I wish I had seen the previous review on this place before attempting to go here several times for a wedding dress. I called the phone number about 4 times throughout the day on Friday with no answer and the inbox of the phone was full so I couldnt even leave a message. I was in the area with my mom and sisters and we figured we would stop by to take a look despite not being able to schedule an appointment. The woman at the store was extremely rude and wouldnt even let us inside and said it wasnt possible that I had called her because she had her phone all day and that she had cleared her inbox... this could not have been true. Despite her attitude I tried to set up an appointment for the following week while I was still in town (I live in Orlando and was visiting) so she told me to call back Monday morning to schedule the appointment. I called over 5 times Monday morning trying to reach this woman and her inbox was still full. She finally called me back around 1pm saying she had lost her phone and for me to come in then. I changed my plans and we made an appointment for 2:30 as I wasnt close by and had to drive a distance to get there. I called her again right about 2:30 just to be polite and let her know I was going to be a few minutes late. She proceeded to tell me the store closed at 3pm and it was pointless for me to come in. I argued that it said 6pm on the website and we had made an appointment and I was almost there! The only response she gave me was summer hours. I am insulted and appalled at the lack of professionalism and just plain rudeness of this woman. I wasted time and money on gas driving trying to give this store my business. Please do not waste your time on Boca Couture Exchange!! They do not deserve your time or your business.

Called to ask a simple question regarding buying/selling a formal gown and before I could even finish speaking whoever picked up the phone says Im not buying goodbye in the nastiest tone ever and proceeds to hang up on me!!! Never ever would I recommend such a rude environment!!
