Alonso was amazing. He not only Re-soled my favorite shoes but made them look like I just bought them. I didn’t think it was possible as I’ve worn these shoes for over 10 years! Great service and the best work I’ve received from a shoe repair company! Highly recommended.

I first dropped of my Chanel purse here in September of 2019 when it was Shoe Repair and Beyond. (the logo at the top) I specifically told them that all I wanted done to the purse was for it to be cleaned on the inside and to repair the leather around the chain. A couple of weeks later I get a call that the purse is ready and I come in to pick it up. After checking the work I realize that they did something to outside leather of the purse. Its is stiff and a slightly different color. I told the lady at the front that the purse leather was not in the condition I had brought it in and it needed to be fixed. She said they would fix it so I left it there again. I come back a few days later and the purse leather is still not the way I brought it and once again I told them they needed to fix it. I was told they were going to talk to owner and I requested to speak to him as well. His name was Gui or something like that. One of the people working there called him on the phone and I spoke to him to let him know what was going on, he basically didnt want to take responsibility and asked to see photos of the original condition. I got his email and emailed him the photos. Never got a response back. Every time I had gone to the store someone said they would call me and never did. Last call I made was February 25, 2020 and it was 9 minutes long. After this Covid-19 happened and that was the last thing on my mind. One of the managers I recently spoke to told me the business was sold in between this time. No one called me about my purse and I am still trying to get it back. One of the new managers says she spoke to Gui and that he told her hed tried to call me numerous times to pick it up. This is a complete lie!!!! I have checked my call logs through my phone company and there is absolutely no call from him or the business after Feb 25, a call that I made to them. Now the new owner, who it looks like still has the same president according to the BBB does not want to take responsibility. I dont understand how a Chanel bag went missing, I was not notified the business had been sold, I was not notified during the Covid to come and pick up my purse. Now I am told that, the stuff that has not been picked up for a while has been thrown out. This is absolutely ridiculous and someone needs to take responsibly for this missing bag. The lady I spoke to on the phone said she would give Gui my number to call me, I doubt he will call. I asked for his number so that I could call him and she said she could not give it to me. I am trying to see now what my options are legally because this has to be remedied.5/21/21 - still waiting for the phone call......

My experience with The Cobblers at Boca location exceeded my expectations, I have to say WOW they did MAGIC! One of My red bottoms heels got stock in a electric stairs, I took it to this location and the result was AMAZING! they are the best period.Alonso who is at the front desk is VERY professional, very polite and very knowledgeable, he answered all my questions and took the time to explain everything I needed to know, go see him you won’t regret it, now I see why this wonderful place got so many 5 stars.

I’m extremely disappointed with this place. After using my shoes only once they refused to fix it saying that I fixed it 60days ago. And tried to fool me to pay more 50% to get it fixed again.Poor job quality and poor customer service. When I had done more than 10 services with them and had 8 more to do.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO STAY AWAY OF THIS PLACE THEY WILL NOT ENDORSE THE QUALITY OF THEIR SERVICES.Never returning to this place anymore and now I’m concerned of all shoes I fixed there and not used as yet. Bc for sure if the same quality issues happens I WASTED MY TIME AND MONEY.

Omg the reviews don’t Lie. Staff is so friendly, Dove is such a sweetheart!They are completely reasonable price wise. I was given a bag that was ripped at the top, about 3 in by the zipper, and it was a fairly newer MKBag. Not only did she change me barley anything, but the bag, at the top, looks like nothing was ever wrong. I am so thrilled with my new(hand me down) bag because this place was able to save it! I waited 9 days for an estimate and didn’t get one so I called. They calked me back with a $50 estimate to replace 1 screw without having to touch the fabric. I declined so I went the next afternoon and they hadn’t gotten it back from the repair warehouse.. They could have alerted me to when I could get it. Poor management of my expectations and poor value.

So disappointed that they did not repair my insole. Instead when I showed up to get my shoes they gave me ugly red inserts that you buy online. I am not used to this kind of service. Whenever I have taken shoes to have them repaired at other places, they make them look like new. Not this place.We do not live in the area and I didnt have time to discuss the poor service. I cannot recommend this business.

Bought a pair of Lebron X’s off of Poshmark that I’ve always wanted but could never track down. Unfortunately when they arrived, they came REEKING of cigarettes. Sent them to The Cobblers and BAM they were able to get the cigarette smell out and my shoes look brand new! Thank you so much. The process is EFFORTLESS and they take care of absolutely everything. I went in to have a new belt sized snd a few holes punched and found out I only had to have the holes punched, and he also punched another hole in the belt I had on and because It was too big also. Because I didn’t have to have the belt sized, he didn’t charge me at all! I saw the work he did through a few customers who came in while I was there it looked absolutely amazing! Plus I have a good friend who recommended this place… Definitely bringing in all of my damage shoes to be made new! You don’t see customer care like this very often!

This is the BEST shoe repair place in the city hands down! And the prices are so great! I came into this shop with sad Margiela Tabis that had been gifted to me by a friend and the soles were practically completely torn off the shoe. And the heels has some maaaaaajor drag on them. AND a huge tear in the leather on the top. They were just wrecked. But I found this place on yelp looking for a miracle and it turned out to be the best place ever. Hes practically a magician. He quoted me a week and I got them in exactly that time, with a text notification and all.

I have been going to SR&B for a little over a year now. They’ve cleverly made two of my YSL clutches into small convertible cross body purses, adding high quality chain-linked straps. It was reasonably priced and executed with perfection, and now my clutches are more versatile. They have also masterfully lowered my favorite platform Jimmy Choos just enough that I am now able to walk in them w/o breaking my neck. If you have a pair of JC’s platforms, you know just how high they can be and just how much a few centimeters off can help. And the most recent job was probably the biggest save. My metallic YSL clutch was ruined by water sweat from a cocktail at a bar and I thought the damage was irreversible until I took a chance and had SR&B work with it. I’m incredibly happy with the results and shared the before and after pictures for review.I live in east Fort Lauderdale and while we have several good repair shops, I don’t trust them to do the job with the same proficiency as SR&B. It may not be the most convenient drive but they are truly the experts on repairing designer accessories and products. Plus, They allowed me to share pictures of the damage before I made the drive so they can evaluate whether or not they can successfully rectify the problem and make it worth the drive. So not only is their craftsmanship spectacular but so is their customer service. If you don’t live near one of their locations, I urge you to you make the journey if you have items you love and aren’t ready to give up on. They can help!

Best shoe repair for high end shoes in Boca. They fixed my Valentino’s and Jimmy Choos perfectly. The owner works the front desk, and they have a variety of bottom colors to choose from to help match your shoe color. They can also replace and fix the heel itself. A++++

First I want to say the shoe came out beautiful this place has a new owner and it shows in the work the craftsmanship is amazing the only thing preventing me from giving 5 stars is when I first came in I showed a lady at the front desk the 2 pictures in my review on yelp the black and gold pointed toe heels she went to the back and showed the cobbler maybe she misheard him but she told me $100 when I went back to get what I wanted done he quoted me $150 for the cross effect on the shoes saying he didnt know thats what I wanted and kind of gave me a little bit of attitude when I told him that wasnt what I was quoted. So although the shoe looked good it wasnt what I wanted you would think all the bad reviews they would of honored the original quote so I could of received what I wanted in the first place.

I had a wonderful experience at this shoe repair. I brought two pairs of Tory Burch flats that needed new soles and cleaned up a bit. I came in to ask about options for stretching my shoes and the man at the register snickered at my request and quickly dismissed me. Really gave me no advice and just kept saying bye to me when i tried to ask a follow up. I just picked up my beloved six year old pair of hiking boots. The sole replacement could not look better. The work was reasonably priced and exceeded all my expectations. Now Im looking at many more years of wear for a third of the price of new boots. Id give 6 stars if I could.

We brought several pairs with different levels of repair complexity: handmade brogue leather wing tips that we wanted to turn into custom casual shoes with a new colorful sole - delivered a beautiful piece of work - Alexander Wang high heels with broken heel - flawless repair - heel tip repairs, dress shoe heels - always fair price. I can absolutely recommend and will always come back.

Shoe repair and beyond has to be among the best thing that has ever occurred in my life. One late evening I left my beautiful black Gucci shoes right by stair case and when I went back down the next morning I couldnt believe what dog had done to them I was fortunate that a friend had recommended Shoe Repair and Beyond because the craft work was unbelievable. I never give anyone fiver stars but if there were six stars to give I would.

I should have written one a long time ago.Gui and his colleagues have been fixing my shoes and suits for years. They are wonderful.I have a leg thats a little shorter and he always does a perfectly crafted heel raise.I would not go anywhere else.

I brought my shoes for new soles adjustment, but I guess somehow we had misunderstanding and instead of full sole I got half of it, they were cool enough to take it back and redo it, nice customer service, the guy who works there was nice and understanding.

A couple months ago i brought a pair of brown Bostonian shoes to shoe repair and beyond. These shoes were so beat up, i was ready to toss them. After taking them there, they worked their magic and made them look and feel as good as new again! These guys are amazing!

Absolutely the biggest scam I have been apart of. I spent over $500 on alterations only to receive a fit on 4/12 items I brought in. My time quoted to complete the job was an entire week late, and the employees were rude and not pleasant to work with.

Michael Touloumtgis does great work.However to avoid any miscommunication with him make sure to write down what he is going to do for you and how much is he going to charge.My first and only one experience with him was disappointing. He told me he would replace my heels and repair my silver buckle on a pair of boots. He also moved the strap of my handbag to another side. When I picked up my boots and handbag everything was done perfectly except my heels werent replaced. I made him aware of my heels arent done. He claimed that the quote he gave me didnt include the replacement of my heels. He offered to replace my heels and would charge me again. I told him the main reason I was coming to him was to replace my heels and he made me aware of my silver buckle which came loose at this time.Just be aware of his bait and switch tactics.
