Service at the store I made a purchase at was great. If I could just rate there store a 10 I would. Sutton as well as Melissa I believe were phenomenal with there help and work ethic. but for THIS STORE in Boca Raton store was terrible. Worst experience I have ever had. Printing manger was rude. Terrible. When I asked to speak to a manger at checkout I was told to “go look for him in the back “ and then when asking again at the printing service desk the worker shrugged his shoulders and told me to speak to the printing manager who was the entire issue. This was one of my most terrible experiences and I will never go to this Office Depot. I would recommend for everyone to go to any other store other then the ones within Boca Raton. Terrible service, rude employees who are just lazy. I have never went inside a store just to be told to use the online checkout instead. The whole entire point of me coming into the store is so I don’t have to do it online. Not to mention the site had “technical errors” on this day. I arrived at 1:00pm in hope to get my print job the same day. I only left after two where as there was no way that my print job would be done the same day in any Office Depot anymore .This is terrible and not the correct way to run any business. Personally my day was ruined with there disrespectful lazy attitude. After waiting an hour for my print job that I came into store for due to the fact the online was not working i was told that I should bring a flash drive. After an hour. Not 10 or 20 minutes. 1 hour. Within this hour I was told to try a million things online which I did and it didn’t work as I explained to them as I walked In but they said to “try anyways”. I ended up leaving without the print job after wasting an hour of my day.

Every single Office Depot I have visited has an email address to which you can send documents. Once sent you can walk up to customer service at the print desk and have your documents printed the way that you would like.This location forces you to use a self-service which does not work properly. Moreover the customer service person explain to me that the service was easy to use and that I was an exception. Quite insulting I might add. Dont they teach people customer service anymore.

The worth place that you can go. They are not interested in help you. The store was completely empty and two girls talking and talking. When I approached to her and asked to print some documents, one of the girls answered me like it was too big and they can’t printedAfter that I went to the store located in Deerfield beach, completely different. Could of had that 5th star but the cashier was either one of three things sick, overworked, or higher than the empire state building. Ill let yall figure out which one.

This Office Depot was so ridiculously helpful. My order got overlooked so even though my estimated pick up time was 7 pm I ended up having to go closer to close. The young man in the print department was so helpful and patient. I could tell he was tired but he felt my sense of urgency and empathize with it. Thanks to him we got our wedding programs printed just in time! Thank you!!

Extremely neat and well organized. The staff was amazing, including Spencer, the store manager. Helped me with an online issue and gave me a good discount. If you have a problem or want excellent customer service, request him because hes absolutely amazing.

Just returned from this store and was very very disappointed that I went to 2 different locations in order to buy this printer that I saw online for the $399 price. Now, with that being said, when I arrived at the East Boca Raton store, (#4) the nice sales associate looked for the printer and after I showed him the difference in price from what I had on my phone (picture like the one attached) and what I saw was listed on display, he went on to let me know that he would honor the price online. At the register a Sales Manager came over (didnt get his name but got his DM name-Tom Merriman to reach out to him) and somewhat argued with me telling me that what I had was an old ad (like 10 x he said this) I went on to point out to him that even the July 4th notice of change of hours was noted on the ad and that it wasnt an old ad and that the site even told me how many they had in their inventory. I also mentioned to him that this was a mistake on Office Depot part and that they needed to update all of their advertisements on the internet and that it wasnt my problem. He went on to tell me that this was from Google and that it wasnt his problem either which I thought was very unprofessional and rude to say the least. I asked if he would honor the price because it is what made me come into the store, and he point blank told me that he absolutely would not! I only bought the printer because mine broke 4 hours before and I have an important project due tomorrow and the stores were closing within the next 45 minutes so I was left with no choice. I will not be going back to this store and would recommend to stay away as obviously they lack a tremendous amount of good customer service. Very disappointing!!

Worst print department of any OD i have ever been at so far. Online prints are fine but once you have to deal with an actual person they are clueless. Particularly a young girl who works in the print department, speaks so quietly you can barely hear her and seems like she’s constantly stoned. Anytime she deals with a print job for me a 5 min job turns into an hour and tons of wasted paper for the company. Never have this problem with other locations. Being a business owner I will not be visiting location any longer

This Office Depot consistently provides the best customer service! I use the Copy & Print department very often for our business. Buck, the manager, and Winston, Tameka, and Juhlia are always very helpful and pleasant. They consistently provide a calm, friendly experience with efficient service.

Tried to shop there but was told not allowed without a mask.You just lost our business.

S-l-o-w and inefficient.1) Never enough cashiers. A couple speak with very poor diction and strong barely intelligible accents- and answer the telephone!2) Copy/Print staff courteous but must use some kind of slow motion medication3) Electronics staff will spend 30 minutes tutoring someone with no intention to buy but leave cash paying customers to wait for service.

This was never about the cost of printing or getting a discount or some freebies. I also had my daughter with me. It cost me some $260+ (USD) for this printing job but I was quoted at 10 cent a page. Then after the printing was done the total came to $262 (USD) and some change. Fine, I need this printed and if it was $500 (USD) I would not have cared. What I did care about was the deception of quoting me $00.10 a page. I asked to speak with the manager before I signed off on the printing job waiver at the cashier. When Buck, the manager arrived I politely said “Hi, my name is ****. He immediately folded his arms and said, “what’s the problem”. . Great way to start off on his part. Buck never gave me his name (probably on purpose) and I only learned it through his name tag. I started by telling him that 1) I didn’t care about the cost (it was a necessity) 2) that I didn’t want anything from him 3) that I felt the printers had been deceptive. Buck screamed across the store at the printers saying “What happened”. All the printers did was relay the costs of the paper ($00.10 page) and the printing fees ($00.72 per page). Buck told me that’s what the price is and I repeated what I said to him that it was simply deceptive and I did not appreciate that and he should talk with the printers at some point. Buck then started screaming at me in front of my daughter who was left shaken for hours after this experience. Stay away from this Office Depot. Its in a bad location and they seem to have incompetent who are rude (and I’m being nicer then I should here) and terrible at what they do. JUST STAY AWAY.

It took 10+ minutes for me to pickup a printing order for 8 pieces of paper. The order was ready and sitting under the counter in an envelope, but the employees working were just incredibly slow.

Horrible experience with the tech support told me my computer was done then i picked it up and they refused to tell me what was wrong with it and said i would have to wait for the tech to come in and only he could tell me what was wrong with it, only to have him call me the next day to bring it back in cause they never even looked at it. So now I had to go back and drop it off and just hope they decide to fix it this time. Oh this is all after they already charged me for everything when i dropped it off and picked it up the first time

The staff is nice and there is plenty of parking always. Got couple of things printed there and everything worked out fine.

11/1/18Customer service at Office Depot is terrible. I went to return a label maker that my wife had bought 2 days ago. I went to the location on Glades Rd. in Boca Raton because I was in the area. I did not have my wife’s credit card on me so the manager at that time told me he could return the item but I needed my wife’s card so that he could return it to the original form of payment. I did not get his name but he was great.When I returned later that day, the manger that was there that morning had already left for the day. Danny is the name of the manager that was there when I returned. He was super rude to me and told me he could only return the item to a gift card because that wasn’t the original Office Depot that my wife bought the label maker.I was very disappointed that I was unable to return my item with the receipt and that I was given such a hard time. This is unacceptable and Danny needs a lesson in how to treat customers or better training.After all that, I had to go out of my way to the other store to speak to a store manager there. I returned the item with no problem. He told me that the manager at the other store was able to accept my return but he decided to be difficult instead. Going forward, I will never return to the Office Depot on Glades Rd. I do not think anyone should have to go through this experience.

Terrible customer service at the printing department. Denise has poor customer service skills, its as if I was talking to myself when giving her information regarding my image that took 40min to print. Everyone is mute throughout the entire store no one seems friendly, I stood in line 5min before acknowledgement. The only reason I was at this location is because the location on hillsboro color printer was down.

Go there 1x a week for print jobs. Job requires ppts. And handouts often. Everyone is very helpful and always very efficient. Great employees and mgs. My fave Office Depot!

This location ALWAYS lets me down. If there colored printer isnt working, they just had a power shortage and machines arent working, or the flash drive port isnt reading material.If you value your time, please just go up the road to a different location. Its a total waste of time stepping foot in here to do anything with printing.

Who would have guess that in home depot they dont have a pair of scissors so that you could cut something out to have it laminated . I should have turned around at the door when the first thing I saw was an employee arguing with a customer great customer service!
