I am pretty disappointed with the service that I Received because I was told upon purchase that I would get my rackets by the end of that week and in actuality I got them almost 3 weeks later. I would’ve ordered them through tennis warehouse if I was told honestly how long it would take to get my rackets.I was also told that I could keep the demo (free of charge) until my rackets came in but got a phone call a couple of days later inquiring on the charges for borrowing the demo.All in all I feel taken advantage of. I expressed my frustration in a calm manner regarding the situation but apparently it wasn’t acknowledged because it took another 1 1/2 weeks to get the racquets ordered…. I’m more disappointed than anything because I spent quite a bit of money here.

Best customer service. They have a great free racket demo service and truly want you to be happy with the racket you choose. I bought a racket that I didnt end up loving, so they took it back and gave me credit for a different one.

Great experience with this tennis store. David was very helpful over the phone and equally as nice in person when I went in to drop off my rackets. They were restrung on time, as promised, with stickers and packaging as if they came from the factory. Definitely a 5-star business. Happy to be a new customer.

Tennis, Inc. is a great tennis store. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the prices are great. They have a great demo program and excellent stringer. My wife and I both highly recommend Tennis, Inc. as the best tennis supply store in Palm Beach County. It is conveniently located adjacent to Town Center Mall in Boca Raton with easy access from I-95 or the Turnpike via Glades Road exit.

Really nice store with attentive and kind staff, but the string job on my racket was really bad. I wont get my racket strung here again.

Fabian the man who strings my rackets is an absolute angel for fitting me in his busy schedule right before my tennis match with Amanda.Also Tennis Inc is definitely my favorite tennis store in Boca. Everyone is so nice and it feels like they really care about if I like the clothes or if my racket feels okay. I love the shirts I bought and I’ve gotten so many compliments on them. Highly recommend popping in if you are looking for shirts that feel good and look good.

Excellent store with great products, price and service. My wife made a mistake when buying my daughters’ new racquet and we thought we would be stuck with the wrong choice. Tennis Inc staff, including its owner, was very understanding and was able to swap the racquets after stringing it at no cost. My daughter was very happy and we certainly recommend the store for a great customer experience!

Love Tennis Inc. David is very helpful with string types and tension. Not sure about changing strings and tension go see David. Just a great store and they string rackets for $8.00 plus cost of string if you do not have your own.

Tennis inc. is an experience to go to. The staff is extremely friendly and knows their stuff. Furthermore one of the staff, ED is the greatest eye candy I have ever beheld.

Tennis Inc had some good deals and the customer service was great. Ive bought from many other sportswear stores but few have shown as much care and concern for getting you into the right equipment as these guys I would highly recommend.

David is the best owner ever

Im a teaching pro in the area and was shocked by the outstanding customer service and diverse product selection. Some of the brands you just cant find in any other local stores; such as Mantis Tennis Racquets*, Hydrogen Tennis Apparel, and NU Sportswear. The pricing on racquets at first seemed the same as everyone elses but then I found out they offer to string it up for free with select strings saving you roughly $30.00. The store just opened but I have a feeling this secret tennis haven wont be a secret for very long. 5 Stars⭐️

Happened upon these folks while visiting boca (from Michigan) for a usta tourney. They jumped right in and helped get us everything we needed including a quick turn around on quality racquet stringing. Knowledable, friendly and extremely helpful! We lost our keys upon leaving and they never stopped helping us until we found our keys! Wish we lived closer...
