Amazing selection and great staff!

It looks like on this times is a lack of trained employee with respect to customer needs. I felt this in other stores too. Thats why an online experience may be less stressful.

This was a at the moment stop, but Id have to say, this Michaels is very orderly and sufficient! Great customer service.

Seemed low in stock, but the staff there are all so amazing, and helpful!

Ample parking available. Lot of great deals. Go on Tuesday and Thursday for new stock and great prices.

I love shopping at Michaels. I can always find a new rainy day craft for my kids or a last minute birthday gift idea. I like to check out the seasonal home decor and baking aisle.

Nice clean, orderly store. Smaller than some of the other locations I have visited. I wasnt as impressed with the artificial flowers selection, which is why I visited the store. It could be that I was looking for bright orange flowers, which is usually a fall color. But I expect Michaels to have some of everything you may want. None the less, I did not find any orange flowers. Oh well, that happens. I usually only visit Michael for artificial flowers. So not sure when I will visit next.

A newer cleaner location in the last few years. Great place for arts and crafts. I get picture frames here.

Jesus Christ crafting stuff is expensive. They really bend you over here. I bought a scrap book and a nice cutting mat and we almost hit $100. Two items? Where do you get coupons for this place? You almost have to sell drugs to have a hobby.

All the staff were friendly. Everyone kept asking us if we needed help or was helped already. The story is very organized and bright. You should always check online if they have coupons!!! And after you get your receipt, Michaels gives you more coupons. Their parking lot is big, always a spot.

My sister and I went in today to look for a frame to fit a picture that I had drawn for her, and experienced the best customer service here. An employee named Christina helped us the whole time. After we bought the frame, she had removed the tape from the matte board, stayed while it was placed in the frame, and loosened one of the screws that were too tight to move back into place. Christina had made the whole experience much more pleasant than it would have been at any other store! Highly recommend going to Michaels.

Its small and its always very attractive to the eye. They have a great selection. I usually find everything I need.

One of the best Michaels locations Ive been to. This location is brand new, within the last few months. Its clean and bright with a nice, accommodating staff. Ive been here several times and every staff member has been wonderful.I had to return items here that I bought months ago and they didnt question anything from a different location. Took it all back and credited my debit card. Awesome!!

For the crafty-craft and artful people. Close to my home, very convenient with easy to find sections of subject-specific items.

Really disappointed in this location which is my favorite one unfortunately this time I had a bad experience with a guy name Ryan I ask him for help he told me to hang on so I did he never returned he was more concerned on bringing out boxes from the back then taking care of paying customers!!!! I believe he needs to get trained on how to treat customers!!!

They have a little bit of everything but dont really have a specialty. If you need an item that is just general craft stuff this is the place to go. If you want something more specialized this isnt the place. The sales are ok but I can normally find the same stuff priced lower elsewhere. The people that work here are nice and very friendly.

I like this store has pretty good selection. The only thing I dont like is they bring out the next holiday selection too fast.

Clean, new Michaels. I love this store. But make sure you use a coupon every time. Usually on their website you can get the 40% off one regular priced item coupon. They also usually have a 20% of everything coupon and you can use both on your purchase. Have fun Crafters!

Was really impressed with this Michaels. Mine at home is always out of stock on things, and I believe it might be smaller. This one was so nice and newer looking and I felt like a kid in a candy store!

As an artist I love Michaels! There is always a little bit of something for everybody in there! The other thing that I really like his day try to stock merchandise that is not readily available at Hobby Lobby or Jo-Anns so if youre looking for something at 1 and you cant find it you can always find it at Michaels and they try to keep the prices competitive. There parking is handicap accessible and they do have handicap accessible entrances as well as a wheelchair if a patron needs to that as well

Its probably the smallest Michaels Ive ever been in, but it has a decent selection. The staff is also nice and theres a lot of parking right out front. Even though its smaller, I still thought it deserved a five star review.

I am a lover of glitter and DIY projects so I spend lots of time in craft stores, I have had only pleasant interactions with the staff of this store. They are all very nice and helpful, the store is always clean, they have always had everything I needed in stock. I recently had my 1st online order pick-up experience with this Michaels and it was quick, easy and executed seamlessly. Im going to consider this location 1st from now on. 🤩😊😊👍🏾👍🏾

Professional framers at the best prices.I shopped around and no one had lower framing prices. Was reluctant, wondering if they could do as professional a job as custom framers. Beyond satisfied! Will take all my framing here from now on!

I was very surprised to see such good sales going on when I came in. There seemed to be plenty of staff, however there was an issue with one register which caused a decent line to form at the registers. It didnt seem like a big priority to keep the line moving. It was a bit disappointing.
