The only thing I was upset about when I took my car here they ordered the blue color they called it. When I got it, it was definitely not dark as what came with my car originally. I dont like it at all, right now I want a new one but I cant afford to get a new one. I will say they asked me, did I want it or not but at that point in time I needed a new window. But I am definitely unhappy with it. The guys there were nice and it didnt take long at all to do the job. Happy about everything but the color of my window. I am a Floridian that has moved to here temporarily. So I guess here they dont cover for the dark windows. I dont know what to do with it but I need it fixed somehow.

I had called pre-ordered glass and scheduled an appointment. I was Instructed it is normal not to hear anything until the day of the appointment and they would be here on Monday between 9 and 4.I have been off work all day awaiting an arrival or phone call. I waited until 3:30 pm and then called to ensure the were infact coming and it was at that time they decided it would be a good idea to tell me the window is no longer available. Had I not called they would have no showed me with zero explanation. Very displeased.

Service was great and quick, they ran over something and my tire picked it up and I had a flat as soon as I pulled out of the parking lot and my tire started to go it was fine before 💯

Did an amazing job on my vehicle...best prices and very informative on the progress. It was 2007 saturn vue...I had a struggle with people helping, claim to help, etc..500 later and still no windshields...but thank god you guys got it done and kept your word on evdrything

Approximately two years ago I had the windshield on my BMW replaced at Auto Glass Now on Market Street near Shields. At that time they charged me $240 . for the glass indicating that it was because the glass had rain and a condensation sensor. I had to wait until they ordered the appropriate glass. When I received my car after they had completed the work, there were two pieces of black tape at the top of the window which was attached to the trim on the roof of the car. I was told not to wash the car for a week. I complied. When I pulled the tape off it took a piece of the trim. I said, Oh well, and ate the damage. The glass started to crack early this year. First, a small crack on appeared the right corner. Then two cracks right up the middle appeared and progressively got worse. Still, I am not upset. I am figuring these things happen. I call and make an appointment and got a quote from a very courteous lady for $200 (since I had it repair there before) for today to have it replaced again to pay for it despite my dissatisfaction with the product I got the first time. I arrive and they take my car to the garage. A white guy with a red beard says Whoever put the window in prior did not install the bracket to hold the rain sensor. It will cost you an additional $20 and I will need to order it. Since you guys installed it, then didnt do the install correctly the last time and t think the $20 should be on you, I respond. The guy gets loud and says, you can pay for it or not, I dont have time for you! I am shocked! Wow, such poor customer service, I will report this to the BBB. He responds loudly while I am still calm and professional, I dont care who you call, It is Friday and I dont need your damn business.

It was my first time going there and Ill definitely recommend them to anyone! I had a great experience! The cost was lower than expected and on top of that I was told it would take an hour on the phone and after 20 min it was done! Yes I said 20 minutes! It looks great and they were all very accommodating. 10/10. No doubt about it!

Good service and fast. Windshield looks great. Don’t understand why they require face masks for their customers yet not a single worker was wearing a face mask. Also I have to question the reason they asked me to pay my deductible even though they had already waved it. I was told I owed $100 for my deductible. When I questioned this and explained that I had already worked it out that it would be waved, they quickly handed me a receipt that was already printed with the $100 deductible waved on it. I feel like they were trying to see if I would be willing to pay an extra $100 even though they were literally holding a receipt that said I didn’t owe it. That along with the masks and the conversations I overheard there from their employees makes me not ever want to return.

Highly recommend this place. Called Friday afternoon and they got me in Saturday morning the very next day! Prompt and courteous service. Said they usually take about 45min to an hour for install, we were in the car and leaving in about 30 min. And their prices are the best around.

Seth and the entire staff at Auto Glass now are truly service oriented. the have installed 2 new windshields for me, one in my 99 f150 and one in my 87 R10. They also removed and resealed a slider in the back of my 99 f150 pickup that was leaking due to age, and removed and resealed the rear window in my 75 Vette. They replaced my front windshield some years back. Their prices are very reasonable, they are fast and they have an area where you can sit and wait for them to finish the job, also if you need refreshments or a snack while you wait they share parking lots with Shell Gas Station who is well stocked with whatever your looking for and theres a convenient mart right across the street who is also well stocked with cold beverages and snacks.

Super nice folks! They got my windshield in and to no fault of their own, it had a scratch that they discovered. So they ordered me another and because I had to make a second trip they were nice enough to give me a discount on an already great price. It only took them about 25 mins to replace my Wrangler windshield and I was on my way. Thanks guys, Ill definitely be back, if and when I need another windshield!

Worst experience EVER!!!NEVER PREPAY THESE PEOPLE!!!!!Had my son take the car in for repair.Seth said that, the bracket they ordered was broken.Returned 8 am as instructed, wrong part was shipped.Seth attempted to put his incompetence on me by asking, what did you do that your luck is so bad?Really?It had nothing to do with your inability to make sure you do YOUR job correctly.He spent TWO days spinning his wheels and Blaming others for his inadequacies and shortcomings.This isnt all. I called to see what time to bring it in this evening, Seth went on to say that I misunderstood what he said. He said only the part will be here this evening we cant do it till tomorrow morning.Ive had command of the English language for over 5 decades and those Symantics (word games) just dont fly.So THREE days of incompetence now. Which I would have just used YouTube and fixed it myself.And he had the nerve to catch an attitude.Thats what I get for prepaying.Oh yea, refund policy takes 30 days by mail.Things people think they are smart enough to pull off.#drop-n-the bucket#typical incompetence

Very disappointed. Not my first windshield there but my last. When I made my appointment I talked to Josh, it was for 9:30 but he told me closer to 10:00. Dropped car off at 9:30, at 11:25 car was not ready, I questioned Josh he replied my appointment wasnt till 2pm. I asked why would I drop my car off at 9:30 if my appointment was 2? His reply was Good question. Dont trust them, take your vehicle some where else.

Seth was knowledgeable, friendly, and got me on his schedule the same day I called (for less than what Id been quoted elsewhere.) Seth beat my prior price quotes, got me in and out the next day, and was super easy to talk to. Would absolutely go back to him, cant speak for everyone there because he basically took care of my entire issue from start to finish. I forget the mans name that did the actual work but he has been fixing windshields for 20+ years and made sure he showed me what caused the stress crack (rusted metal underneath the seal) and they took care of that as well. First time customer, very pleased.

Ive had them install 2 windshield for me. One on my 1999 Chrysler 300M and the other on my 2004 Nissan Titan. I went with them because I have tried other glass companies and had poor service and paid more. Glass Masters had the best price around. Clean facility, knowledgeable staff, friendly customer service, and quick installation. I would recommend Glass Masters.

I am extremely grateful for the excellent service that I receive time and time again at Auto Glass Now. Not only are they some of the nicest people Ive ever met but they ALWAYS manage to save me a ton of money and this past experience was no different.
