They call me by name when I come in and I am not a regular. Sales team (Jason & Krent) and parts department (Krent) have always treated me well and listened to my needs. Excellent customer service and have always done what they say they would do. Great experiences ever time for the past 7 years I have been coming here.

Very nice people to deal with

Called at 9:15 am to inquire about a John Deere Gator that they had advertised for sale. Salesman was paged and never responded. Receptionist gave me his voicemail. I left a detailed message with name and number. Never received a return call.I refuse to call again, just to help someone sell their merchandise to me. Was ready to buy today, I will go elsewhere. Even if it was already sold, the proper thing to do is call me back and let me know.Horrible customer service.

Very clean and organized building and grounds. Went for a part but did not have at bluffton store. Had it at wabash store so they transferred it for the next day.
