Hi I sent US Oxygen a Inogen g4 oxygen concentrator on March 21 2020 to sell it to them. On April 6 2020 Chris Cason got back to and said he would give me $800 I agreed. I didnt receive the Check so I call he said Check was mailed. Still no check. I called April 30 2020 Chris said he would mail another check and voided out the first check I said fine, sounds good. As of today May 26 2020 no check no check. I want my check or the Machine back!!PS I now have BBB involved. I will follow up with another Review hope its a better oneIm following up on the Business of US Oxygen Sales.This is July 10, 2020 and still NO CHECK for $800 or the return of my oxygen machineI filed a claim with BBB and they tried getting in touch with Chris Cason.He/They didnt answer there many phone calls or messages left by BBB . They gave the Company an F rating. Please use this RATING if your thinking about doing Business with US Oxygen Sales. IM still pursuing this matter BBB gave me another agency to contact (Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services) which I am contacting.ALL I WANT IS MY $800!!!!
We ordered a new SimplyGo for my dad and was upset that we couldnt get the unit here the same day. We were told it could be delivered the next day but my dad wanted to show his DR and had an appointment later that day. Our sales person met us on the way to my dads DR appointment delivered the portable on the spot. We are grateful he is now more mobile! Thank you to Chris for delivering the portable the same day as purchased.
I sent an oxygen concentrator to US Oxygen sales and was told on March 27, 2020 that I would receive a check for $850. When I had not received the check by April 28, 2020 the rep said he would cancel that check and issue another. Since that time I have not received payment. Emails and phone calls to the company go unanswered. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I want either the agreed payment or the concentrator returned.
Hats off to these fellows! I contacted them regarding getting my mum a portable unit so she can leave the house without those cumbersome tanks. This very kind gal Rebecca helped me pick the best machine for my mums needs! It showed up the next day! I would recommend this company to anyone looking for quick, and reliable service! Cheers! I worked with Chris and found him easy to work with. My husband needs oxygen 24/7 and we want to visit our family in NYC. Chris took the time and showed us how to use the SimplyGo and made sure we were prepared for our trip before we left. If he represents US Oxygen then I recommend this company!!!
This company was great when I purchased my $2600 unit for portable oxygen to have for traveling . I am traveling out of now my unit will not work I have to fly home and do not know what I am going to do I use this large unit for sleeping also so I am in real trouble. I have called and left urgent messages several times as no one answers the phone, I get no reply. I filled out a support repair ticket no call or email. Where is there 24 hour service? I have to fly home and don’t know how without my poc. I am attending a summit for pulmonary fibrosis so this is a topic of conversation about oxygen emergencies which is not good for your company. They will sell but after that your on your own with no where to turn.
They are fast when they dwell but support after that sucks big time. They do not have a 24 hour support as advertised and it is a total lie. They also do not give a loaner as advertised. Oxygen is so life critical I do not understand how they can just promised something and turn their hands down. Will surely be taking actions legally . It is not even a month since my oxygen concentrator got repaired and now it is behaving again. I have to ship this and they will cover the shipping cost but nobody understands that they just did not do a good job of fixing it and I am being punished as I need to pay for a loaner. This company doesn’t respond to calls or mails. Horrible company which just doesn’t care about returning calls or answering even. STAY AWAY! If you can’t reach customer support there is no point in buying anything from them.
We had some miscommunication that was tough at firs, but they did right by trying to work with me and fix the mistake. Overall the process ended well. They ended up putting good effort into making sure things turned out well for the customer. We both left feeling happy!
Chris Cason took my order on Thursday right before Hurricane Irma hit Florida (this was ordered from Florida). He said they would mail it as soon as payment was received. He was right. Even in facing a hurricane that order was sent and was received on Tuesday to Kansas. Thank you for your fast service.
Very product savy and understood my needs. Nothing but 1st.class. I ordered my equipment on a Wednesday afternoon and received on Friday afternoon as promised. Product delivered in new condition and on time as promised. Nothing but great company to deal with.
Bought a portable and a home unit almost three years ago and I have been very satisfied. I mostly work with Chris he is very helpful.
< less than ZEROI bought an oxygen machine from these people, who were initially friendly and promised good service- then I get the machine that is not working and they will not return my call, not answer my emails, refused to take it back when I returned it and then called me threatening to have their Lawyers call me- Do not buy Oxygen from this company.
