Good place to shop. Staff is usually very helpful. The only problem here is the same at every Walmart: not enough cashiers and trying to force everyone to self checkout. Shelf checkout should come with a discount

Seemed like a pretty nice store. I was able to find what I needed pretty quickly. Only thing I was surprised about was they didnt have any of their self check outs open.

Unbelievable, drove to Walmart and called to have prescription be to be delivered outside. First called and was asked to hold, stayed on hold for 5 minutes then hung up. Called two more times with no answer finally went inside to pharmacy. There were only two people in the pharmacy and a line for pick u. The pharmacist was running around filling prescriptions and trying to take orders. There was no one that could have even brought out a delivery. Then some fool in line wanted to check out about 10 items at the counter while people waited, my god.

My favorite store and when I visited this location I felt like I was at home

I have to drive out of town to go to Walmart and its roughly 25 minutes in 3 different directions & I always choose this one. I usually can find what Im looking for, it doesnt take long, if I need help someone is there right away and Im out of the store so I can go on about my day. No complaints at all! Keep up the great work!

Usually fairly well stocked.I wish the produce section were larger. The parking lot can be found in rough shape occasionally.

We only do the grocery pick up. It is okay, the workers are nice, the only problem is they will probably have a list of unavailable items.Order two different brands if you really need an item like popcorn or coffee 🤣

This location has terrible customer service. I called the customer service desk to speak to a specific store manager, but she was not available which was fine I asked to speak to someone else. I was placed on hold for 15mins then it hung up so I called back many times, never went through. Until I contacted the deli dept they assisted me in getting in contact with a store manager thankfully.

You can find food, school supplies, cloths, undergarments, socks, household items, etc. Everyone is helpful and friendly.

Blytheville, AR actually it was a mess. From the womens front bathrooms, to the lack of people throughout the store. I had went to customer service to report the bathrooms. No one was there except a young kid waiting. I wasnt acknowledged. I checked out through the scan & go. The young lady was very nice.

This Walmart is out of control, especially considering this being the state it all started from. It has rude managers, that refuse to check prices for their own employees, and by proxy the customer. They also decide to turn off all registers when they feel like it is slow at night, and you have to have a card. NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED. I thought this was limited to the last hour, but its not. I have to say one time a younger AA manager was kind enough to print out my receipt, and take my cash s/o to her. The flow of the is strange, ironically it is clean, and everything is in place. These poor employees are understaffed, ikr big surprise, i guess more than normal. Dont be surprised if you encounter an employee warning you not to come inside if you dont have a card. The reality is you never had another choice in Blythville.

Do not go to the service dept. Just left trying to get my oil changed. They were to busy with their phones to help me. Wouldnt open the door so I could drive my company truck in for service. Need to hire some help.

It was like most of my other experiences going there, I got what I needed and I got out, it was really easy for the most part as far as checking out and finding what I needed.

Usually hard to find help when needed but tonight a cashier assisted me without me asking. She noticed I needed help and stayed with me until my item I needed was found. She was off the clock and I didnt get her name. Thanks for finding what I needed in the dye section

Little not all things at a typical Walmart can be found there, the older lady at self check out was really nice, and saw I was getting strawberries for homemade jam, and she told me about Newport trip she took the sat b4 my trip there

The deli is never able to cut meat. Never. And the deli workers are so blase about doing their job or seeing about customers.

CAMPERS AND TRUCKERS BEWARE!!!Was pulling my camper and stopped in for fuel and a few supplies. I started to turn into the drive when my wife yelled about a low clearance. Sure enough there is a low clearance beam stuck out there with nothing around. Its simply there to stop trucks and campers from entering the parking lot. There was no warning at all. Apparently they dont need our business.

I have been on hold for a total of 45 minutes. Tryin to get someone from the tire dept to answer. The customer department isnt any better, very rude. I am very disappointed with this service. Yall should do better!

Most of the time if you can find someone where you are they will always willingly help you. The people as the service desk have always been very helpful. The new bathrooms are nice. However, I hate that everytime I get use to where something is, it gets moved to somewhere else. I know this is so they sell more but it makes me spend more time when i need to get out of there.

Self checkouts are always full or closed, use more people for cashiers. Even the single self checkout lanes are always closed. Why?! Ill wait in line for a real person to ring me up. Not like ive been trained to use the self checkout, not my fault if i miss scanning a few items, i havemt been trained at their registers. Shame on you walmart for putting people out of a job.

Walmart is the only true game in town (sad to say). Sometimes I sit and think - and wish for shopping diversity. I cant Dollar Tree or Dollar General great-fitting bras or good trouser socks. So I have to go to Walmart for items like those. Walmart getting all the stimulus money...

Staff is rude, and obnoxious, actually seen two staff people fighting in the store. A group of them standing around and cackling so loud my wife couldnt hear what I was saying walking right beside me. Management needs to get this under control.

But in my opinion, if were all being 100% honest with ourselves, we all have that love/hate type of relationship with Walmart. Not enough employees to assist with the lines to be checked out.

Hate the extra 40 feet to enter store. Workers out front are just drawing a check. To lower your mask to talk to your buddy that is lowering theirs to visit back. I just don’t see a purpose for them to even be there. Buggies are NOT beginning cleaned when I can’t even get them apart. You are now doing more self check outs. Now I don’t have a problem with that but there are elderly or handicapped that need some help. You could say that’s what the one person in self checkouts is for, and I say if they don’t have a crew of family or friends hanging around them.

It Was A Huge Store Everyone Was Nice And Helpful

App and store needs to get up to par with what is and isnt in stock. After an hour of looking and trying to find an employee not on their phone talking I was finally told the item isnt in stock. If the advertisement and store was up to date I would have saved a drive and headache and over and hour of time.

They have an excellent pick up service. And the store inside is always clean and every employee that I have talked to was very nice and professional.

The black Friday sale was disgrace I was at store at 4:30am there was not one 65 inch tv. It was nothing in the whole entire store worth my time not Entergy getting up that earlier plus the online sale was very very disappointing as well! It was all over before it even got started! I know Sam Walton is turn over in his grave to see such a disgrace in all his hard work. Sad face your rating is so low its not up top. I give Walmart and double zero!!!!!!!!! Dorothy Gordon

Well u can get most of what u r looking for not to crazy about the vegetable selection they have here. The store is very clean. The workers r very polite but some of the costumers r very pusher at this time of the year. We all need to remember the reason for the season and try to be nice out there yes the stores r crowded out there but its not going to help to be rude.
