5 Star just because of the staff there who was so inviting. Though i did not have any intentions to buy, just as a Tesla enthusiast, bumped into this store and I was greeted by a warm smile.. guy told me to play with the toys even knowing I may not be a customer to him, really appreciate his gesture... You can find all 3 models of Tesla here and well trained staffs explain you the in and out of the cars... Really liked the place and the pleasing nature of the people working at this place...
Had a problem with my order and at the end I had to cancel them. After a few emails back with management they gave me my deposit back.Too bad we could not do business but I was treated right at the end

Horrible service, please go to another centre and do not waste your time here. When I went in, I was already annoyed with the dysfunction here… then I decided why I am here wasting my time. I need to go somewhere they genuinely want to help me.
I tried to use the Tesla charging station at the Town Center mall to charge my Tesla on a trip up from Miami. I was told they charging station was only for the test driving fleet, they would tow my car even if I parked in a non-reserved space but still used the charging station, and that I needed to drive to a completely different parking garage to use a generic charging station. Such disappointing customer care.
I own a Model X, Model 3 and ordered a Model Y. I went into the store with some questions regarding my order since i could not get ahold of the Manager Danielle who always seems to be busy or away when I call. When I arrived in the store, I saw the manager run into the back office, never to be seen again. I asked an employee to speak with Danielle. The employee was fantastic and nice, however, she could not pry Danielle away from her back room to speak with a long-term customer. After waiting over an hour to catch the manager leaving her office, I left without any of my questions answered. And dont even get me started with the West Palm Beach location -- I swear they unplug the phones there!
Got exception service from Daniel and Andrew at the Boca Raton location while buying my Model Y. I had some initial troubles with the delivery process (just Tesla being Tesla I guess) but these two gentlemen made everything right throughout the entire process, with professionalism and a genuine sense of actually caring about my troubles and wanting to make everything right. My wife and I test drove here and its an easy process to find the car, do the touchless test drive, and head in to talk about the ordering process. Were very happy with our new Model Y Long Range AWD!
Showroom is in the middle of mall; cars are in a nearby parking garage that is actually on the other side if this rather large mall. Salespeople cannot accompany, so a trip to check out a model Y was not a pleasant experience.
Not what I expected, I scheduled a test drive when I came in the same day taking time off work they told me they sold the car and cant accommodate a model x test drive.Speaking to the store employee he made it seem like its nothing and its not their fault they did not bother calling me in advance to reschedule.The whole experience completely changed my mind about buying a tesla I already submitted a trade in and came in ready to buy.For anyone expecting a higher tier service, based on my experience I would not recommend.Update: The representative at Tesla (Boca Raton) insisted that it was not their fault the car was just sold in 45 Min since i scheduled online. (I scheduled online at 1:30PM for a 3:00PM same day appointment)He was adamant that if i go online and try to reschedule it would not allow me to do so for the model x at that location. I have attached a screenshot from 3:54PM, almost 1 hour after my scheduled failed appointment.In the screenshot, clearly their system still allows to schedule a test drive for a model x at their location for Monday, Nov 30th.Undoubtedly a none welcoming and very unpleasant experience.

Teslas are too cool not to want to. Love electric since I dont drive long distances and the cars are state of the art. If I could afford the suv Id buy it in a second.
Horrible experience here, I came all the way down here for a test drive. and was told to leave because I didnt have an insurance card. When I spoke to the the guy on the phone to schedule the drive he didnt mention nothing about bring an insurance card. The man was extremely rude to me and said theres nothing he could do. Trust me you dont want to come here!

Pray you dont have to deal with someone at Tesla. It doesnt work if you try e-mail. If you call and get though, they are busy and will call you back, but they dont. I miss car dealers.
Nice staff happy to answer questions .If you leave a email they will fill up your inbox. Which is a negative but once you unsubscribe they stop so overall good service and nice people. If you dont want emails ....dont give them a email address.
Friendly helpful staff. But only models S and X in the showroom. You have to go outside with a salesperson to see the model 3. They do have test drives
Typical awesome Tesla store with amazing vehicles in display. The staff has always been attentive but never pushy. The different teams running the store every time I go there are very good providing information to their visitors. I only wish they had apparel for sale. It would sell like hot cakes.

Pleasantly knowledgeable and never a run around. They will spend all the time with you that you need. Just a great atmosphere to learn about the Tesla and what they can do. Really want one with the technology they already have it out does most of the big exotics.

I could not be anymore disappointed in their service. I own a Honda and a Tesla and the service I get in Honda is just over seperior then Tesla when Honda’s cost 20,000 as oppose to Tesla’s that are almost 100,000 more. I bought my Tesla model X in March and I’ve been asking constantly to send me the certificate of conformity so I can be able to ship my car since I move a lot and they leave me hanging for months at a time. It’s currently August and I still never received the paperwork and therefore my car is stuck in a international port and Tesla doesn’t even offer the decency of trying to help out with my paper work. When ever I call them they dismiss me with no respect and no care at all because the car is already paid in full so they couldn’t care less. When I go to their office to physically speak with them they ask me to wait and they will resolve the problem but then They stop answering my calls or responding to my emails. I confidentially say that I now hate Tesla and would never ever think of buying those over priced vehicles ever again, they’re rating to me is -5 stars for sure
If I could give this place less than a one star I would. 1st off when you walk in they have only 2 sales people to work with you which are almost occupied with customers at all times (people who have more questions than an interest in buying a vehicle). 2nd off, they let teenagers loiter around in their vehicles, removing any ability to have a hands on experience in the store. Lastly, after being patient to speak to one of them, the younger of the 2 salesman ignored my father and I after acknowledging our prescence and walked over to a husband and wife who walked in AFTER us. We want to buy a cybertruck. We will still put a deposit down for one but to have that as your first experience with Tesla as a paying customer is a letdown to say the least.
Love the car, hate the experience dealing with the manager from Boca Raton location. She was very unprofessional and rude over the phone and any moment allowed me to explain my problem just talk over me, thinking that would solve the problem. Tesla please bring your manager up to par with your Cars.
Everything was going beyond perfect before and while testing the model X, until I returned the car. The manger (who was different than the manger who helped taking the car for a test) was so rude and disrespectful. That it ruined my experience.
Love the cars (working on a plan to get one,) but they really need to get better staff to inform...close..and make the experience full circle. But..wow..they are leaps above others in every way. The best anology is you been taking taxi service while Tesla can offer you Uber / Lyft. Other brands are left in the dust. These cars are designed by skilled designers and engineers...well thought out process from charger network to automation and feature rich cars. If you can think of it..they most likely did
I owned a 2016 model S70 until July of 2019 when the car was totaled by my wife in a terrible accident.We ended up purchasing a used (CPO) Tesla 2016 Model S90D via Teslas website. The car was advertised as “This vehicle has completed a full 70 point mechanical and cosmetic inspection”. Based on that representation, as well as the photos provided via Tesla, I hit the “purchase” button, remitted my deposit of $2,500, and waited on confirmation for when the car was ready for pickup.The vehicle was advertised with all the features which were included, which upon many, was free super charging for life. Upon receipt of the first call from Tesla, they informed us that albeit the advertisement said that supercharging was included; Tesla now no longer included it with pre-owned vehicles, the program had recently changed and perhaps the website ad wasn’t updated in time. Not a happy start for us, and apparently, this was just the precursor to what would come next.Approximately two weeks later, I received notice that the vehicle was in West Palm Beach, FL and was ready for pickup. Excited, I arranged to take a day off from the office, along with my wife and drive the 1 hour north to their pickup location. Upon arrival we were told that the vehicle would be ready in about 30 minutes, so we waited anxiously in the sales center. When the car finally came out, we were shocked to see what Tesla said was “ready for pickup”. Most notably, the front fender was hanging off, it looked as if someone had hit a curb. The rear fender also was bent and protruding off of the vehicle to the point that it hit the tire when driven. (I have detailed pictures of all) We had the original pictures which Tesla had provided us of the actual vehicle, and we noticed that the pictures showed no physical damage; yet the hood, upon arrival, had a HUGE gash in the center, about 1/2’’ wide and 3’’ long, well into the paint to the point where the metal was exposed. This is a huge problem in South Florida, as we live near the ocean and exposed metal will rust quickly. Furthermore, the charger port door was full of water (recall item), and the windshield was delaminating with thousands of small bubbles under the glass which were blatantly evident (supposedly a warranty item). There were countless other lesser issues (skull cap had big dent and scratch in it, seat belt was missing one of the clips!, numerous dings and dents, and missing trim pieces along the wheel areas). Disappointed, we refused delivery of the vehicle, took pictures and videos, and asked to speak with a manager. While the manager was cordial and agreed that this car certainly wasn’t ready for pickup, they said that they would re-inspect the car and see what they could do. We asked them, didn’t someone look at it before telling us to drive up here and pick it up? Her answer was simply “We’ve been so busy lately that things often get overlooked”. We told them that we wanted to find a viable solution for our situation. We proposed that they fix the items noted upon our inspection of the car. After going to their back office, making some calls/emails, about 1 hour later they came out and offered to fix most of the items, but not all. Their response to the paint and dent repairs was “It’s a used car, take it or leave it. If you don’t like it, you can cancel your order now” While I am a very reasonable consumer, I was shocked at the lack of professionalism at this point. I had just wasted a day at work, as did my wife, we were mislead and deceived by Teslas false advertising of a vehicle, and then, when we ask them to make it right, they tell us to “take it or leave it” (in an email FYI). This isn’t the way to treat any customer, especially a prior Tesla owner.

The cars are awesome and its so convenient being right in the mall. Now for the actual customer service its a hit or miss. Sometimes they overlook me and other times I go in they are super attentive. Would probably give a 3.5 if I couldYou need to make an appointment normally about a week out to test drive but its worth a look to see what its all about. Max is the sales rep who helped me and he was great. I personally went with Mercedes because I love the sound and feel of a combustion engine but the tesla feels like a rollercoaster, its very unique.
Very impressed with the product itself, the way the car drives is unreal. The sales guy was very helpful and energetic, really enjoyed it.

The sales people claim not to know what kind of tires are on the car until it physically shows up (because that is how Tesla does it). I repeatedly asked for all season tires and their responses went from of course during sales process, to we dont know after they got the deposit to no it does not and you should buy them after market because we dont have them when the car arrived. In 25 years of car buying, I have never been lied to so bad - and on a $150K car
GREAT EXPERIENCE!Before visiting this store, my intetest in ever owning a Tesla, on a scale of 0 to 10,was 0. However, my wife and I were doing a daycation in Boca, went to the Town Center and said what the heck, lets check out the Tesla store.After visiting the store on Friday and after speaking to the extremely knowledgeable and helpful Christina, my interest is now an 8 and will probably go to a 10 after we test drive it.You name it and this car does it.Zero to 60 in 2.5,- Wifi,- GPS that shows you nearest charging station- extra trunk space in back AND under the hood,- no spare tire because it has 24/7 roadside assistance (and who wants to change a tire on the road, in the heat or rain and ride around on a donut for weeks)Great experience!

Terrible, manager went on vacation. Asst. Manager in training. They purchased my car and did not pay me. Still waiting for a check two weeks later.This is a technology company cashiers check or wire transfer when they take your car. Who ever heard of waiting more than two weeks for a check. You sit on the phone more than 30 minutes to get through to customer service.New car arrived damaged, then had to go back to be refigured.They will not survive if they do not get there service together.

What has precipitated this is the Trump Presidency and the way the stock market is reacting to his brazen nationalist agenda. Its reacting negatively! So, get in that Tesla showroom, order a car, and help America ween itself off the internal combustion engine and our dependency on fossil fuels. The American consumer is roughly 5 percent of the entire human race, but the American consumer is responsible for the success of the entire worlds economy. The American Consumer is the most powerful group of humans ever, but they are unaware of this. Remember our entire economy going down the toilet in 2008? Itll happen again! An individual such as Elon Musk, because of his ability to recognize large or macro sized trends, will always succeed because he dreams large and is unafraid of the micro sized nay sayers and negativities that surround all positive human activities. He doesnt sweat the small stuff. He knows we will eventually switch to purely electric vehicles and that we will eventually have to colonize the Moon and Mars. He bought the 4G rights to cell phone usage on the Moon! Earth is no longer large enough to contain our collective dream, especially since Earths natural resources are quite limited.
