Very GoodMy wife attended a chamber ribbon cutting and raved about Giano. So we went after dinner with friends. The selection was excellent and like all others worldwide, you can taste a sample. The gelato was very good. A much needed addition to the Boca scene.

Stopped here after lunch in the area. I was impressed by how delicious the non-dairy mango sorbet was! It was like eating an actual mango. Also tasted a bite of the cookies and cream... it was great! Plus, gelato is healthier than icecream. Whats not to love?

The people working were very friendly but the gelato was the worst I have ever tasted. It tasted old as if it had been in the case a while. I tried multiple flavors to no avail. I was really hoping it would be a nice addition to the area. No such luck.

March 26 8:40 PM. We had dinner in the Plaza with my family and my in-laws and I decided to come over to your gelato store for after dinner dessert. Although the ice cream was very good, The young lady behind the counter was probably the most unfriendly unhappy miserable person I have met in a long time. It was a real turn off. Ice cream and gelato should be a happy time for children and families and to have to come in and see year scowling young lady who would not acknowledge a joke or a kind word with any sort of a smile and seemed to go the extra mile to be stone cold face. Rather sad for the owners of this establishment as business is tough enough these days. The gelatois very good but I can’t tell you I’m leaving her with a good memory in mind. She needs to Work in the back

My family lives very locally and I noticed this place was new since the last time I was in town. All 3 employees were on their phones/laptops and didn’t even greet us. The girl scooping our gelato could not even put her phone down, while serving us. She didn’t crack a smile. She served us a milkshake which was 75% milk and didn’t even fill the cup up. The donut, which we were handed with a flimsy napkin was Entenmann’s. The gelato looked melted in the case and needed to be about 10 degrees colder. Also, the bathroom was filthy. This is a prime location and it is a shame that this experience was such a disappointment.
