THIS SHOP IS AMAZING!!! If you ever need anything come to these guys first! Nate and Rac are fantastic! i had a part go out on my car and the stayed after hours to help me put it in and saved me money along the way! they saved me many hundreds of dollars of repairs and taught me something new. Ill never go to any other auto parts store!

I will go to Advance Auto as a last resort. My husband and I went in there looking for a part. We had looked for the part online before we went there. The part would have cost us $60 more. My husband mentioned that. The guy behind the counter gave us a lecture on brick and morter stores. How it was our responsibility to keep stores in business and save jobs. My husband said if we had that much extra money he wouldnt be driving that car or doing the work himself. The guy copped an attitude. We did purchase something small that we needed. Even though I had never uttered one word to this guy. It was all between my husband and him. My husband had left and I was paying. The guy tossed my change at me and turned and walked away. As a result I will not go in there again. I dont care how you feel about something, rude is rude and I did not deserve that.

Adam and Jason always do a great job going the extra mile for us. I wouldn’t trust my business with any other parts store.

Adam was courteous knowledgeable and was more then helpful with our needs in a replacement battery. Made sure to test the electrical power and the battery itself. Also did a full install with no additional charge. Adam is definitely going to get my return business because he was a regular person not a robot like at other companies that read whats on the screen and have no customer service experience. I highly recommend you try this spot first before running around town to end up with them anyway

I had a brake line go out on me while I was driving. I managed to limp the car into the parking lot. Nate and Adam helped me fix a brake line right there. Rented me the tools showed me how to use them. They even made a custom brake line for me when we figured out that I had two different size fitting on the brake hose end and master cylinder end. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, and most of all helpful. Their location is my new go-to parts store and I recommend them to everyone!

I woke up this morning to a dead car battery. After some diagnostic testing and recharging, it was determined that my best option was to replace my battery. Mike, Jason, Frank, and the crew at Advance Auto provided me with excellent customer service, answered all my questions, and helped me to select the right battery, at the right price. Mike and Jason went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed and that my battery was installed properly and securely (despite finding out that my old battery apparently wasnt the correct size for my car!). Excellent customer service!

Auto zone has been a go to place for me. When the old, old time stores closed down, I went there. The selection there is fantastic. Vast types of chemicals, greases, oils, additives, air conditioner fluid and recharge systems, cleaners got engineer and oats as well as clean up for yourself. They have all kinds of lights, batteries, tools, specialty tools. They will give you tips to help you along with directions. They can find re very part you are looking for, if they do not have it in stock.The prices are similar to other parts stores, some are the same, some a little more expensive, air a little cheaper. Make sure to check the warranty. Sometimes a higher warranty mens a higher price, sometimes it doesnt.

Had a problem with my battery. Went in to purchase terminal cleaner and a wire brush. They generously offered me the use of theirs at no cost. Great service.

Asked for a rotor and cap. Clerk acted like I was bothering him. So my son tells him year and make of truck. Clerk gives me two choices on part and I go with the least expensive parts. The box he put on counter was smashed, I said The box is smashed clerk says It is okay. My son picks up box and opens it and pieces actually fall out of box, it is broken obviously. My son tell clerk he cant believe he tried to sell me a broken part. Clerk says No I didnt. I said Are you kidding me Clerk says something like I could go somewhere else. My son by now is really mad and starts to walk out of store. I told the clerk I couldnt believe this, and to get me another one. Clerk says That was the last one. I say, what about the more expensive one I didnt choose? Clerk says I said that was last one. I say I want the more expensive one He goes back and gets the more expensive one and throws in on counter. So my son opens box to make sure it is okay. And it was so I bought it. Then the clerk tried to be nice and ask me if I needed anything else. Told him no and left. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I tried to get his name from his shirt but it was covered, and I tried to get my phone out to take a picture of the broken part, but clerk called another guy over to get it.

Friendly staff and they help me find everything, keep it up

I told them I bought a headlight just two months ago from them that had already gone out, their response was perhaps it was touched with hands and wanted to sell me another one! Auto zone offered to look at it for free!I would recommend auto zone

Battery died at the att next door, walked over to ask for help cuz I thought they closed at nine. Before I could even get the words out that I only needed a battery, salt and pepper haired boomer told me they couldnt help me cuz they closed in 3 minutes. Got the message you little boomer, snowflake.I will take my business to a better auto parts store from now on.Really a shame because my dad and I both frequent advance auto.

9 times out of ten they have my part. Best bet is to go and get a promo code for your parts, pay online & pick up in store. This chain store has most everything.

Great Service. Started on the online store, but it became a huge issue really quickly. Not only did the team there give me the first hand, real world experience I needed for my project; they matched all online promotions. The only thing that I had to get from Amazon was my K&N Oil Filter (which was 1/2 the cost compared to Advanced Auto) and Castrol GTX Magnatec (because they didnt carry it). Great Service. Great People. Great Experience. Thanks Guys!

Very rude over phone and hung up on me. Called back manager was rude too. Saying the employee didnt hang up because she said bye. While I was in the middle of a question she decided to say ok thanks bye. Click. Manager handled it poorly and didnt apologize for any inconvenience. Whatever happened to customers first???
