They dont answer the phone after 9pm. Oh well for being a 24hr store
Went thru the drive through to pick up my medicine. What a bonus!
Mens bathroom always filthy dirty and low on hand soap and toilet paper. Only one live cashier available at any given time. Job-killing self-serve checkout is complicated and impersonal.
The management at this Store is unprofessional, disrespectful and impatient. I inform the store manager Lucena of an issue with her employee Brittany but rather than listening, she dismissed our concerns. I do not recommend this a location to anyone who is seeking quality and professional service.
If I could give zero stars I would. Everyone has an attitude and is rude. Beyond incompetent and change their stories each time I ask as to why my medication is having issues being filled. When asked for an explanation they just kept saying the same thing over and over.AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Save your self the attitude and frustration.
I had a heart attack and I had the hospital use this pharmacy for my prescriptions because its closest to my home. After my experience, I will never shop here again. I had 6 prescriptions. I was told two were out of stock on noon Thursday, and that theyd be available Friday. Friday I received one and was told the other would be available Saturday. It wasnt. Now, on Sunday, I physically go in the store and the very rude woman at the pharmacy counter said she would have to order my prescription and it would be available Tuesday. How fitting - C U Next Tuesday! They had the prescription Thursday and now its Sunday and they hadnt even ordered it yet! Stay far away from this dumpster fire and choose Walgreens.
If I could give a zero rating to this place I would, I waited 20 minutes on line to pick up a prescription I gave the guy the insurance card since they did not have it on file, he said I have to go to the drop off line keep in mind this is also where they register patients for the Covid Vaccine, waited another 20 plus minutes once they got the insurance information I have to go back to the pick up line waited another 15 minutes, these people have zero customer service skills and if my insurance allows it I will go to another pharmacy.
The worst CVS around. Terrible customer service they see me standing here and keep talking amongst themselves about their personal lives. The guy on the register was wearing airpods and had his phone out the whole time. Who runs this place? Pictures included
No one was attending the front counter. I had to ask the pharmacy to call for help. When the two cashiers came up front they were annoyed with me. After I checked out I noticed they didnt ask the young person behind me for an ID when they were buying beer. No one is managing these employees at night
Awful pharmacists. While it was busy they spent their time making fun of the names of my medications. Mind you, I had COVID. Never returning again.
Staff at this branch are always incredibly helpful
The pharmacist just doesnt care about the customer. Worst CVS ever.
Place was messy, & the selection of first aid, OTC drugs is limited. The beauty department is very large.
Poor customer service at the CVS pharmacy at this Target location. The pharmacist who was in charge was sent my prescription by my doctor, wants me to buy my medicine when it is covered by my insurance. He refused to allow me to prove that my insurance covered my medicine and was forcing me to buy it out of pocket. I called my doctor to transfer my prescription to another CVS pharmacy and the other pharmacy looked through my insurance and verified that it was covered. So please avoid sending your prescriptions to this location at all costs.
This pharmacy must be hard up for cash, they constantly refill prescriptions I don’t request. When I go to pick up ones I did order, the clowns at the drive-thru release to fill every medication available on my account then my phone starts blowing up with texts 30 mins later telling me to pick them up. I’ve called them, told them in person but the little a***oles keep doing it. These aren’t autofill maintenance medications but PRN (as needed) and I don’t need them. So obnoxious there it’s unreal.
Convenient location. Always helpful pharmacy and store staff: answering questions, help with finding items in store.
My local cvs. Best group of employees anywhere hands down. All of them are beyond outgoing helpful and quick in and out.
This is a review of the pharmacy. My occasional trips into the retail portion of the store are fine. However, once the pharmacy gets involved...watch out!I feel as though this location occupies the nexus of ancient energies that result in a portal to purgatory (being generous), where chaos reigns supreme, the employees are always having a bad day, staffing is woefully inadequate, and problem-solving skills are non-existent. Customer service? Whats that?Im not writing this review based on one visit, or five, or ten. My insurance provider has been CVS/Caremark, so I need to use CVS for pharmacy pickups of maintenance medication for me and my wife. Its on our way home (less than 2 miles from our house), so trying to use a different CVS would be incredibly inconvenient.Im sure there are good people who work there. I am sure there are customers that have positive experiences. I just dont happen to be one of them. Its the same story for my wife whenever she swings by, too.If you have a reasonable choice, go somewhere else. If time and distance preclude you from exercising this option, be prepared for what will likely be a sub-par experience.
This place is amazing! The staff and pharmacy are willing to help with anything you ask. Despite some of the other reviews, myself and others i know have never had an issue here. Keep doing what youre doing!
This review is for the pharmacy. Tried over and over to speak with pharmacy only to be put on hold with nobody picking up the line for 15 minutes. When finally answered the person became rude after telling him I had been on hold for so long. I later went to pharmacy and prescription was still not ready. There were 6 or 7 working with nobody bothering to answer the phone. The guy helping me was polite but the repeated bad experiences here has me switching to Walgreens.
Great service. Pharmacist was extremely friendly and understanding. Went over board to help. More than fully satisfied with service.
PHARMACY --- Instead of saying theyre NOT IN-NETWORK with my insurance company, they said my med (doxycycline - one of the most commonly prescribed antibiotic med) is NOT COVERED, which are two very different statements. I ended up paying $40 copay. I called my insurance company (BlueOptions - also a very popular medical insurance company) and the representative said CVS is not a provider, not that medication is not covered. Very very shady. I will never use them again.
Very friendly service...nothing is ever a problem! Thank you!!
Very efficient and very friendly.
I have never ever encountered with such unethical people. I have a baby with the Flu.. I go with a prescription for tamiflu. I hand it to them in drive thru.. well, 10 minutes pass by baby crying in car I call them she says am trying to get medicine approve since your insurance covers brand name and we only have one we need your Bin number. I said ok give me a minute Ill get my husband to send me a picture of insurance. It took less than a minute for the Lady to ask me if I had insurance or not . I said give me a minute is 1 am and I left it at home and husband sending a picture. All of the sudden she says pharmacists got it through. She gave me meds with a form to sign and said absolutely nothing. Very ethical CVS.. went to 24 hour Walgreens got ana amazing service and the OTC medicine I need it and was unable to ask the horrible CVS pharmacy people from Yamato and 441. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
Store- GreatPharmacy- Trash
Super aggravating experience almost every time I go to CVS on Yamato and 441. Today I went and my prescription was not ready as promised. My cashier was a complete idiot as well. Then While checking out, the BOGO discount for vitamins didnt work. The pharmacist acted like I was trying to get something fraudulently, was rude and required me to show him where the BOGO was listed. The entire trip took almost an hour and I left without what I went there for. Ill be shopping elsewhere.
Waiting on pharmacy line 6 deep Only one cashier. No manager to be Found
The new manager there, Zach. Is terrible! Not only is he terrible with customers but I overheard him talking to employee and he was treating her horribly!! He makes the whole experience horrible and needs to leave. This store was so much better without him.
If you dont mind waiting on the phone for 12 minutes (and still not getting through), its definitely the place to go...
Was helped by Christelle in the pharmacy. She was on her phone while I was waiting for my prescription and she gave me a very bad attitude. Ive been coming here for over 10 years and Ive never been disrespected so boldly. All of the other pharmacy technicians are wonderful, but Christelle, if youre reading this, your attitude towards me was not just rude, it was insulting. I hope someone at the store sees this review and reprimands you. Very disrespectful. Even said, I cant take this anymore. Im going to a different pharmacy next time.
The absolute worst customer service from any pharmacy. They themselves will tell you over and over they are slammed and short staffed. They promise you meds by 7 and when you arrive not ready telling you to return in 30 minutes. When you return in 1 1/2 hours still not ready and same excuse with a come back in an hour. I guess they are open 24 hours because they expect us to return in the middle of the night.I am sympathetic to the employees as management has obviously done nothing over the years to improve the situation. Their high rate of turnover is testament to managements lack of support. Shame on CVS!!!!!
FYI to All.. CVS Pharmacy appears on CC As 05111--9940 YAMATO.. brilliant!
While I was in the store I asked if they were selling masks. I got a strange look and was told No.
This is the worst CVS pharmacy... The some of the Pharmacy staff has no clue and way too rude ...
This has been a great store since it opened. The staff are polite and helpful.
Go to Walgreens, better service, product selection and much cleaner.
My go to place for diabetic testing strips, also their candy aisle is amaze-balls!
Pharmacy is horrible, I started going to Walgreens up the road and the service is way better!
Worst customer service Ive ever seen at any pharmacy. They seem to be on a power trip in this pharmacy. Avoid at all costs.
Easy to find what you are looking for
I only use this pharmacy because of the 24 hour service. Staff including some of the pharmacist’s are rude.
This location is right down the block from where I live, but the money gram and western union machine is always down or broken. To the store manager you need to get it fixed.
Fast and friendly.
Great little hideaway haven!
Bad customer service and the place doesnt have enough people checking people out
Overworked and understaffed.
Very good
Cool
