I had an incredibly positive experience with Debbie at Millers Elegant Hardware. I remodeled my home and wanted to use my original Dornbracht faucet (which was no longer made). Unfortunately, I needed to replace a part. After Dornbracht sent out a few parts to try, I finally received one compatible with my unit. The only reason that happened was Debbie kept on top of the service rep to keep trying different parts until one worked. Debbies work ethic and desire to please was the only reason this was solved. The interesting thing is the faucet was installed in 2002 and Debbie took care of it as if it were a recent purchase. I feel she went over and above helping me solve the problem.

Hands down the best customer service I have had in a long time. The sales rep was absolutely fantastic. His product knowledge is second to none. He was patient, courteous, funny and very attentive to my needs. I left completely satisfied with my product selections, pricing, and the quality of service I received. I will definitely recommend Millers to friends & family. They have made a life long customer out of me.

We love the selection and the staff at Millers Elegant Hardware. They have been in the industry for many many years and take pride in all we needed for our kitchen and baths. We also found that if there was something that they dont even normally carry, they will even do their best to find it for you.

Worse place to ever buy anything! They charged us full amount and failed to deliver half the merchandise, the other half of the hardware is of no use to us without its remaining parts. Sales people are great but the owners are a complete fraud! They have no sense of customer service or even general manners. We are never working with a small private company again for such a huge order.We re-purchased all our hardware at a bigger more reliable company Restoration Hardware, just 20 mins north in West Palm. They have a huge collection and the best customer service!

Very nasty attitude of owners, they just want your business/money but do not deliver the services. Worst customer service experience, the owners should not be running a business.

Thieves!! Horrible customer service. Charged thousands of dollars upfront and didnt deliver on half of the products. Been over a year!! Stay away!!
