I placed this order and received confirmation that it would be delivered today. I tracked the order to make sure it was going to be delivered before my husband left work and saw that it said it was going to be delivered on the 8th which is not what I asked for. I called the location and they explained to me that they were to busy to do it today so they changed the delivery date to tomorrow. I explained that I placed the order to be delivered to day for a reason and I needed it to be delivered today. Staff was not helpful at all they just said “we can not do it today”. I never received a phone or and email letting me know they had changed the delivery date!! Had I not tracked the order I never would have known! I called back and canceled the order completely! I would not recommend using this location at all! To top it off not once did the offer an apology or a solution! Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with!
I have never dealt with such poor customer service. Location had an issue getting my online order so I was told the order could not be voided nor could they make me the arrangement until their system gave them a proper ticket. I was told that Manager Ralph was on the way into assist with the technical issues. I was waiting for an hour just to find out that Manager Ralph was still not in and there was no estimated time he would come in to fix the issue. I asked several times for Manager Ralph to call me so that we could find a solution for the issue. Still no call back from Manager Ralph. This location stopped answering my phone calls, to the point that I had to call Corporate to have them contact the office and force them to issue me a refund…hours later! Manager Ralph still has yet to call me, I don’t understand how he could even be a manager with this amount of incompetence. Edible Arrangements Corporate, you should really address the poor customer service at this location as I clearly have not been the only one to complain.This is the last time I ever purchase anything through edible arrangements and everyone I work with and know will be informed to go elsewhere as well.
Terrible service. I ordered a delivery that was never delivered and no one even called me about it to apologize of offer another solution. I kept calling to get a resolution and no one would answer and the place was open. Just terrible location.
I have been calling the store since 9:30 am about my order that was supposed to be delivered . No answer and now they have the voicemail on saying they’re closed, yet they dint close until 5pm. I placed an order in advance. I now need to change the date of delivery. I have tried to call this location all times of the day and saturday for close to 2 weeks. No one answers the phone, the VM is full and I have no idea if this place is even open anymore. I cannot cancel the order online unfortunately otherwise I would and never order from here again. Its a privately owned store but I did reach out to corporate customer service. Apparently they are having no luck either. DO NOT ORDER UNLESS YOU GET A PERSON ON THE PHONE and even then I would be skeptical.

I placed an order the evening of Sept 8th for delivery Sept 9th as a birthday gift. I received a response the order was received. I was informed as of 3:45pm on the 9th my order wasnt delivered. I called on the 10th to find out what happened and the girl I spoke to said they could waive the delivery fee and deliver on the 10th, the day AFTER the birthday. I said sure but I want my money refunded since it was their screw up. She put a manager on the phone who explained the delivery truck broke down and deliveries couldnt be made. She lied and said she called the three numbers I had listed on the order, one being mine and stated she got my voice mail. While on the phone with her I checked my call log and told her I received no calls and no voice mail. It was then she stated she didnt leave a message. The recipient didnt receive a call and neither did the main number that I provided. I will get a refund but no telling when.This place is awful. Seems to me good customer service is to deliver the following day AND refund the purchase price since it was their mistake. Do yourself a favor and NEVER use this location for service. If you do youll be highly disappointed.
If I could give them zero star I would,great products but terrible delivery and customer seevice, they will send a confirmation that the item was delivered and its not while I was home all day and nothing was delivered then come up with a second excuse(lie) that the delivery truck broke down.I tried them 3 times and the dissapointed 3 times.Taking my money delivering the wrong item is OK but taking my money and not delivering nothing and keeping my money not good.

This place should have zero stars! We placed an order a week in advance for Mother’s Day and did not receive it! All they said to us was oh my goodness we had a huge amount of orders and we couldn’t get to yours in time. We did not receive a call or text or email to let us know that our order was not going to be completed it is completely unacceptable!They were extremely nonchalant and didn’t seem to understand how disappointing it was for us! Wow, please listen to these reviews before ordering from this sad excuse of a store. I have been ordering edible arrangements for YEARS and never ever had an experience like I had with this store. I ordered an arrangement to be delivered yesterday, May 10th, and it was never delivered. I even paid extra for delivery on this day. Then when I called the Boca Raton store to follow-up, their voicemail box was full AND Martha kept hanging up on me. I am so confused. I called more than a dozen times and Martha hung up on me each time when I said who I was and what my problem was. I had never spoken to Martha or this store before this interaction and I am completely in shock by this behavior. This franchise is apparently full of thieves who just take your money and dont provide a service. Martha, you need a lesson in speaking to other humans. The least you could do was stay on the phone with me and apologize but you were too much of a coward to even speak to your customer. I hope this franchise is shut down soon so nobody else has to experience what I just did.
Update: they left a fruit bouquet outside my house in the heat and they delivered the wrong thing. Missing a balloon, cupcakes, and no chocolate. Nothing my mom ordered was here.Showed up at 4 to pick up my order but nobody was there. Called the store and was forwarded to a voicemail that said call back between 9-5.
They left the arrangement on the concrete outside of my home. It was all melted by the time we got home.
Ordered a very simple birthday arrangement. Box of fruit (6 pieces) and balloons. Edible Arrangements offer the box of fruit with either 6 balloons attached or 12. They delivered my package with 10 balloons. Not the dozen I asked for. I called them after they’d been delivered and received no apology but a sarcastic remarks “do you want us to deliver the 2 other balloons?”That isn’t the point. They didn’t deliver. I ordered New Years platters for a few of our wonderful providers. I was extremely happy with the ease of online ordering, the selections were good and when they got their platters...my oh my!! They were sooo happy and that is the icing on the cake for me! I truly appreciated that Edible Arrangements emailed me when the platters were delivered. The customer service was wonderful as well. My only conundrum...what do you get the staff at Edible Arrangements for thanking them?!! 🤣 Great job, I will be using them again!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE! Ordered a birthday arrangement for a neighbor who turned 80 years old today. I called at 3pm to see about when they would deliver. I explained that she was elderly and would like it to be delivered at a decent time. That was at 3pm and the guy who answered the phone told me it’s done and would be delivered within 2 hours. It’s 8pm right now and NO DELIVERY. She probably won’t get it! After reading other reviews they should close this store!!!!
They hadnt delivered my order by 6:30pm the day of the delivery. When I called to inquire about it, I was told (by someone who obviously hates their job and life) that it would be delivered before 9pm. It was never delivered. Customer service is terrible. I understand in these days of quarantine and such, delivery companies are under a lot of stress, but they dont have to take it out on customers who place orders properly. Also, why are they advertising completely free delivery for all products, yet I was charged a $15 delivery fee?
This establishment has POOR customer service & fail to actually deliver what their whole business is built on! My boyfriend who lives in Tennessee decided as a gesture for valentines day that because we cant spend it together he would send me an edible arrangement. He ordered it a month in advance & even called the store to make sure they understood the order instructions. Come valentines day, I did not receive my edible arrangement that was supposed to be a surprise. Because he lives in Tennessee and couldnt get a hold of anyone at this store because they turned off their phone lines, he had to tell me what the surprise was so I could go to this location and figure out why I didnt get my gift. Come to find out I wasnt the only person who didnt receive their order & not only did the staff act nonchalantly about it, so did the manager! All he told us was other people didnt get their orders either and all he can do is issue and full refund or compensate us by taking off the delivery fee. At this point we werent satisfied with that but my boyfriend still wanted to give me something to show his appreciation so we decided to go with the free delivery route. He didnt have anything to give to me while there so he promised it would get delivered to me the same day I went in. 11pm hits & weve come to the conclusion that we are never going to get what he paid for & decide to just cancel the whole order. This establishment does not care about the emotional factor that is played when order arrangements and should be ashamed of themselves. They have lost customers & we will be advising everyone we know not to purchase from this edible arrangement or any edible arrangement for that matter. Dont waste your time ordering from here & if you can find any other establishment that makes fruit baskets I HIGHLY suggest you try them. This Edible Arrangements is horribly ran & does not deserve your time or money! Save the heartbreak & skip edible arrangements as a whole. Youll thank me later.
This is the WORST Edible Arrangements I have ever dealt with! Ordered for my husbands admin last Wednesday to be delivered Thursday the day before Valentines Day and it was never delivered and to top it off I tried calling all day Friday and they would not answer their phone all weekend long. Then I called today and was told there was a supposed error on the website which is untrue, this is the second time this has happened with this company. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS if you need to have something actually delivered, especially when its a special occasion and you think its actually going to be delivered. They deserve NO stars but that wasnt an option in order to post this review!

After looking at flowers and the insane prices for a small arrangement, I thought of Edible Arrangements. I sent a small fruit arrangement to my elderly mother-in-law. Family sent a photo of the arrangement and it was perfect! Attractive, fresh and the perfect size for 1-2 people. Even with delivery, it cost half what flowers would have and will be enjoyed more!
Arrangement arrived on time & my friends loved it. Fruit was fresh & delicious & arranged nicely as pictured. I did specify “Birthday” but they used a black colored container. Next time I would specify in writing “white or bright colored container” as it was for a birthday. Order was easy to place online.

You have to be pretty bad for me to leave a negative review,but since I’m leaving one let tell everyone the horrible service I’ve gotten. I ordered a bouquet of chocolate covered strawberries for my girlfriend. They used a third party to deliver my order which should have been in a refrigerator truck but it came in a hot minivan that has been doing deliveries all day per the driver. I was the last delivery of the day which came at 9pm. All the chocolate had melted to the bottom of the bag and the strawberries were mushy. I’ve been calling the store for days with no answer. All the other negative reviews tell all you need to know about this store and company. I’ve been waiting for an answer for 2 hours and still no answer currently. I will have to go to the store and speak to someone directly.
If I could leave ZERO stars, I would..Not only did they NOT deliver my order Which was placed on 2/13/20 (which was guaranteed delivery on 2/14/2020 ) from the Edible Arrangements location at- 182-555 N Federal HwyBoca Raton, FL 33432 (which delivery cost $19.99) but I got NO call..I received NO text or even an explanation or confirmation as to WHY my items werent delivered.. I was charged $129.11 to my Apple/Visa card ..As of now, I am currently battling this charge with my credit card provider Hopefully, I can get the charges reversed because the recipient of my edible arrangements has yet to receive the items I had paid $129.11 for, not to mention that getting SOMEONE on the phone for an explanation is next to impossible! My husband ordered from this location and it was NEVER delivered to my office. They stated it will be delivered the next day. Today is the next day and no delivery. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!! The worst service ever. Do not place orders with these people. They never delivered and were rude. I was very pleased with my experience. I ordered an arrangement for delivery 2 days prior. I requested it be delivered before 11, and it came at 9:45! Great customer service over the phone, and the delivery driver was very kind. He followed all of the directions I left in my request, and had a very positive attitude. My Mom and I went to pick up the chocolate covered fruit for her birthday and also order a mixed fruit cup for myself. The guy working said they were under new management and was very nice. They accidentally made only strawberries in her chocolate covered order and while she didnt mind at all, he gave us the fruit cup for free. Well definitely be back.

By the time I realized this, I called the Boca location 20 min before close and was put into an answering service for 15 min before calling 3 more times in order to get a hold of a person to express my disappointment and frustration, so it could be resolved. This horror show of an Edible Arrangements location does not deserve even 1 star in my opinion. I ordered a product valued at over $100... Scheduled for delivery to a school on February 13 (order placed on 2/10/20)... Receive a call on 2/13/20 after 5 p.m. saying they got behind and wondered if they could deliver early on the 14th, I agreed (what choice did a have at that time)... Never see a confirmation of delivery on the 14th (Friday)... Nothing from the teachers indicating they received it (I always get text thank yous from them)... Just followed up with the front office staff at the school today (2/17/20, Monday) and nothing had been delivered!! Through ALL of these days, I have/had tried REPEATEDLY to call and between the call not going through, getting shuffled to a main Edible Arrangements call center (and still not answered), and a recording indicating the local offices voice mailbox is full I have been unable to talk to a live person about this. But... no worries... they still have my money!! Save yourself time, frustration, and money... if this store is your only Edible Arrangements option... send a different gift, at least it will be delivered.2/18/20 - Am continuing to try in contact with either the local store or headquarters...Nothing ... No phone ever answered and when I submitted the online form... no one ever got back to me! For Fathers Day I ordered the football touchdown arrangement (football vase) and was so disappointed when I saw they sent the arraignment in a pinkish basket. I sent an email about it and part of the response that I received was: At this time per our policy/website product description “Container may vary.” few days later I received a call from Brian explaining to me that he is the new owner for the Boca Raton local and the previous owner apparently did not ordered tha football vase but he will make it up to me and redo the arraignment. This outstanding customer service. Thank you Brian.
Dont expect your order to be delivered, however they take the money from your credit card when the order is placed. Called all day and phone was busy, therefore no way to contact them.Next step will be to cancel order and if they dont give a refund without issue, BBB will be my next contact!!! And btw, for shame on them because it is Valentines Day. Save yourself frustration and order from another company. Steer away from edible arrangements because delray locations phone went right to voicemail all day.

Do Not Order! My wife got sick off of bad fruit which we noticed the driver was in a regular vehicle that was loaded with other arrangements not the van with cooling unit as usual. I asked if it would be ok being it is transported that way and was told their vans were all broke down so they use a courier company. Well wife ended up very sick and we noticed mold on the fruit not to mention after a phone battle trying to locate my item that wasn’t delivered the previous day There’s other companies to order from besides edible. These people will be hearing from my lawyer on top of paying doctor bill

I made an online order on my employees birthday yesterday for same day delivery in which it was confirmed online. I then called an hour later and gauadelupe told me it had been delivered, she then called me back and said she was sorry it had not even been made yet, she had checked the wrong last name, she proceeded to tell me she sent the order to the Boynton Beach store and it was out for delivery.. a win right?! Wrong, it was never delivered.... I called today and it was delivered today, the day after her birthday...the kid i spoke with on the phone could not understand why I was upset. He told me “well if you want a discount or something you need to call back on a Monday when a manager is here” i proceeded to tell him it was not a discount I wanted it is an apology for telling me it had been delivered on her birthday then delivering the next day, maybe a, sorry due to mistakes on our end we prevented you from making your employees birthday special... our bad...customer service and miscommunication is the reason for 1 star.. I would give it 0 stars after talking to whatever his name was on the phone with less than subpar customer service skills and a millennial arrogant tone of voice.

I placed an online order at 1 pm 07/23/18 and it was for my Best friends Birthday. After placing my order a few minutes later I called and spoke to someone at the Boca location a Shawna or Shama and told her that this was being delivered to my best friends place of employment and advised she would be leaving her job by 5 pm.I asked if it could be delivered by 4 pm, and she She said 4 pm was cutting it close but assured me it would be delivered WAY before 5 pm.I called again at 4:55pm because it hadnt been delivered, and i hadnt received my confirmatory email.She responded by saying, she had been trying to reach the driver for hours and couldnt get a hold of him. She said he was swamped with order and apologized and said she could make sure the item gets delivered tomorrow Tuesday the 24th.My best friend birthday is today why would i want something delivered the next day?!?!!?If she would have given me a courtesy call and told me earlier, she couldnt deliver my order I wouldve ordered something with a different company. Horrible service... Specified that the delivery had to be before 1PM. They did not make the delivery and I asked if they could deliver to the house. The driver called my wife and said he would be there in 10-15 min. 45 min later they still hasnt delivered and my wife had to leave. No one was home when they finally did come. Very unreliable. I purchased my first Edible Arrangement 4 years ago for my wife on our 1st anniversary, which she loved very much. Back then there wasn’t a local Edible Arrangements location in Vero Beach, so I ended up driving 40 miles to Melbourne, FL to pick up the gift. After another 5 years of marriage I thought it would be nice to surprise her with another one on our 6th anniversary this past Sunday, July 15th 2012. Conveniently, an Edible Arrangements location just opened locally in Vero Beach, FL. In preparation for our anniversary, I checked the Edible Arrangements website to make certain their new location in Vero Beach, FL was open on Sundays, and according to the website it states that the location in Vero is open from 10am-3pm on Sundays. Later that week, Saturday night to be exact, I visited the Edible Arrangements website to place my order for delivery on Sunday July 15th, our anniversary. The website accepted my order and my credit card was charged $72.63 for my purchase. The next morning, the morning of my anniversary, I checked my email and I couldn’t believe what I saw. I had an email from the owner which basically said that the hours on the website are incorrect and that they are unable to process my order because they aren’t open on Sundays. This really put me in an impossible situation on the morning of my anniversary; I had absolutely nothing for my wife now. Thanks a lot Edible Arrangements… how can a franchised store do business this way? The Edible Arrangements website advertises that they should be open and they even have a banner on their website that says, “Happiness 7 days a week”. I am not upset that they are closed on Sundays; I am upset that the website states that they are open, that it accepted an order for delivery on a day they are closed, and that when I called order support they told me all Edible Arrangements are supposed to be open on Sundays now. Obviously, the Vero Beach store isn’t following this business model. As a franchise owner, Maggie should be ashamed of herself and her business. I would also like her to know that the store in Port St. Lucie, FL is open on Sundays, and that I drove 35 miles to that store, which stayed open an hour later than normal to help me out and threw in a free balloon because she felt so bad about what had happened at the Vero Beach location. I will never place another order with the franchise in Vero Beach and I will continue to drive out of my way to make certain they never see a penny of mine. Fortunately, the store in Vero Beach did call me Monday morning to see if I still wanted my order or if I wanted a refund. Amazingly, as I talked with them I got the feeling they had had this problem before, and as a result, weren’t real sympathetic to my situation. I know as a business owner I would have tried to make amends with the customer by offering some sort of consolation for their inconvenience. Instead I was told that it was “corporate’s fault” and that they were going to address it with corporate. That’s great, you address it with corporate… really helps me out. I would suggest that everyone support the locations in PSL or Melbourne before purchasing from this store.Randy
