Al is awesome (one of the Staff there) and the store is great. It reminds me of Eartbound. Great selections, pricing, service and nice staff (besides the one I mentioned, although Ive only met two so far 😊). If youre looking for a store thats unusual, has some quirkiness with great pricing, see them.
Very nice place compared to other hot rags areas i have seen! absolutely love this store. wish a website would give more information such as job requirements (such as age), but other than that, it is hip, unique, and a very chill environment !
I love going there it takes me back when I was young . Im talking about the clothes and other things. As well it has things from movies youve see like. IT, WALKING DEAD, Chucky and others . Its cool man lol, youll like the clothes I promise the service is great there very nice there .
Al and Summer are amazing and always super friendly and helpful here. Only weird thing is anytime I buy something from here I get charged from the Joliet location. It always makes me do a double take when looking at my credit card statements.
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!They charged my card after I paid cash for a purchase and never refunded it. They stole it from me. I paid 2x for one item. The cashier name was Jennifer and the owners never responded nor refunded me.This is copy and paste from an email send to them which they never responded. The email is from almost a month ago.Hello I was in the Bolingbrook store last Sunday 10/20/19. I purchased a poncho for $21.64 at 5:02pm I went to pay with my card and the girl Jennifer ran my card and gave it back to me stating that my chip was not reading so I gave her cash to pay for the poncho. I later realized that the transaction was pending on my account. I contact the store the next day and a lady was speaking to jennifer in the background and jennifer said my card was declined and that the transaction would not go through. Which is different from was she said to me when I was at the store purchasing my item. I waited a few days and the transaction went through on 10/22/19. I called again and Jennider not once apologized for her error until I told I mentioned she hadnt. I went to speak to your manager last Thursday about it and she said there was no record of my card being ran. It is completely ridiculous that a repeat customer is treated this way. I was double charged and until this day I have not received my money back nor an actually apology. You can check your cameras for Sunday 10/20/2019 at 5:02pm and see that she ran my card and I paid cash. The $21.64 was pending and fully went through on my account on 10/22/2019. Check your records, your cameras I was double charged and it is unfair and ridiculous I have to go through all of this for an error that your employee did. I have attach my receipt I paid cash and a screenshot of my bank account of the transaction that was charged on 10/20/2019.
Had the most frustrating experience due to the manager with short orange hair. I was very obviously profiled due to my appearance. As soon as I entered the store I had employees breathing down my neck, watching me as a I shopped. Hiding behind clothes racks pretending to look, but just staring at me the entire time. At one point I looked up and the manager was staring & POINTING at me while speaking to her employees. When I asked the reasoning behind it she denied she pointed at all and wouldn’t make eye contact with me. Definitely didn’t want to continue shopping after that so I just rang up and left and before I left I turned around again, and what do you know... she was doing it again
They have great stuff, but every time I buy gauges, they are two different sizes.
