Steve Harris is an exceptional contractor. He built a fabulous sun room onto the back of our home and I couldnt have been more pleased. He was professional, accommodating to my design wishes and showed up each and every time he said that he would. Having worked for Palm Beach County Planning, Zoning & Building for 11 years I know how rare it is to actually hire a contractor that has this work ethic let alone the knowledge and skill to build a quality product. I would highly recommend Steve Harris, without reservation for any of your contracting needs.

Contacted diamond screen after they did my neighbor’s rescreen. After a few days someone replied and asked for photos of my repairs. I sent the photos. I never heard back. I reached out a second time to see if they can come do my repairs and replace me screen door. No reply back again. I know companies are busy right now but to just ignore a customer is poor business. Especially since they just did my neighbor’s rescreen. Shame they lost us a a customer as we plan to redo our entire enclosure.

Steve Diamond came recommended to me by my HOAs management company and I can see why. He is responsive and professional. He did exactly what I asked him to do and kept me informed of the progress by texting, along with photos of the work. After the job was complete and payment was made, we found a small leak and he personally came back the next morning to make the necessary repairs. I went on the FB page Gotta guy in South FloridaI asked for recommendations for fixing my patio screens and enclosure. Diamond Screen and the owner Steve came up several times!! I did my own research and by far this company was my one to call. Steve responded right away, was very nice and professional when talking to him. This company was very accommodating to my schedule. I live in a HOA development so he needed to do work around the schedule of the roofers with my HOA. They started work then I notified Steve ( who if he doesnt answer phone right away, his text back comes before your done leaving a message). Any time of the day he made sure he fit me in to finish the work.Diamond did such an awesome job, my neighbor across the street came over and asked for all of his info.I had the pleasure of meeting his son who is just as professional and nice as his dad.I had an issue with some leaking from a beam that I paid another contractor to fix previously. Without hesitation. Steve and his son came right over to fix.It. Nowadays you have to appreciate a company that has good work ethics, experience, and understanding. Diamond tops the list! I will recommend this company to anyone who asks.

My husband called Steve for a quote to replace our enclosed patio screening. He gave us a great price, after calling other companies to compare. Said he would come the next day to start and ended up completing the job all in the one day. My patio looks amazing. I also had mentioned to Steve that I was in need of a new screen door repair kit and said he would come back in a few days and was a man of his word. He was here first thing this morning. I hired these guys to do my screen enclosure and ended up using them for my fence as well. The owner (Steve) was extremely responsive and accommodating. Everything he promised, he delivered (and then some) and he was always available to answer any questions I had. As you may know, in SoFlo, it’s hard to find a decent contractor...let alone a good/great one. But I Really feel I hit the jackpot with Diamond Screen Builders! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! You’ll be glad you hired them, I guarantee it!

Good salesman. Fair Price. Took much longer than I was told. Very messy work that took up most of yard for weeks. Trash everywhere. Although it seems very solid. Two years later....... I am editing... because my Screen porch still looks very nice and strong. Would like to recommend this company

Steve of Diamond Screen Corp did an great job on enclosing our patio with acryllic windows. We wanted it completely enclosed so we can use all year round. Great customer Service and awesome workmanship. He was very attentive to our concerns as the process moved along. He knew exactly what we wanted and how to accomplish the end result. I highly recommend.

Never pay them before they finish the job! Sadly I did!When we did the contract he said that the final payment was at the end of the job, but this didnt happened because Steve asked for the money before, I gave the final payment he guaranteed me that he will come the day after to finish the job. Not true, it toke more than 10 days with messages and phone call to (partially) finish it. There is paints everywhere, holes never closed in the screen structures, the pavers are not sealed properly and the grout in between doesnt exist, same for the grout in the pool etc. The hole in the roof.... and other nice jobs that costed more money. Also behind the old tile we found plastic bottles, cups glass bottles etc, not cleaned, but always said that I dont have to worry because at the end everything will be clean and nice done. Diamond Screen Corporation recently replaced four worn out sliding glass doors in our condo with impact resistant glass doors. Steve Harris, the owner, was recommended by the president of our HOA. We accepted estimates from several contractors and selected Steve based on several factors: 1) personal recommendation, 2) positive internet reviews from seasonal residents who had hired Steve for projects while they were living out of state and 3) our positive impression of Steve during our initial interview.Because we also live out of state, we appreciated Steves personal involvement in every stage of our project. He proposed a tentative timeline and confirmed by phone each pre-installation step as it was completed. This enabled us to coordinate being in town during the installation.The crew was courteous, efficient and clean. Work was completed on schedule. Steve was readily accessible by phone when not on site and followed up at the end of the project to make sure we were satisfied with the work.We found Steve to be conscientious with excellent communications skills and sense of humor. We are thrilled with our new doors-- Steve will be at the top our our list should we require a contractor in the future.
