I booked online & when I got there, the person I booked with wasn’t there!!!! They had the nerve to tell me that the guy left early for his bday…. & just sat there and looked at me… I had to ask if somebody could cut it & they acted like they didn’t want to do it so I just left!!! This was a few months back but I haven’t even looked at them twice because of that!

Was put in rotation between appts. One of the best haircuts of my life. Probably going back when in Chicago. Jason was the guy who cut my hair.

I booked with Jay online for 3 haircuts. Got there with kids in tow, turns out there is no reservation and to make it even better, Jay isn’t even there and there’s no one else that can help.Great.Anyone have a barber I can take my boys to?

I believe the guy name is Jay, but Im not too sure if that’s his name. He’s a good barber and cuts very well. I just don’t go over there anymore because of a misunderstanding that I had with him I guess(?). But it’s all cool, I recommend for y’all to check him out though, he’ll definitely hook you up

I am definitely giving Headquarters Barbers Lounge more than 10 stars if possible! I took my youngest brother for his very first hair cut an they did an incredible job all together. They definitely know what theyre doing and I would recommend them more and more to my neighbors and friends around. Superb!!

I was looking for a barbershop for the 4th of July holiday for my grandson. I called on the 3rd and they were so BUSY they were only taking walk-ins. I walked in and lucky a barber was available on the spot. In and out quickly and professional! My grandson loves his haircut with a bit of design. I will definitely bring him back!!🤩🤩🤩🤩

I went to this shop after another shop did a number on my beard that left me all messed up. The guy fixed it with no problem. It’s a great atmosphere and everyone is cool. I only regret that I didn’t go to this one first.

I recieved the worse haircut I have ever received here. I told the barber (heavy set dude) to NOT go low on my fade and the first thing he does is bald my head. Then he cut my forehead with his clipper not once but twice.The barber then told me he couldn’t line the back of my head because I got a fade.... never heard that said to me before.I had to leave the shop and go directly to another shop to fix my uneven hairline and terrible fade. Don’t waste your money or time here.
