I got overcharged for a small cone! The girl that works there doesn’t know how to Handel a complaint! Very unprofessional

I am so smitten by Haagen-Dazs Ice Cream Boca Town Centers. Bonus points for being next to The Woods. There are some really delicious and unique flavors of ice cream here (rose, saffron, etc). I recommend being adventurous, getting a confection on a cookie and drizzling it with sour cherry or lemon syrup. They also have baked goods and ice cream by the pint to take home with you. Sigh.

Delicious ice cream! The service was really nice, I was able to decide which one I wanted because I got to try a couple flavors. They even teach me had to use the app to det rewards. Thanks!

My kids got there 2 min before closing. Cashier serves another kid in front of them. And tells us “you should have gotten here before, I’m done working”. After I tell him it’s not right, he starts cursing at me and the kids. Pathetic.

This place is absolutely outstanding. Ill return with my relatives. The bill was decent. Food and atmosphere reminds me of Kansas City.

I downloaded the app to get a free cone for my wife after I purchased a cone for myself, but any of the 3 or 4 members of the staff HAD A CLUE ABOUT HOW THE REWARD WORKS..and any of them offered at least an apology...may be is not their fault but management..Sorry guys

I find it really sad when a see a little girl behind me who wants a shake 15 minutes before closing and is denied because they already cleaned up. Really?? Glad they walked down to Chick Fil A where they were happy to accommodate her.
