Good location I just wished there other places to shop for in this shopping center. its located in a strip mall with stores that closed down next to it. Its like a ghost town there

Since the remodel, it looks nicer.Couldnt find some things.Asked someone who worked there and they offered to help but directed me in the wrong location, twice.Checkout line was very long.They dont have fragrances anymore.

Went in for not expecting to get what purchased but some were necessities(bug spray,dental flossers/toothpaste) and this cover priced at orig. 69.99 final price was $11.99 couldnt let it up!(Pic shown unwashed) all staff incl mgmt were all so super warm and welcoming!

Bed Bath & Beyond is a great store not tofar from where I live. They have a wide selection of just about whatever you might be looking for. I think they have a great associates who take pride in their job while working there .

I love shopping here, but the curbside pickup could be stronger. I have the app, but got no notification when my order was ready. When I pulled up to the store, the sign said to check my app to let them know I was there. There was no option in the app to do that. I needed to call the store. After a while no one came out and my husband had to go in.They really just need to perfect curbside pickup. Take a cue from Target. Theirs is excellent.

They have very soft toilet paper in their bathroom

Christmas shopping at Bed, Bath, and Beyond is easy to find something for everyone thats useful and something that theyll actually appreciate. The checkout line ran all the way through the store to the back, but it moved quickly and smoothly and as a nice touch a mgr. walked down the line offering cookies. A pleasant shopping experience. The best part is that they accepted expired $5 off coupons

Store no longer carries a top quality product made in America. That is still readily available and popular. Shelves were also disorganized

I really like this place and its coupons but the prices marked on displays are either misleading or just completely wrong sometimes. This clock says 39.99 next to it but the box said 69.99 and they would not price match there own display. It was the display that made me want to buy it, every clock on the wall had only one price next it. Very disappointing. Had to leave clock behind.

Racist BS!!! 3 cashiers not doing a thing and each of them are going out of their way to avoid eye contact with me. Why am I left waiting?? We are in 2019!!! I will not return to this store ever. If I knew that I would be ignored throughout my experience I would have left my $300 purchase in the cart. Horrible experience.

I recently signed up for a job and i called to let them know i wouldn’t be able to make it training because an emergency that came up, the manager was rude and said i was irresponsible….very bad service

Always something good here to buy for the home. Staff are friendly and helpful. Parking is free with handicap access and its a pretty large lot. Burger King is nearby for a quick bite.

Went in to get a housewarming gift for a friend, she wanted towels, either purple, blue, or grey. I wanted to get 2 sets but couldnt find 2 sets different colors of the same towel. I was going to get a silver set because the blue didnt have the washcloths. I asked one of the employees and she looked in the back and found 2 blue washcloths. I was very happy to get what I was looking for. When I checked out I mentioned that they were a gift and she pointed me to the gift wrap area. GREAT customer service!

I love this store. The staff is very helpful and willing to do research on their website to help me find my item. The store is always neat and organized, I am always able to locate an associate on the floor for assistance. Fast and easy checkout and no questions returns. I can get lost browsing the kitchen gadgets, the candles, or pillows and soon their Christmas merchandise.

I usually love this store. They let you use more than 1 coupon at a time and they advertise returns without receipt because many people buy gifts and usually never give gift receipts. I received a gift that I went to return. I did not have a receipt. ( Bed Bath and Beyond in Lake Grove) The woman told me that without a receipt, they cut the return price of the item IN CASE it was on sale when purchased, and they then take an additional 20% off the return amount you get back IN CASE the person used a coupon. By the time I received the gift card for the item I returned, I received about half of the price of the item. The woman was very rude when I asked about this, said thats how it is and rolled her eyes. She said if I didnt like the store policy, shop somewhere else. I asked to speak to a manager and she told me she was the manager then rolled her eyes again. I will go to Home goods or Marshalls from now on.

Ailyn was fabulous! She was handling multiple customers and situations all with calm and respectful attitude. She even managed to make small talk and make the customers laugh with her! I love bed bath and beyond even more because of employees like Ailyn!

Love this place its got everything that you can imagine. Even takes expired coupons which is great! Worth the trip every time. I go for one thing and wind up with a basket full of wonderful things!

The curbside pick up was efficient. I drove up parked, made the call and within minutes the employee was placing the product in my trunk.

This particular BBB is a high traffic store and the staff does a great job cranking out customers. Keeping stock organized and filled is really an area of opportunity for them though.

Well bed bath & 📣📣BEYOND🚀 has just about anything you need, And Dont need, and also what you didnt know you needed !!! But my visit was cut a little shorter then normal as the Very Strong perfume,candles,scents of all kinds actually went right to my throat that it was awful. Never happened before but it was just over the top on this trip. Got only a few items on the Registry as I would have had to go to TWO more stores to get everything on my list. And even one item they showed SHOULD HAVE BEEN ON THE SHELF,WAS NOT.😶.Maybe next time ONE store will have the Stock on hand INSTEAD of settling for less; and choking on it too!

To be honest probably one of the best stores. They always have what Im looking for whether its for the kitchen, bedroom or bathroom. And is great for my wife because it also has a make up and beauty section.

I only needed a manual can opener.I bought the cheapest one for $12.Its an expensive store and most of there merchandise is from China.The Wuhan death virus aka Covid 19 also came from China.

Store was clean but it feels over packed and cluttered. The young female employee we spoke to was very helpful and professional.

Today I had called the sayville bbb trying to see if they had a shampoo and conditioner in stock. The women I spoke to in harmons was reallly unprofessional. She was freaking out over me not being able to find a upc # and kept repeating multiple times there was nothing she could do . After being hasty towards me being unable to locate the upc she stated a few times she’s never in the beauty department but she’s been With BBB for 13 years .... in the end we were finally able to locate it after repeating the name and all the #s on the bottle a few times . She was nice but she was snappy on the phone and impatient. I work in retail and I understand if they place you in a department your usually not in but it was almost like she was saying “cut me some slack” when all I did was politely call about a shampoo and conditioner. I appreciate her attempting to help .
