Martha is a amazing sales person. She has excellent customer service. She helps you out when needed. She will go out and beyond her way to make sure her customers are happy and satisfied. She help me and my husband get a truck. She is a great sales person when you need to purchase a vehicle.

My family and I were recently traveling across country from GA to California. In 114 degree weather and being 2000+ miles from home, we experienced car trouble in the Arizona desert at the California line. We were able to make it to a truck stop about 8 miles from Blythe. I called and spoke with Joey in the service department. He was a blessing to us in our time of need. Thinking we may need a tow and with no way to get my family to the dealership (towing company would not allow us to ride), Joey, without hesitation offered to pick us up and bring us to the dealership. Fortunately we were able to drive the car to the dealership and Joey immediately got the car in and checked it out. The problem was a minor one and he got us back on the road within 45 minutes. Thank you Joey for your awesome customer service and ability to calm weary travelers. My family made it to our destination and completed our vacation returning to GA with no other issues with the vehicle. Larry Greene Ford is fortunate to have Joey represent them.

My Honda Civic had the protective shell coming off the bottom of my car on a long drive. I had to find a quick shop before they closed. This Ford dealership was able to get me seen quickly. While they didnt have the parts to fix it, they were able to rig up a temporary solution that lasted the remainder of my 3 hour drive. And it worked. They were very helpful and very nice about everything, and didnt charge me since it wasnt a permanent fix. I just appreciate their help. The photos I posted were just BEFORE photos. I didnt take after photos.

Joey came to the rescue of two damsels in distress after a creepy mechanic wanted to charge at Goodyear wanted to charge me upwards of $1500 to fix the gas intake (the place where you put the pump in to fill up).Apparently someone at the hotel we were staying in tried to siphon gas and dislodged the intake.But it was a superhero named Joey who saved the day! We followed him to the had station and he popped the thing back into place and we were able to fill up and be on our way!This guy deserves a raise!Im also going to leave a review on Goodyear, the rats.

Andrea and rene were amazing in helping us in a stressful situation andrea relentlessly pursued her search for what we wanted and gave us many options and advice on what route to take rene took the extra mile and even retrieved a refund from a prior vehicle i just sold that i had no idea about and joey in the service center is just awesome great personality and really cares for his customers

Joey was our life saver today! We have a Ford based RV and our hub caps all but started falling off two of our tires during our drive. Joey offered to help even though it was turning 5pm/closing time. He graciously removed the hub caps ( the dealership we bought the RV from installed them incorrectly) and tightened the air hoses so we wouldnt continue losing air. Joey was so kind and helpful. Extremely upset with how I was treated! The staff was all great except for one, some rude lady named Patty I believe. I asked her a question about the new f150 and she completely gave me attitude about how busy she was! I told her all I wanted to do was talk numbers so I can buy the truck and she completely made me feel like trash, never had a worse experience, I ended up going to Indio and buying that truck the same day. She missed out on a sale because she was “busy”. She walked away just to go chat with her colleagues. SMH BAD SERVICE

This dealership is the worst I bought my car on the 17th of Feb and its now March 8th and they still havent paid off my old vehicle that Ive traded in and they have already sold it to another person and im getting late fees due to them not paying it off almost a month later and they still cant it paid off

Water pump seized up in the middle of nowhere, on the way from LA to Phoenix, and we were towed here. As far as the work and mechanic, they were top notch and the car was fixed about 4 hours after they opened.The car would not turn on, so we had to sleep in it without AC, which was okay until around 7am. The office staff get ZERO stars on a scale of 1-5. We kept falling asleep in the lobby because we had been stranded all night and were very tired. Every time we fell asleep, the office ladies who were behind plexi-glass and did not have to deal with the outside temperature, kept opening the door to the outside in the lobby. I asked nicely on 5 separate occasions to close the door because it was making the lobby over 90 degrees (the heat kept waking us and my boyfriend and I ended up having to sit on different sofas because being next to another humans heat was miserable).The picture of the thermostat is only in the 80s during this ordeal as it was as far from the door as was possible and under a breeze from the air vents. I requested the ladies just prop the door open with a chair or rock (and even offered to do it for them) if it was open due to a problem with the door knob (their excuse, I never saw a problem with it) and they scoffed at me indignantly as if asking to not sit in a 90+ degree lobby or outside in 100+ degrees in the shade was the biggest complaint in the world. And that was after the first 4 times I asked and it was closed (only to be reopened after we fell asleep again).Dont ever get stranded in Blythe unless its the dead of winter. I suspect a less expensive car repair place would have just tied us to a tree outside while we waited.

Had to order some touch up paint and Glenn in the parts department was nice as can be....

Had my Ford towed here after a breakdown. It took them hours to figure out computer had come unplugged. Workers were friendly but didnt know how to reset after a tow and tried to convince me I needed to have a part changed even though the part was fine. The owner of the tow truck company had to go to the shop twice to show them how to reset after the tow and to show them the vehicle was fine. Its hard to not feel like the service department was trying to take advantage of me. (Im writing the review weeks after the incident and the vehicle is running fine. No problems.)

Just picked my car up today cause they said it was fixed 🤣 now it has to go back tomorrow. Definitely will not be taking it here again 🤣🤣🖕🏻👎🏻

Thank you to the sales girl Martha, I think is her name. My friend and I went in today just looking around for options and to figure what kind of down payment to save. Well after speaking to her she found my friend a used car for the terms and payments he wanted. She asked us to wait while she got things together. She came back with a big smile. She said because we travel a lot to see doctors they wanted to help so long story short, after going to the other car dealership to do paperwork, my friend drove off the lot with a 2019 fiesta with nearly the same terms as the used care. Thank you so much. The staff here is wonderful.

We were pulling our trailer from Arizona to Redlands, CA and had car trouble in Quartzsite. John and Matthew were wonderful in getting to our vehicle in amazing time. They went above and beyond the call of duty to help us in more ways than we can write. Thank you Larry Green Ford!

The people behind the counter are weirdos except the guy with the glasses. They all seemed sketchy performing a simple task. The young man who was working on my car couldnt even finish as fast as he would have liked, because the other two guys kept coming over talking to him. A simple job took longer than normal and with that said, I wont be back. No matter what coupon comes in the mail! Even still, they lied and find something wrong with my car and not even 15 minutes later, I took my car to Standahe Tire and they said that their diagnosis was not accurate. So you tell me.

They were very accommodating in replacing an important component in the diesel engine of our truck for $$$ less than what they originally quoted bc we had something pretty terrible happen to us and they wanted to help (we were pretty much stranded traveling from Texas to California and had a terrible series of events happen to us in a domino effect it was like out of a bad movie). They were fast and super nice. The parts manager even came in on a Saturday (they are closed weekends) to get us a part we desperately needed asap! Who does that? I would recommend this dealership without a doubt and come back if we were ever in the area!

The salesperson was very caring and considerate. However, I cannot understand why it takes almost eight hours to purchase a new car. We had to go to another Larry Green Ford dealership to sign the loan papers, which was very inconvenient.

My truck was there for two months for a electric part they have no service manager and the mechanic is slow or over worked Joey help but PATTY was very rude the whole time I went to get my truck and the oil filter was leaking on the ground I would not have my truck there again plus I had no dings in my door got back 3 door dings in left door not happy about that

I recently blew my engine on my truck and was towed to this dealership. I cant say enough about the mechanics and staff. I was treated like a local and Im from Phoenix. They gave me several options and NEVER pressured me to buy a vehicle from them. I did buy a vehicle and the salesman Martha was amazing! !!! She went through everything on the vehicle I purchased with me so that I knew where and what everything did! I have Never had anyone do that before, it was always here are the keys and goodbye! Fend for yourself! She even called me the next day, several times, until she reached me, to see if I made it home okay! ! Who does that? ?? Nobody I kno2! Anyway they are the best! !! Never could actually find the service department so I spoke, briefly, with a person in their sales showroom. Ending up finding a mobile mechanic to assist.

Was heading to california from phx when i lost a wheel hub and bearing assembly in my 2002 superduty at the boarder..i limped it in to l.g. ford... stranded..bret jeff and the guys there did a quality job repairing with an HONEST price knowing the situation..had me back on the road in 3 or 4 hours..with work stacked up behind and ahead of me..repair work in small towns can be sketchy at best..was pleased to see some honest folk out there still
