier rang me up and short changed me. Caught it right away. Told her hey you didnt give me the right money back you shorted me. She said no I didnt! I said yes you did my item was 10.00 I gave you a 20.00 so how do I only get $6.00 and some change??? I told her give me my receipt and I showed her. Right on the receipt it shows you how much money to give back and so does your register. How is it possible to mess up, you dont have to think about anything it tells you all the exact amount to give back. Mentioned it to the manager and he said accidents happen. Not an accident when all the math is done for you....

I love Big Lots. I can never walk out of there without something. The workers at the Bolingbrook store are always helpful, and friendly. I would definitely recommend this store

Some of the shelves were a little empty, but, they are working to replenish the shelves. Since I havent been in there for a few weeks or 3 or 4 months, they have some new stuff. I purchased some really good quality towels and of course I had to apease my sweet tooth bought cookies.

My husband and I like this location the best. Theyre the most organized and have the most stuff. Brenda was very helpful. & She was very patient when dealing with a tough customer. She was only trying enforce the 6 feet rule. We gave her our support.

Very nice and organized store. Brought a memory foam mattress from here and some decor for my bedroom and it turned out great.

Ordering online was simple but the next day I called the store. The employee answered and I asked if she could give me information on my delivery for today. She told me I need to call back at 11am to speak w the mango for furniture. I called back like she said but she told me to call back late r in the day. I said she told me 11am and she out me on hold for 20 mins which I then hung up. My delivery guy from a service told me they were rude and wouldnt give him my order nor help him locate it. He said he is leaving a bad review also. He was great by the way.

While it was nice to walk in the store to shop & get some much needed exercise rather than curbside pick up my visit was met with BIG disappointment. The store shelves were empty but to my surprise they were empty b/c they had moved all the stock in shopping carts due to redoing the store, whatever that means. Anyway I couldnt find what I was looking for and ended up buying something that I didnt need. I shouldve left but it is what it is so ....despite being unorganized the store associates were wearing mask, cashier was really nice & friendly and other patrons were wearing mask & social distancing.

Bad experience..the manager (Mary) was so rude as we had a bag of candy and it was marked 2.50 and the girl at registere said thats not the right price and we told her theres 4 other bags marked the same she went and got them and tore off the price and said she has to charge me the right price which was higher. I said no u havet to give price on bag she called manager Mary and Mary said said we have to pay the higher price I told her no thats the law she has to give what the price reads she said in a smart way (Thank you for telling me how to do my job.) So I said youre welcome and someone needs to tell you.. she gave me dirty looks and continue to show rudeness she still argue with me a bit before deciding to just sell it to me for the price marked.. someone needs to teach her how to treat the customers 🙄

Everything is relatively cheap and fashionable and its bright and had a very calming and open mood (for example the ceilings are finished unlike a superstore like Sams or some Walmarts) also it kind of doubles as a secondary store because they have some cool candies and Sodas that you wouldnt find in typical stores. First impressions were a 5 star on my shopping experience there.

Carlos the manager here is really awesome 👏🏾! I’ve never met him in person but spoke with him over the phone to solve an issue that the rude customer service representatives at corporate brushed off. Carlos was kind competent and very concerned with my issue even though it was placed online and not at his store. I have to say corporate sucks but Carlos you Rock !!! Be so so so careful here. I asked to look up my existing account with my ID and the cashier tried to open a new card and now it’s a mess with my credit score.

Entryway looks terrible and nasty! Corporate really needs to put money into these stores to update them and make them attractive to customers upon arrival. Floors look nasty too. Big store but some shelves are fully empty. Good covid precautions on-site include masks, arrows for aisles, and spray for cart wipe down. On the same level as nasty Walmart minus the random category of consumers lol

The Bolingbrook Big Lots was clean, well stocked, and yet cleaned out of much of the holiday merch. Will be back!

When my family comes to visit. This is the first store they want to stop and shop in.

Do NOT go here!! No utensils, cold food, these tables were filthy over an hour we were here. Waitress was awful!!! We sat ourselves. She kept forgrtting the parts of our 4 for 4.

Bought an Umbrella and 4 chair set anf a fire place table. Spent about $475 on it. The Umbrella lasted about 1 summer then the string came un done and would not open. The chairs ripped the following summer. You cant take stuff back there. You had to call some number which seemed like some weird number to someones house. Stilll have the fire pit table.Over all if something breaks you cany take it back. Live and learn

This is a larger Big Lots with a great selection of furniture, housewares, and foods. The people working at this Big Lots apparently care about their environment, as it was much cleaner and more organized than most others I have visited. Our cashier was very friendly and nice.

Love this store. I wish they had locations in Chicago.

No savings for this place. Staff does not offer their help as they are busy talking about their hot date last night. I usually use this store to stock up on items to save money not anymore, I have a rewards card yet no reward. Aldis and dollar tree have cheaper better items.

It is a cheap place!You can find food, toy, clothes, home decor, almost everything in here!And they got really good deals all over the store, beside there is a clearance section, and if you are lucky you will find amazing things almost for free.Its also good for cleaning supplies, because of the low cost.The location is fine and they ​got a parking lot of good size.

The best Big Lots I have ever been to, hands down. Everyone is always very helpful, space is bright, organized and fun to shop! I make a stop every time Im in the suburbs.

It has been several years since I shopped there and I was a bit taken aback on some of their prices. I quickly realized that there were other stores that I could go to and get better prices! It is possible to still get some deals but I would exercise caution before you throw something in the basket!

I just like this place! They have a lot of stuff here. Some old, some you dont see any where else. If you see it and like it you should buy it because it may not be there when you go back. Their inventory seems to be ever evolving. Nice to just go here and walk around to see what you might see. Knick, knacks and snacks.

I got what I need

Its a pretty decent story. You are able to buy the foods you never thought to buy in there but not like other stores.... like name brand. Its clean the staff is friendly and they have a lot of odd foods you will not see in other stores.

The staff is extremely helpful. The person helping me was excellent and went out of his way to find out if other Big Lots had what I was looking for. He was the epitome of customer service! Thank you so much.

WhereWanted to purchase two tables. One was in stock the other was a display which was going to be discounted 10%. When the manager took the sticker off the top it took the finish off. He would only take another $5 off. Then he took his red permanent marker and said if it matched he would just use his marker to fix. Not very professional.

No mens underwear in stock no boys underwear in stock. Shelves really bare. Felt like a store about to go out of business.

Favorite place to purchase my toiletries and things for my home at a discounted price. Its always great seeing Taylor when I come to shop!

I was thrilled to visit this Big Lots in Bolingbrook. All the stores near my house have closed down.I always find lots of decorations for my house and different food choices (mainly snacks).

Selection is not good, pricing on items is hit or miss. However the employees do not bother you which makes for a relaxing experience, which is the only thing I can say for sure is good.

Very clean and organized Big Lots. I have been in a few that are disorganized. Ours is pretty good. They open lines if more than 2 people are in it.

Very nice store. Better than some other locations Ive been to. Only issue is some employees stare you down. Kinda creepy.

They dont have a huge variety, but I dont expect anything more for this area. They are very overpriced on a lot of things for the quality.I go for the little knick knack things I need for around the house, but again their prices arent competitive for being a discount store and you can get most of the stuff they sell cheaper at a dollar store or even Marshalls, TJmaxx or Ross.

My husband and I love going here sometimes. They may have some overpriced foods, but they have cheap, yummy stuff, and even some food marked down or discounted. I definitely recommend going there if youre on a budget.

Im pretty good variety of stuff, good prices and the store was pretty neat and organized.

Purchased a pair of Bluetooth headset and pulled it iut of the box and the first thing I say is that there was no charger, also I pulled it out of the box and one of the ear pieces was not connected. Went to return it and was told no return on something I just got 2 days prior. Staff didnt know what they were doing and didnt offer any solution. Will never go into this horrible store again!!
