Absolutely love Pandora!! Ive been wearing their jewelry since they opened. I have 2 bracelets and 1 bangle with a total of 40 charms. I also have 2 necklaces. Its a gift that keeps giving. Everyone of my charms has a special meaning. Highly recommend if you love jewelry but its an addiction for sure. Once I filled my 1st bracelet completely I immediately bought my second bracelet and then I wanted something different so I bought the bangle.

They never answer the phone i had a rust problem my first purchase. purchase was replaced for it to break in the shower 2 weeks later I’m so disappointed i drove way from Coral Springs to boca . My Pandora bracelet is a mess I’m never spending my money on Pandora again

The location NEVER answers the phone! I placed an online order for pick up and had questions since my order was not ready the same day I placed the order.. I could never get in contact with the location. I even reached out to Customer Service who also attempted to contact the location and there was no answer! I simply wanted to change the name of the pick up individual as I am no longer in that Boca Area like I was when I initially placed the order. I’m furious!

I bought a ring 3 months ago and the pearl that stays on top fell. I thought I would have to find it so they can put it back. I didn’t find it, went to the store, they didn’t even ask a lot of questions or asked to my receipt, they just gave me a new ring!! I loved how they handled the situation

This Boca Raton store is a rip off. My wife bought a bracelet for $300 with the charms, LESS than 30 days ago. The clasp no longer stays. They do not accept for return for anything because they say it is wear and tear. It was bought 3 weeks ago! This chain will disappear and go bankrupt because of cheap quality and poor customer service. So, we are stuck with JUNK.

I love this location and always have a great experience here. Christina was especially helpful and went above and beyond for me. I have had less than great experiences at other locations in the past but this store has redeemed Pandora in my eyes.

Worst customer service I’ve ever received. Called the store ahead of time to make sure I wouldn’t be going to mall and putting myself and others at risk being that I work in a doctors office. Was told to come in and understood there were no promises that they would exchange it. First off, The representative had the audacity to ask if I had RAN over the $96 ring when I had just explained I bought the ring less than a month ago, wore it once after noticing how it was and have sent multiple emails and have tried to call customer service. Also, wouldn’t one assume that the ring would be broken and unwearable if that were the case? A ridiculous question overall. She then calls another employee over who then tells me they’re currently not accepting anything in stores and to call the numbers I have already been calling. Why have me come in, in the first place? Why give me a possibility on the phone to waste my time? Why would I put myself and others at risk during this time for you to give me another number To call? A number that could’ve been given over the phone if you were aware you weren’t accepting anything in store I might add. I’ve worked in customer service for years and associate with people on a daily basis, this was unprofessional and absolutely ridiculous.

The friendship rings my friends and I bought at the store are beautiful however the customer service here is awful. My friends and I (15 years old) walked into the store and were already greeted with nasty looks. We told the the lady that we wanted to by friendship rings around $50-65. She proceeded to show us the rings while still giving us attitude. We heard the other employees talking to each other about how they needed to watch us as if we were going to steal. We were immediately hovered over by all the employees watching our every move. We in no way wanted to steal and actually spent $200+ all together. The world we live in now is awful where everything is based on stereotypes. Just because we are a couple of teenagers doesn’t mean we want to steal. We are innocent people who just want to buy some rings. Instead of walking out of that store excited with our rings we walked out feeling pressured and stared at.

Everything was clean and the sales people were all wearing masks! First store that I have gone to and I felt comfortable and safe!!

If a Pandora piece is on your list, buy it here. Easy to get to, near mall entrance. I shopped on line and knew exactly what I wanted. Spent less than 10 minutes in store, very capable sales staff found and gift wrapped my order in no time at all.

I love my local Pandora Jewelry store. I have made many purchases at this store and the customer service is always outstanding. Recently I brought in several items for cleaning and the staff went about and beyond for me. Especially Leo! (the store supervisor) He personally hand scrubbed and detailed my ring that needed an extra touch as far as cleaning goes. I am so happy with how shiny and clean he made my ring. It was like I bought the ring all over again. Everyone at this Pandora is always so sweet and nice. I will continue to return. :) Thanks Leo!!

They Were Great When I Needed To Exchange My Bracelet For A Different One!

This was my first experience shopping with Pandora, and I can tell you it will also be my last. They placed an item on hold for me and told me that they would honor the current sale price. When I went to pick up and pay for my item, I was then told they could no longer honor the sale price and sadly they made no efforts to correct my situation. Instead, I was told this was due to a “miscommunication” on their part. Although the service was good and kind, I left with a soured experience using Pandora Jewelers for my first time and will be more careful to choose jewelers who care about keeping their promise to their customers.

Great customer service

Beautiful renovation with the store, but some of the staff needs “renovation”. I went in yesterday to make an exchange of a gift and I was poorly greeted. The lady who was helping me did not look happy with her job. After completing my exchange she handed me the receipt and left me to do my own packaging. Highly disappointed with the service. I would expect more from Boca Raton.

The staff at this store is beyond amazing, they helped me out when I forget the girls name that helped me but she has long brown hair with glasses. She was very kind and helped me out with buying my mother a birthday gift. I recommend asking for her.

No customer service at all, employees took their time to organize, but none for customers, we asked two different employees for help and none offered service, we left the store after a 7 minute wait, with only 3 employees only one other customer there. Terrible

I came into pandora in boca, just browsing around and Taniya came over and helped me she was very kind and very informational, and she helped me with my purchase, I will be returning to buy more charms

We brought a bracelet in there to get repaired and they keep telling us the same thing about how the jeweler comes once a week all we were having done was getting a charm removed and a new thread it doesnt take 2 weeks it takes 3 days and everytime we call they tell us the same thing. Will be going higher if it doesnt get resolved.
