Today I dropped off an Intl package here .... coming from FedEx where the prices were outrageous and the clerk was cocky and rushing. The two lady clerks here at this USPS store were in a good mind set, friendly and courteous and helped me repackaging my parcel and that made my day! The prices here at USPS are 1/3 what would cost at FedEx. This store is a jewel. Thank you!

This place is adorable. Its a post office and a little gift shop with toys, candy, and stuffed animals, among other things. I was greeted kindly as I went in and left. The staff is unbelievably nice. And they were open until 3 on Saturday! I dont know many other post offices that are. Wonderful place!

Friendly and helpful postal staff. The package I sent to Sweden was delivered less than a week after I sent it. The store has a lot of knick knacks, toys, plenty of cards, and of course the candy. Having this close by is convenient.I sell on eBay and they do take prepaid packages. They even let you leave them on the counter so you dont have to wait in line.

Maggie helped save me money on more than one occasion.If you have something to ship, I suggest you take it to the front counter and see what the most economical way to ship it is. She repacked two of my packages and saved me money each time. They also have cute and inexpensive gift items. This is the place for any kind of stuffed animal you could imagine! Each time I have been in there have only been one or two people in line. They are a hidden gem. I suggested to Caroline to update their Google Listing recently so that they come up when you type inpost office near me

I am just in awe of how many have become hard and cold with covid. Owner, manager and employees all of them were so rude to me. Door said to wear a mask and i did but as soon as I came in they started being rude disrespecful and right away said my mask was not covering my nose n i had to leave the store they denied me from buying and the story goes on. Horrible experience very harsh people. Filled with fear and anger. I do not recomend this place!

Love this place! If your looking for a unique gift for a hard to shop for person this is the place to come. Also they always help me with my shipping needs. All I do is show up with what I need to ship and they help me find a box and recommend the best way to ship. Highly recommend this store/post office to everyone!

I am a frequent customer at Postal Sweets. Such a fun store, there is something for every age group, great place to find gifts and trending items. I could spend hours in there.The staff is excellent oh did I mention there it’s a post office as well!

This is my all-time favorite place to find any type of gift for those of all ages when I want a little extra something to add to a card or package. Everything from stuffed animals, candy, coffee or traveling mugs, to coasters, fun kitchen items, toys, sports mugs/pens/etc, wall hangings that I could even decorate my home with & really, any type of fun little gift to make my mail a bit more special.The entire store is stacked from top to bottom & the staff is amazingly helpful! Extremely professional, always have a smile & actually make a point to take the time to get to know theyre regular customers as well as new. The postal counter is in the back & theres rarely a line due to the staffs hard work, yet if there ever is...Ive found theres so much great stuff to occupy myself with that I havent even noticed a very short wait.Id absolutely recommend Postal Sweets to anyone & everyone. Its a one-stop for almost anything I need...mail or fun.

I absolutely adore this place. It has such a wide variety of products, I know this place will always have that perfect unique gift, toy, etc. Also, I usually hate going to the post office, but Postal Sweets makes dealing with mail and shipping so much more enjoyable. The staff is always so polite and helpful. I have been going here for my mail & gifting needs since a friend told me about it a year ago, and I just love it.

This is the cutest post office Ive ever been to! I dont have a clue what is going on, but the place is bursting with adorable knick knacks and tchotchkes. The girls in the store are always laughing and having a great time, this place is like bottled happiness. I look for excuses just to go in and see this awesome store.

Drove 10 minutes to simply drop off a letter I needed to get out. I walked up to their storefront and the owner was standing in the doorway and simply put her hand up at me as they were closing down.I tried to tell her I was just looking to drop a letter off and she couldn’t even dignify me by looking at me let alone a response.Incredibly and unnecessarily rude - please do the world a favor and take your business elsewhere.

It’s odd to have a postal service in a gift store of Chinese made Knick knacks. For years I didn’t use this store because of the incongruity. But retail is adapting and the USPS is too.This little postal service does everything a full size store does without driving way out west to search for an obscure postal office tucked in behind 18 wheelers, parking in the north 40, standing in line for 20 minutes then fighting the trucks to get out. With the added bonus - both postal workers here know every service the USPS offers so there is no need to wait for the inept manager. (There is a third postal worker who collects mail periodically and jumps in to help if things get backed up while he’s there.)I don’t know where the other reviewers got the idea that you have to buy the postage here for them to take your items. It’s not true. Outgoing mail is clearly marked on the counter if you want to just drop and go.

I absolutely love this store !! All kinds of gifts to choose from that you wouldnt be able to find anywhere else. The employees make it a super treat when greeting you at the front door with smiling faces. Whenever I need assistance, The Postal Sweets staff is more than willing to give me the best customer service !!! Check it out!

A very busy little place full of enticing toys, old fashioned candies, designer greeting cards, packing materials - and a USPS remote station complete with P.O. Boxes. The staff has always been nice to me at both the shop and P.O. The only thing I would say is that some things are a little pricey, but this is Boca Raton, and it is a convenience store!

I live literally behind the corner from this post office, and I avoid coming here by all means. Today I made the same mistake again, and now Im sworn to never return here again.I often ship packets for sales that I make on eBay. At any other post office I go to, the employee just takes the packet, with the pre-paid tag on it, and smiles me good bye. Here there always seems to be a problem with the price I paid online and the weight of my packet. I have explained to the employees that eBay makes an *estimate* of the weight of the package, and it does not matter if the tag says 4oz but the pack is really 5oz, because I pay the same price up until 1 pound. Not that it is my job to explain this, but I did. Still, every time, a freaking problem. I took the same exact packet this morning to a different post office. They took it. I explained that it had been rejected at another branch. They told me they had NO idea why the packet might have been rejected.At any other post office I have seen employees going out of their way to help. Here I got sighs and side looks for asking for an extra piece of tape.I do NOT recommend this place, and in fact I am so upset after repeated bad service, that I will probably go ahead and write a formal complaint to their management.

Yes Postal Sweets during the season cant accept eBay pre paid and pre paid click n ships big packages or a large quantity of small pre paid packages because we simply just dont have the room. We ask that during the season you bring them to a main post office. Thanks so much!! :)

Best and most fun store in Boca. Can get stuck in there for hours with the variety of gifts, cards, candy, and accessories. Only place I take my mail now just so I can go shopping. You gotta check it out!

They have International shipping here. I sent a package to China and it actually arrived there which if you have ever sent a package to China would know that is very hard to due.

Today I had the WORST retail experience of my entire 56 year life and it was because of the actions of this company....its employee.......the owner.....and the utter weasel who owns the property that Postal Sweets rents from. My son was playing a baseball game Saturday morning at 10am and I had a package that I needed to mail so I googled the nearest Post Office and this place came up. I told the clerk I needed it same day. She told me it would be $47 but could get it there by Monday for $18. I agreed to the $18. I have spent the entire weekend and today typing in the tracking number and nothing....the package does not exist. I went back to POSTAL SWEETS this morning and the same LYING attendant was there. She told me she NEVER told me it would be delivered Monday but that it would take 2-3 days....WRONG..she never said that...she told me Monday....SHE IS AN ABSOLUTE LIAR....then the lowlife owner of the company hung up on me when I tried to talk to him about it. My wife and I went there this afternoon and called the police. They have cameras inside there.....I asked for the tape. The owner said I could have it but then the owner of the property that he had called....chimed in. He looked at the Boca Raton Cop who I had called and the cop proceeded to tell me.....actually TALK DOWN TO ME IN FRONT OF MY WIFE LIKE I WAS A COMMON CRIMINAL THAT THE PROPERTY OWNER WAS FILING A TRESSPASS WARRANT AGAINST ME AND IF I EVER SHOWED UP THERE AGAIN....I WOULD BE ARRESTED. Yes...I....a customer of the UNITED STATES POST OFFICE who has just had a very valuable package LOST because of the actions of POSTAL SWEETS gets treated this way when trying to find out what has happened to my package. The owner of the building located at 275 NE Spanish River Blvd is nothing more than a pathetic lowlife weasel. The owner of POSTAL SWEETS is also a complete and utter lowlife. DO NOT EVER EVER EVER GO INTO THAT STORE AND MAIL SOMETHING.....YOU RISK LOSING IT AND IF YOU DO AND GO AND TRY TO FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENED TO IT....THEY WILL TREAT YOU LIKE A COMPLETE CRIMINAL. And if you call the BOCA RATON POLICE...they will also treat you like a piece of crap. The cop stood there and ran my drivers license while I was talking to these people....just HOPING something would pop up so he could probably arrest me. Instead of being a king understanding person he talked to me in front of my wife like I was a complete loser and he did not care one RED CENT about what was happening to me. NO WONDER things are starting to get to be the way they are...............I will NEVER call the police again. I am contacting the POST MASTER GENERAL....I am filing a complaint about this place and its owner to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREA and I am also going to write an editoral letter to the Palm Beach Post about what just happened and how the Boca Cop just disrespected me and treated me like a fool in front of my wife and those losers instead of showing some compassion to me and my wife. Our Mortgage payment was in the box and do you THINK THEY GIVE A DAMN.....they are rotten to the core and I advise ANYONE that mails items from that location to no longer do it.....and go to a real post office. If you do and your package is lost....the next thing you will face is a LOWLIFE OWNER OF THE BUILDING throwing you out when you go there to find out what happened and telling to police that you called to HELP YOU to arrest you the next time you come back. And then the cop....who should have some SEMBLANCE of decency about him....treats you like a piece of dogmeat......end of story.....period. This place doesn’t seem legit. My package ultimately got to its location but much later than expected.

This place should have USPS removed from their storefront. Ive been here 3 times and they cant even perform the most basic post office functions. If you purchase postage online you need to take your packages to Banyan Trail (10 mins away) or another USPS location. They do not have the ability to enter postage paid packages in the USPS system ... complete waste of time!

I went in there with a prepaid USPS package and was told by the USPS employee that they dont accept prepaid USPS packages. So USPS doesnt take their own packages. Hopefully this will help someone out.
