This review is long overdue, as we had our countertop installed back in the spring, but were still in awe how perfectly all the pieces of our project came together. We love how our new countertop looks! Deb was able to locate more of the same material we used 10 years ago. The install was flawless. No size issues whatsoever. The corners and polished finish perfectly match the rest of our kitchen. Thanks Granitex!

We had a great experience with Granitex! First of all, we love the look of our counters, we chose Calcatta Ocean Quartz. The measurement and install went smoothly, they arrived on time and they left the workspace clean. From start to finish Roland was great!

Just had Granitex install countertops in our full kitchen remodel project. They were wonderful to work with. Very receptive to all of my questions while being patient with me and timely in their responses. The counters turned out great and the project was finished even sooner than I had hoped for. Everybody involved was very professional and nice.

Needed help getting an installed granite counter top (not by Granitex) re cut correctly. From the first call explaining my problem to completion of the work everyone at Granitex went above and beyond to help.We expected a noisy and dusty workday, it wasnt, the vacuum system and two man team were amazing. A great job, beautiful finish and next to no clean up needed. I couldnt have asked for more.This will be my go to company for any countertops in future. Very pleased with the whole team.

We are thrilled with our beautiful countertops. The selection process was educational, I worked with Deb. Deb listened very carefully to what I was looking for and really narrowed down my choices, which I appreciated. She was available to answer questions which was great. The owner came out to measure and he was helpful, friendly and very professional. Turnaround time was one week and the installers were fabulous. Complementary, on time, professional and took pride in what they were doing. Pricing was better than competitors in my area and that was a plus. We highly recommend Granitex.

IT APPEARS THAT MY OLD REVIEW WAS MIRACULOUSLY DELETED SO I DECIDED TO REPOST MY REVIEW.STAY WAY FROM GRANITEX, CORPS. BUNCH OF UNPROFESSIONAL RIP OFFS.I went in and spoke to Deb. I told her the dimensions of the cabinets and I told her I did not have an island and bar installed yet, but I wanted a countertop for them. Granitex was quick to provide me with an estimate for the dimensions that I provided. when the technician came out, the technician said there will be a half inch over hang. Countertops is not my expertise so I took his word. I gave him the dimensions to the island and bar. I was thinking this company would be professional and would do the job in a professional manner. They delivered the countertop and the island counter top did not have the half inch over hand and it was shorter than the measurement I provided. I spoke to Roland via phone. He tried to speak professionally, but thats the extend to his professionalism. I explained to him that my wife and I were taken advantage off because countertops were not our expertise. Roland is refusing to correct their error and expects my wife and I to pay for a new slab so they can make a new island countertop. I then received an email from Deb raising false allegations that they were not made aware of the island and bar not being installed and raised other false allegations attempting to put the blame on me.I went to this company because I was referred. it was the worse mistake I have ever done. this company is far from professional and this company does not take responsibility for their errors and negligence.the cost of their error is too much to let go. There hasnt been any resolution and there will not be a rest to this until the matter is resolved.Latest news: I offered Rolandas Karinauskas to go halves on the cost and he denied. JUST SHOWS HOW MUCH HE IS WILLING TO WORK THINGS OUT. I only wanted my kitchen to be complete and this ordeal to be over. Thats the reason my wife and I offered to go halves.

I had to create an account for this reason only and it’s because I am not happy with this company. Worse company to work with. They don’t finish their job and frankly, Roland does not care as long as they receive payment. Once they receive payment, it’s whatever to them and don’t care about satisfying the customer. Will never return to do business with them again!

We had quartz countertops installed yesterday and couldnt be more pleased with the experience from start to finish.We were able to secure an appointment within a couple of days of our initial call. They had mask and sanitizer expectations. Deb helped us with our selections without pressure and provided a sheet of providers so that we could view whole slabs to finalize our selection. We experienced excellent follow-through, including an all inclusive estimate and many questions answered. The gentleman that came to our home to measure, Roland, was professional and very informative covering both the product as well as what to expect with removal of the old counter and installation.A week and a half later our quartz was installed. After being advised that our countertops would be difficult to remove, we anticipated needing backsplash tile repair and possibly touchup work on our cabinets after the new quartz was installed. The installation team, Daniel and Ruben, were professional, worked very hard, and did a beautiful job installing our countertops. There wasnt a single mark on our cabinets or tile. They were very careful and conscientious, cleaning up along the way, and finished long before expected.This entire experience went so smoothly, without a hitch and in much less time than expected. The removal of our old counters was labor intensive and so reasonable in cost. We highly recommend Granitex!

Went in the showroom and was surprised by all the selection. No other granite company had anything like this showroom. I had quotes from 2 other companies on my kitchen and they were 20% less. The workers were very nice and professional. My whole experience was great and I will be using them on my bathrooms next.

My wife and I bought our house 2 years ago and the kitchen was the last item on our list to redo. Deb made it a very easy process and her communication is A+ with what will happen and when it will happen. Roland and Rita at Granitex Corp. are the best. Very polite, very customer friendly. They saved my butt by getting me a countertop for my laundry room in a matter of days. They scheduled a date and an 11-4 window to come out and take the measurements for our new counter top. My wife took the day off of work and they cancelled on us at 10:30. They will charge you an extra $200.00 if you miss an appointment but offer nothing when they cancel on you. The new counter top showed up without the radius’s that we’re clearly discussed. The installer hand cut them in my driveway. During demo of the old counter top they broke some back splash tiles and luckily I had some extra ones saved. The counter top turned out good but Granitex did not handle professionally. I had a nervous feeling until it was done!

I had my granite countertops in my kitchen and bathrooms installed by Granitex and they are simply beautiful! The staff were very helpful in helping me decide what colors to choose to go with my decor. They provide excellent quality of work and stand by their product. I recommend Granitex to anyone that is looking to beautify there home!
