Great place to buy furniture..staff is very friendly and very helpful.

I have been using this company for more than 20 years and have never been disappointed! I live 2 1/2 hours away but consisting find what I am looking for at Gerber Furniture (and at a better cost!). The drive is worth it! We have multiple furniture stores where I live but the customer service doesn’t compare to our experiences at Gerber Furniture (thanks Angie!). Gerber Furniture never fails in quality, price, and friendly service.

My fiancee and I have had nothing but issues with this company. We ordered a king size bed from Gerber and had nothing but issues trying to get it for weeks after it had been paid for. We then ordered a dresser and night stand set from this company several weeks ago and they call to tell us they cant get that anymore after we had already made the purchase. They let us pick something off the floor because of the immediate need. They gave us the dresser and one night stand for the same cost but is going to charge us for $150 for the second night stand and thought it was fair. This dresser and night stand was a floor model at the time we purchased the product that we wanted. Now we have to settle for something that we did not want and have to pay to complete the set. They never bothered to call us regarding our issues, instead we had to call them several times to find out what is going on with our purchases. My advice is not to use them. We will never use them again or refer anyone to them.

Stop to look at new chair & the sales lady did Not have a mask on! Stayed away & continue to look then 2 more employees came out with out mask & walked by us. This is an unfortunate because we left & will shop in Ft Wayne. It is a bad choice for Gerber to not wear mask
