I always buy MK sneakers and heals... I’m totally disappointed with quality. Sneakers after several times of gentle wear you should throw out. One was damaged after 1 week trip to NYC. All white leather damaged and fully damaged during the year, only black stones on its place. Other sneakers maximum I can use it’s a year or two if the second year i use it for gym. The leather is always damaging, the gold color too or any painted one even they cover it with special film protection nothing save the color it’s coming off. It’s very comfortable no doubts but quality! Slip on is wearing only one season too I had to buy couple the same shoes I like every year, because you can’t wash everything off you have to throw them out. High heel shoes is always damaging on the bottom after 1st time. I’m trying to wear it very seldom to avoid throwing out them. But now they produce better bottom on some heels which protects from wear and tear. One thing I love, it’s their watches. Which I had a chance to compare I’ve never changed the battery on them for 3/4 years and the leather it’s still in good condition on the most. Compare with other brands I had to change batteries in couple months, year, but MK in this is a plus! Purses everyone knows themselves!

Absolutely unprofessional employees. Very rude when I spoke to a manager named Samantha and she was not willing to allow us to return a purse we purchased not even 24 hours ago when she sold it DAMAGED. Avoid this store at all costs.

Horrible experience due to the terrible staff.To their disadvantage they did not know; I am a young professional who is in perfect conditions to spend money and shop, shop, shop!!! On the other side they are just sales associate and their only job is to SELL and to GREET customers...EASY RIGHT? I guess not...You are very wrong if you think that you can treat people like NOTHING because you work in an expensive store PLEASEEEE who are you kidding? I cant believe that you are not capable to handle such an easy job. Do yourselves a favor and go to SCHOOL to learn some manners. Very dissapointed on the staff for such a great store.
