I will not be coming be back here. After getting an oil change a few months back and being charged $75+, I thought, oh well, they are just a little bit high priced. This week I had a flat tire so since they were the most well known shop in town I went back to get my tire replaced. They charged me $215 to change 1 tire... And after looking in my trunk, they carelessly threw my spare tire into the trunk and didn’t bother putting it in its compartment where it goes - and left my trunk a mess with the carpeting and padding thrown on top of any items I had back there. It would have taken an extra 30 seconds to put the tire back in its compartment. They also charged me $175.00 for labor?? Exactly WHAT labor since they couldn’t even be bothered to put anything as they found it? The laziness and carelessness of this place is astounding for the price I was charged.

When you order a car part if it is the ring part they will not take it back after ten days even if its the rong part . even if it there mistake

They said they used and O-ring hanging around the shop and used it on my sons car so they said it was fixed But when I got home checked under my sons car it was still leaking

I got my car service at the Bogalusa Napa, I was told they would complete a tune that wasnt fully done, I knew the problem before they checked the problem and was quoted one price for a intake gasket and was told a higher price when done I paid over nine hundred dollars for my car to be in the shop over a week and driving worse than it was. My intake gasket was not done correctly, now my car is smoking as well as jumping and stiring wheel making sounds i would never use them and would never recommend Napa services to anyone
