Best shaved ice / ice cream company ever!

Tikiz was at the taco festival in Lake Nona. Being the first visible truck, my kids were really excited to go. They took 2 taco tickets for a medium cup of ice. I felt that was outrageous at a taco festival where you could get 1-2 filling tacos for a single taco ticket at any other cart/truck. Then, when I asked for another cup (a medium is too large and too much sugar for a toddler and young child to each get their own but you cant expect a toddler to quite understand sharing just yet), I was told I needed to pay another 6 dollars just to get an extra cup. I would say that this is not a family friendly business at all.

They didn’t give us a lei on a large and no gumball were kids what do you expect

TIKIZ came out to serve snow cones for our corporate event at FOX Sports Florida and it was a huge hit with our team. Was the perfect event for a hot, summer day.

This was reserved from 7:30-8:00 pm. Got there at 7:45 and they had already left. Really bad customer service!

Prices were reasonable for a generic tasting product.Not a taste of the Polynesian islands.
