Just moving into the area we had no idea who to hire for a granite installation. After several calls to nearby places, Bruce with Stone Castle Granite and Marble was the only one that immediately sent a person out to take measurement (despite me sending a schematic) to double check and give an accurate quote. Sold on that action alone!I was very nervous about the whole process because my husband who started the work in our kitchen was suddenly deployed, so I was left to deal with the countertops myself. I kept calling Bruce with this, that, and the other thing, and he was always very courteous and reassuring. He recommended a handyman who would handle supports and plumbing that needed to be done, and worked closely with both of us.Bottom line, the work, and workers were great! They certainly know what they are doing. Highly recommend!

We were able to get a quote from Bruce with only approx dimensions that were roughly drawn. He was great from there, helping design the countertops and supply sinks etc. The finished products are fantastic, both the granite in the Kitchen as well as Quartz for the Master Bathroom. Quartz shelves and backsplash look really classy around the Spa Tub. Also, They supplied us with a large quartz step, cut to size, for our master bathroom shower - a really nice touch. Highly recommend!

We were planning to put in a new countertop and backsplash in our 10 year old Valencia Kitchen. We went to several kitchen places. Then we called Bruce from Stone Castle Granite and Marble who was recommended to us by a kitchen place as someone who did the work for them on countertops, as they only did cabinets. Right away, Bruce told us that the counter top we picked out from another kitchen place would. not work, as it did not come in a Jumbo size, and because of our kitchen, without a jumbo, we would have extra seems in the counter. He was as nice as can be and sent us to some other places that had more beautiful quartz counter tops and made sure that what we picked out came in Jumbo. He found us the sink that we wanted and was so pleasant to deal with, that it was if we were family. He also helped us pick out the right backsplash for our design. Well, his workers were amazing. Clean neat, and considerate, and finished the entire job in one day. Our kitchen looks gorgeous. I give Bruce and his team a 5 star rating. I would give them a 6 if I could. This was by far the highlight of our home renovation. Bruce is the real deal. He quoted a fair price ( compared to two other bids we got), We found them on line.. He promised a deadline which I was skeptical of, but they met it. They were measuring the day after I gave him the deposit. Not only did he deliver before the promised completion date, the work was excellent. They made some suggestions which my wife and I listened to based on their experience and the end result far exceeded our expectations. No BS about anything. We used Bruce Favor from Stone Castle Granite and Marble to replace my daughters kitchen countertops last month (August 2019) . I am not one to write positive reviews unless a contractors service was so exceptional that they deserved the time and effort required to spread the word. Bruce and his installers were the most professional, courteous contractors I have ever dealt with. They were responsive to every request and I cant remember one instance when Bruce or his staff did not answer a call to their cell phone or respond within 1 hour. They went above and beyond to address every question and concern and made recommendations to me which resulted in a more efficient, lower cost project. If you are frustrated with contractors that dont show up on time, you will be very happy with this contractor. They honored every commitment of both time and quality workmanship. I moved to Delray Beach from Chicago in mid-September. I got a recommendation for granite installer but unfortunately that recommendation did not turn out very well because the installer ran away with my $1700 deposit.My second recommendation, I’m happy to say, worked out wonderfully. Bruce is fantastic. Not only was he incredibly helpful through the selection and design process but he was a pleasure to deal with during some difficult circumstances. The elevator was down for months in my building and even after it went back up it broke down a number of times. As a result, the scheduling for multiple installations changed with some frequency - sometimes at almost the last moment. Bruce always worked with my crazy elevator problems to get things delivered and installed as promptly as he could. His guys also did a great job cutting and installing a variety of countertops and backsplashes. I couldn’t recommend StoneCastle more highly.
