The lady with the brown hair was incredibly rude. She stated I needed an appointment but there is nowhere that states that store is appointment only. I suspect she was lying to get us away from the store. Very disgusting and disappointing behavior. Also, I went there before and the woman that worked on me never told me I needed an appointment to go there again.

Best and most upscale items for sale. They have all the current shoes, bags and clothing you would want to purchase. If you’re selling items they give top prices. Best consignment store I’ve ever been to

This is one of the most well stocked designer consignment shops I’ve ever been in. The owner and staff were a delight and made me feel right at home. Can’t wait to go back!

Encore has lots of really cool bags but there bags are in such bad shape!

I am always welcomed with a smile, offered water and assistance with the items I am trying on or looking at. The best part is I have a habit of taking my time and I dont feel pressured. I explore the store. I love to find new styles and brands that I have become familiar with. The windows are always filled with eye catching finds. They have a lot of shoes and handbags/purses/pocketbooks (depends where you are from lol.) The owner/sales associates are very fashionable and always look fabulous.

The owner is always pleasant and is so fair in her pricing.Good variety of Chanel and other high end brands! Mix of brands throughout the racks. Take an hour or so and look!

I came in, on other business, and was greeted so very warmly. However, what I immediately noticed was the extraordinary quality and range of designer label clothing, handbags, and more. I cant wait to bring my lady. Shes going to love it.
